Fantastic experience: I had my Abex and liposuction completed by Dr. Bowker in July, and after 5 months, I'm so happy with the results. Sara, my OR nurse, explained everything and made me feel so comfortable. The only thing I would say should be done differently, and this is based on others that have had the procedure as well, is that they need to do a much better job explaining the recover process and that it entails. The recovery is a bit more difficult than what was explained, but it was well worth the results. Be prepared to do some sort of lymphatic massage after the surgery. You'll thank me later.

Fantastic experience: Real deal my experience The from desk lady was so nice every time I came in made me feel welcomed I loved that about her … I can’t remember her name but she sits on the left side when you walk in and she is African-American and had locs (((I’m African-American as well before y’all get to tripping I just want her to get her credit for being amazing)))… I was on time for my appointment and probably had to wait like 15 minutes or less any time I came in to be called back but it wasn’t a big deal that’s normal like any other doctor appointment. My consultation was with brooke davila I told her exactly what I wanted and goals I got waist and upper stomach and lower stomach… I kinda wanted to get back and bra area but I wasn’t sure … she told me it would be beneficial but wasn’t pushy about it said “maybe come back later after you see how you look after you heal with the 3 things I already chose “ she gave me the price and threw on some discounts I paid my $1000 which is the upfront payment you have to put down and the rest was financed I knew what my payments would be before I left and got my post op and procedure day appointment before I left brooke even gave me her personal number if I wanted to change anything later Every body I dealt with was amazing from my pre op appointment with Yolanda and dr tanwani … doctor tanwani was honest with me suggesting the bra area but wasn’t pushy ((( i know my back has quite a bit of fat so I wasn’t surprised ))) so once I’m healed if my back is still fat I can’t blame sono bello cause that was area I didn’t get he told me my stomach wouldn’t be complete flat because there is fat in my muscles and with the procedure I’m getting they don’t go that deep they take off 70 percent of Pinchable fat and that I could workout out and change my diet to lose the rest which I understood and was okay with that …Yolanda gave me some advice on ways I could make sure I had a good recovery which I ordered a few of the thing she suggested On my actual procedure day with Amaya … Amaya was amazing I’m lowkey scared of needles she put the IV in fast and easy Dr tanwani was so cool ensuring me I’ll be okay checked on me like 5 times when I was waiting to go in the procedure room cause he knew how nervous I was he was gentle during the procedure we even had some short conversation to keep my mind occupied during the procedure Amaya checked on me the whole way played music I like during the procedure once I was done was polite and gentle getting me dressed making sure I was comfortable amazing young lady So I know sono bello has a lot of bad reviews but this was real deal my experience for the people that are hesitant I went in there knowing what I wanted and I wasn’t going in wasting their time or mine I had a list of questions ready that I asked and I was satisfied with the answers and agreed to go ahead and sign up for the procedure… and I also went in giving respect so I didn’t experience anyone being rude … also you have to be realistic with yourself if you are super overweight and have a lot of fat you can’t just get upper stomach and lower stomach… and think your gonna walk out a model .. and look super different..your probably gonna need back bra rolls waist, hips, upper lower stomach etc … and the more areas you do the more expensive it is … the fatter you are the more expensive it’s gonna be …. I’ll write another review in a couple months on my results

Fantastic experience: Amazing place! Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. Nurse Yolanda was amazing and a lot of help. She gave me a bunch of aftercare tips. Dr. Wright was top notch! He was very funny and down to earth. His bed side manners are great too. All I have is positive things to say about my experience with SonoBello.

Negative experience: Do not do it. They just want your money. Do not let them finance you, or apply for financing on your behalf. Interest rates will be through the roof. If you ask for something in particular for your surgery and they respond with how they always do it, RUN! They do not listen to the patient or what the patient is looking for in their results. They will not offer any education or support regarding your procedures but expect you to know how to properly care for your incisions and post-op care based off your own Google research. Avoid Sonobello and this particular location at all cost!

