Negative experience: I ordered my two products from this website and it was supposed to deliver in a week and I paid extra charges for the delivery as well so I can get my product on time But I have been still waiting for a month that is my product is not delivered and I contact the customer service. The girl was talking who’s said her name is SAM. And her tone was too rude and when I asked for the timeline like when can I expect my product to be delivered? She said there is no timeline and she will not even refund the delivery fee as well. so what kind of delivery service or what kind of product service it is. I honestly request people don’t buy from this website, it seems it’s fraud totally.

Negative experience: Beware of this company. They purchase reviews to maintain their reputation. I’m from Brazil, and my order was returned to them over a year ago, but they never issued a refund. They are scammers and I do not recommend them at all. I will be traveling to the U.S. at the end of the year and plan to go there with the police myself.

Fantastic experience: 11/10 WILL be doing business again. Got an order placed over the weekend, then this morning they enail me and say they want to get it shipped today but one of the products is out of stock and ask if they can change it. I said heck yeah and chose my more preffered flavor. About 15 minutes later they say we gotcha, its out the door! Damn good customer service!

Negative experience: Purchased from Canada, the order was stuck at the border. The seller won't refund it until they get it back, knowing that they won't. Reply: why didn't you tell me that in the first place instead of pretending, months afterwards, that you were still waiting for the package to arrive and telling me to be patient when you guys knew that the package was seized? That's what bothering me, the lack of honesty.

Negative experience: Never Arrive Supplements - If you are ordering from Canada you take a big risk ordering from this company. After 6 weeks of patiently chasing them they finally admitted the goods hadn't made it through customs. I requested they at least refund me the profit they had made on the transaction as they had failed to actually deliver but they just took my money and ran. Orders for similar products from other vendors arrived after 5 days.

Fantastic experience: My order got delayed with the mail and then lost but customer service was on top of it right away. I asked if they knew where it was and they tracked it down in a timely manner and kept me informed as it was enroute and delivered. I have ordered multiple products and they get delivered in the time frame given and if there is an issue (only one other time) they always fix the problem.

Fantastic experience: I have bought several things from here over the past year or so and everything has worked as advertised on the website. The only bad experience I had was when FedEx lost 1 of my packages, but when I talked to customer service they sent me a replacement with no issues and they even sent if 2 day for free. Shortly after my order confirmation I received an email and was informed they had ran out of stock in that flavor and listed all the flavors available. Negative experience: the product is excellent. The store's service is terrible because I paid for shipping that never reached my hands because it is not allowed at customs in my country. Why then do they offer shipping service to countries where their products are not accepted?

Hidden fees abound, cleverly camouflaged atop the advertised prices. My online order experience was a perfect illustration of their deceitful practices. Upon placing an order, I was swiftly charged not only for the item but also burdened with a slew of additional fees for exchanges, authorizations, and other undisclosed expenses. To add insult to injury, moments later, I received notification that my order had been cancelled, with the original payment promptly refunded. However, the explanation for this cancellation remains shrouded in mystery. Worse yet, the company has brazenly declared their intent to withhold reimbursement for anything beyond the base item cost, effectively pocketing the extraneous fees they tactfully imposed. What else can one call such behavior if not outright deception? It's a blatant disregard for customer trust and a clear-cut example of a scam

Negative experience: Bad customer service. Supervisors never return calls, phones are unanswered 30 minutes before closing, and representatives are never helpful. Edit: Vendor accepted a credit card with initial order. My post is about bad customer service — not credit card acceptance. Bad customer service that caused loss of two high volume accounts because no one bothered to address the issue personally. Your supervisors are unreachable and representatives unhelpful.

Negative experience: They stole $35 from me. Sent a product with no info, so the customs' officers sent it back to them. They said I would get credit, but it's been more than two years now.

Fantastic experience: Best supplements and always delivers! I order supplements from samedaysupps every now and then to AUS. Unfortunately in AUS a lot of these supplements aren’t available to purchase and samedaysupps always stock the best USA products and deliver them to AUS with no issues at all! I had a slight delay with my previous order but this was not samedaysupps issue as the package already arrived here in AUS and had already cleared customs. The carrier was the issue (aramax). They took their sweet time delivering it. I contacted samedaysupps support and they responded immediately and even reached out to aramax themselves to follow up my order. Fortunately the order had showed up as soon as this happened! Thansk again for the amazing supps and customer support guys :). Will continue to purchase supplements from your store!

Fantastic experience: The only thing Iam not happy about is not knowing about this place sooner. I order a lot of goodies every year and it’s hard to find a spot that has lots of supplements and good prices. They offer so many deals it’s crazy. My last order I received 3 bottles of something for 25 a pop that normally goes for 40 a pop. Highly recommend and I will now be a long time customer.

Fantastic experience: I've been using Same Day Supplements for several years for vitamins and supplements. Their merchandise always arrives promptly and is excellent condition. I noticed that for one of my supplements, the color of the tablet changed. I started to use the new version and noticed that it was not as effective. I contacted Sam Day Supplements via email. I received a quick response that they would investigate. Within 24 hours I received a detailed response that 1. They checked their in-house inventory and they were all the same lot (changed). 2. They contacted the manufacture and determined that they had removed one of the ingredients. 3. They offered me a refund or replacement with a different product that contains the missing ingredient. This is stellar 5 Star customer service. I really wish all companies met this standard
