I started my visit with Iceberg about month ago due to an accident with pain in my back and arm. I am now at the end of sessions and I feel better than when I started due to the doctor and staff.

Negative experience: If I could give them a 0 I would. I arrive thirty minutes early to not be seen at all after waiting almost two hours for a response on my insurance. Upon the response I discovered they primarily handle car accidents and unfamiliar with the insurance direct billing portion. If you have not been in an accident just go somewhere else because these people just wasted my gas and my time. Take your insurance elsewhere!

I can’t forget about all of the other staff, very nice and caring they always go out there to make sure I’m okay at every visit.