Fantastic experience: 3MONTH POST OP That is when I met SARA!!!! She is AMAZING. Very informative, VERY NICE, very engaging, very sweet. I will not see anyone else but Sara. I had 3 other nurses but SARA was the best. She mirrored the sweetness of Dr Bowker who did a fantastic job. I’m very pleased

Fantastic experience: From the day I walked in for my consultation to the day of my surgery, my experience was awesome. I was greeted with smiles from the receptionist. I can't just name one person who was knowledgeable because I received a wealth of knowledge from Brooke (my consultant ), Melanie (my pre-op nurse), Sara (my surgery nurse - Just keep swimming and don't touch ..., our inside laugh), and last but definitely not least, Dr. Bowker (my surgeon). This team is extremely awesome and what makes it even better, they are personable, willing to share their personal Sono Bello procedure experiences. I really didn't have many question once I met with Dr. Bowker (who has an awesome bedside demeanor, who is gentle, compassionate, and who is meticulous in his sculpting) because his team is on point, but he also thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect. Thank you so much for making this experience one I would definitely recommend with the Dallas location!!! I will come back and post a review on my results since I just had my surgery 3 days ago. Fantastic experience: Just had my procedure today. Dr. Wright and staff are amazing. Dr. Wright explained everything in detail on what he was going to do, when the procedure started he told me what he was doing and told me what to expect. My nurses were awesome and so sweet (sorry I don't remember their names). Dr Wright and my nurses would check on me and ask how I was doing throughout my procedure. There was music playing during my procedure and that relaxed me as well. My nurses explained in detail what to do when I got home and what to expect. Dr Wright even called me later that evening to check on me. I would highly recommend Sonobello in Dallas. Dr Wright and the entire staff are so professional and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Update: Just had my procedure. Nurse Yolanda was the absoulute bet. I was so nervous about the IV amd she put it in without any pain!! She took such great care of me! Dr. Bowker and Dr Kashyap were both excellent surgons. Not only did they do a remarkable job, their bedside manner was to notch. They held conversations with mw and made sure I was comfortable (and monitored my pain level so well.) The results already look good! Nurse Melanie and Dr. Bowker were both so impressive during my pre op. Appointment. They answered every question, explained everything fully and made sure I was comfortable.

Fantastic experience: When you walk in, they greet you with a smile and they ask you how they can help you and then they do help you. When a patient comes in there that makes them a lot more comfortable, especially being greeted with a smile. I appreciate that. I am a retired nurse and I have been a boss so I know what it takes for people to be at the front desk and I believe they’re just fine.

Fantastic experience: I got liposuction and Yalonda was AMAZING she answered all of my questions and was very professional. She gave me an I.V. Z I'm my hand and it was painless and I have never had that from anyone else it always hurt. She definitely needs a raise! As far as Dr. Bowker he was also AMAZING he explained EVERYTHING he was doing and we also had conversations about things going on in the world. Fantastic experience: I didn’t know what to expect, even after all of the research. Kami was my first contact and awesome at explaining exactly how everything works and what to expect. It’s not an over night miracle, but I could see immediate results. Dr. Tanwani and Melanie were very reassuring but realistic about what results I could expect and the level of discomfort I would experience. Amanda was my nurse the day of the procedure, and though it sounds weird to be awake through the procedure, I was mostly comfortable and was constantly verbally reassured and kept informed on what was happening and what was next. If you are coming here for a stubborn spot you just cannot get rid of, I highly recommend the facility, procedure and, of course, Dr. Tanwani and the whole care team. It does take time to recover and fully see end results, but so far so good and I am a satisfied customer. Everyone has been pleasure to interact with!!

Negative experience: Do not make an appointment with them if you have any other plans for the rest of the day. I had a 9:30am appt, showed up at 9am as requested. Was told they were 2 hours behind. I rescheduled my appointment as I could not sit for 2 hours when I made an appointment. My reschedule appointment was at 1:30 a week later. Again, I show up at 1:15. After waiting for 30 mins (1:45) I was told yet again that they were extremely behind. I will not use their services for nothing. That lake of time management tells me all I need to know to not return. DO BETTER WITH YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Bowker was thorough with his pre surgery information and expectations. During the surgery he explained what he was doing, as he was doing it, which helped me feel at ease. After surgery, I expected someone to call and check on me, but I was very impressed because Dr Bowker himself reached out to check on how I was doing. Nurse Yolanda was wonderful as well! Very personable and caring. I could tell she really knows what she’s doing. I have put this surgery off because of hearing stories about how painful it was. However, I haven’t felt much pain at all! It just feels like sore muscles from a really hard workout. I would 100 % recommend Sono Bello and their team!

Fantastic experience: Update: I would like to extend my thanks to the Patient Relations Department for their dedication in addressing my concerns. This is the level of customer service I was hoping for, Their proactive and professional approach reflects the high standards I expect and appreciate. ******************************************* One of the worst experiences I have ever had involved their sales consultants making promises they couldn't keep. I was informed that they couldn't determine the fees for the operation until after it was performed, leading to me being charged the maximum amount. Post-operation, I was supposed to meet the doctor three times. However, a week after the operation, I only met with the nurse, who informed me that there was no need for another appointment a month later and that I should return in three months. My appointment, scheduled for tomorrow, has now been postponed due to their staff shortage, and the earliest available slot is a month from now. Their unhelpfulness was evident when they assured me initially that if I was unsatisfied with the results, they would arrange a follow-up with the doctor. Unfortunately, I am now being told that I have to wait another six months for this. I do not advise anyone to deal with this institution, as they do not fulfill their promises and are unprepared to provide the level of service they claim to offer.

