At Total Health Systems of Clinton Township, Chesterfield, Washington, St. Clair Shores, and Center Line we are “a multi-disciplinary practice that provides both traditional medical and holistic therapies with a two-pronged ‘corrective’ and ‘wellness’ approach.” By focusing on correcting joint dysfunction and nervous system coordination with our chiropractic approach, and correcting muscle imbalance with our physical therapy services, we are able to transition our patients from a passive to active care model. By breaking down muscle using soft tissue techniques including massage, stretching, and joint mobilization, followed by a corrective exercise program, we are able to achieve our mission of long term health and wellness.

Fantastic experience: I have a very hectic and complex life schedule. Total health has worked with my schedule to allow me to get the care I need. They always greet me with a smile and are friendly and polite no matter how hectic the office is. Fantastic experience: I joined the FLT program and have Sandy as my nutritionist as well as my mentor. She's very encouraging. Especially when I was going through a rough patch. She made me realize I can do this! And that weight loss isn't just about physical, but mental well-being as well. I love her energy! And her encouraging words of wisdom. I've lost 56 pounds in less than a year with her by my side. She helped with my meal plan and found ways to still incorporate my favorite foods while also being healthy, and getting stronger with exercise. I still go and visit her to keep that consistency and enthusiasm by my side and throughout not just my weight loss journey, but my mental journey as well.

Fantastic experience: Total Health System in Chesterfield comes highly recommended for its exceptional therapists and chiropractors who greatly aided in alleviating my discomfort while ensuring a comfortable experience. The receptionists are all very dear. Each and every one of them were so kind and respectful ,adding to the positive experience . I must admit that I have visited several physical therapy clinics before, but none of them came close to achieving the results that the therapist at Total Health System did for me. Christine and Alyssa were my therapists, providing precisely the right kind of deep digging. They knew exactly where and what to do Dr. Paul, my chiropractor, adjusted me, and I walked straighter than I had in two years. This practice is absolutely wonderful, I cannot recommend it enough.

Negative experience: One of the receptionists at the new Baltimore location is really rude and one of the PAs there really like to come down on you about a health condition that isn't necessarily your fault the atmosphere is more like a morgue than a wellness center yikes never again

Fantastic experience: Everyone there was very friendly very professional and very understanding to my fears and concerns. They also assured me and told me everything they were going to do before they did it asked if I had any questions. I walked out feeling after just one visit with Dr Francis amazing I cannot wait to go back and continue my physical therapy and other treatments and can only imagine how good I'll feel when I'm done I highly recommend this place. Actually my sister already made an appointment on the 15th to see my chiropractor there and my step dad is going to be making an appointment this week to get in at a later time. Five stars all the way. I'm updating because I saw Peter the physical therapist and Dr Rose last night. I started my physical therapy last night with Peter and then after went on to the Sea doctor rose. I walked out of there feeling light as a feather heavyweight was lifted off my shoulders and neck. Fantastic experience: i’ve been a patient at total health systems for about five years due to the line of work that I am in which is cleaning houses I am constantly extremely stiff and very sore. I visit the facility and I get fixed up every time on top of that my pelvic bone gets out of place, and they do some sort of adjustments to me, which intern takes the pain of my ankle away, which is depilating I started to suffer from plantar fasciitis and that got fixed up too with a series of adjustments, not only to my back and hips, and probably shoulders, but to my feet, I would recommend total health systems to anybody

Fantastic experience: Love this place! It’s the one stop shop for health! Staff is friendly and organized I went in for lower back pain and meant with a few of the chiropractors and they have helped relieve a lot of my pain in just a few visits! I also meant with the physical therapist for an assessment and she really took her time to figure out a good program for me. Fantastic experience: We love this place. My daughter and I have gotten massages here for the last few years. She started getting massages at 10 years old. My daughter also has chiropractic care here and has had decreased pain since starting. She plays hockey so the adjustments are helping her a lot. Its a very physical sport and Total Health helps to keep her feeling good All the employees are sweet, kind, and helpful. We are glad to have found such a wonderful place

Fantastic experience: So far, everything is great! Was able to get in quickly to see Alicia, the P.A. for a primary visit. I felt like she really took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. I was able to get a referral for the P.T. and Chiro for my neck injury and that happens all in one office right around the corner so this is great.

Fantastic experience: I have utilized their services in the past with a previous injury and worked with a therapist by the name of Peter. I fortunately was assigned to the same therapist. He is amazing and I can’t think Peter enough for the work. He is doing with me to get me well. I highly recommend this location.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff. Dr Gallagher is my Chiropractor and has helped greatly with my neck and back pain. The ongoing issue in my neck that I was having was resolved after my first visit and has not returned. I recommend Total Health Systems for all health needs!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at total health systems and I have to say it was an amazing experience! The person at the front desk was very welcoming and easy to talk to. This was my first time at the chiropractor and I had the pleasure of having Fiona and she couldn't have been any sweeter. She was very easy to talk to and since it was my first time at the chiropractor she walked me through every step of the process. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. I would highly recommend trying this place out.

Fantastic experience: I came in for a deep tissue massage after straining my back. It had caused problems sleeping and walking, I was in a lot of muscle spasm pain. Then I saw Dawn. She of the magic hands had me feeling like a new person and I got a good nights sleep for the first time in weeks. I am a nurse and I can assure you that Dawn was very thorough, concentrated on my problem areas and listened to what I had to say about where I was in pain. I am now seeing her weekly, that's how pleased I am with her massage therapy. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and of course, Dawn with the "Magic Hands".....go see her, you'll not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for a few years, everyone at the office is great. I just began seeing Dr. Fiona Gallagher, she is very efficient and helps ease my pain. She also gives me exercises to do at home in between adjustments that make a difference for my neck pain. Make an appointment with her!!

Fantastic experience: I was in severe lower back sciatica pain beginning of 2023. I went to physical therapy for four months. I cannot believe what they taught me to stretch to avoid this pain in the future. If it wasn’t for them, Total Health Systems, I don’t know where I’d be, but it was the worst pain I ever had. Fantastic experience: Do to a ton of back and neck pain I came to the office in hopes of some relief , and after 2 visits I feel so much better . Dr. Elwart is great and I feel so much better after my visits with him. I had a massage with Dawn who was amazing with deep tissue .I highly recommend total health.

Fantastic experience: I was in a lot of pain when I came to Piotr who is a Physical therapist at Total Health. Best PT sessions ever!!!! Pain went from a 8 to a 1 and, of course, I have more energy!!! I am on my feet and have deal a lot with people at work so pain management and quality of life are important. Fantastic experience: Came in with back pain due to my two previous pregnancies and they are phenomenal! Just with three adjustments so far and I can notice such a difference. They actually really care and understand the body and muscles. I’m so excited to have found such a great office!