Positive experience: The only thing that would make this a better experience is, after the procedure they should give more time to recover. I was out the door still under heavy sedation. It was awful. Need more time to recuperate.

Fantastic experience: I had my procedure six weeks ago and I love my 6 weeks post op results so far. On the day of my procedure I was extremely anxious and nervous but Dr. Bowker and the nursing staff talked me through my procedure and made me felt as ease. Fantastic experience: I originally looked into Sonobello in 2022 and read some bad reviews. I back out of an appointment I had because I was scared. After age and weight loss I knew I had to do something. So, I decided to give them a try at least with the free consultation. EVERYONE was so professional and friendly, I couldn't help but like them. It started with Jasmine. No pressure just facts, pictures and help was what I got from her. Then there was Dominic, the preop nurse, Christie the operating nurse and Amy the case nurse. I can't even start to say enough about each and everyone because they were all fantastic in their own category. Then there was Dr Tawani ... he asked about all my fears and put them to rest. He explained realistically what I could expect and what not to expect. So, if your contemplating a Sonobello experience ... go for it. Now, this is the Dallas location I am speaking about, so I can't speak of any other locations.

From the initial consultation with Jasmine in the Fort Worth office to the actual procedure with Dr. Bowker and team at the Addison location, the entire process has been phenomenal. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions and the doctor checked on me after my procedure to ensure that I was ok. I have received detailed videos daily since my procedure to explain what should be happening, what I can do and what I should look for. I am so happy that I choose Sono Bello!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Tanwani and Sarah were awesome and took care of me throughout the entire visit. I felt minimal pain and even when I did they recognized it and made it to where I didn't feel any pain once again. The procedure was quick. I am on day 3 of healing and it is going very well excited for my first post op appointment to see how it's going.

Fantastic experience: Abdominal and Chin lipo procedure: from the first meeting and signing my documents to the moments after the surgery my experience was easy & seamless! I had the pleasure of working with Dr Wright & Nurse Lakela! I could not say enough great things about these two individuals- they made me feel comfortable, content, and at ease during the entire surgery process.Their bedside manner is bar none, they both are extremely kind and caring in their mannerism and while talking to you before, during, and after the procedure. I could not have had a better team.They are truly heaven sent.

Negative experience: I called to set up a consultation. After hearing how tall I am and how much I weigh, the lady immediately had "computer problems" and then after waiting for about a min on hold, she hung up on me. I called back ( same lady) and after telling her again my name, height and weight, I told her she hung up on meand told her why I thought that and she finally told me in so many words that I was too heavy right now so they couldn't help me. Well why didn't you just say that to begin with. RUDE!!! I will NEVER do business with them now. BTW I knew it was the same lady bc she had a cold.

Negative experience: I had lipo on the following: upper and lower abs, waist and bbr. I was told that it was highly likely that my skin would tighten afterwards, due to a lack of stretch marks in the areas that I had liposuction. This was not true and I HATE the loose skin as a result. I have loose skin in all areas that received liposuction. I continue to wear my faja because I feel uncomfortable without it (helps flatten the loose skin). I have had several treatments at another locations, Lymphatic Express, to assist with the skin tightening, but this has not helped (in addition the nurse at Sono Bello did not see that I had a seroma at my first appointment, I went to Lymphatic Express the next day and they saw it and drained it). I now plan to find a location to get BodyTite after September (my 1-year mark). Fyi: if I knew before that I would have loose skin, I would have lost more weight prior to having liposuction or looked for something different, like bodytite.

Negative experience: This has been the worse experience of my life. I should have paid attention to the sign of being overlooked by Jasmine in the Fort Worth office on my consultation visit. I eventually was seen that morning and paid $7,160 for liposuction. About a week later I had chest pains that were confirmed to be a heart condition and high blood pressure. I didn't trust their doctor to give me a truthful pre-op evaluation. I informed Jasmine I would need to cancel because of my condition and my Lupus flare up. She said that's not a problem, you can still have the surgery. We treat a lot of people with Lupus. Why is a sales consultant giving out medical advice? I told her I'm not willing to die for cosmetic surgery. She just let out an annoyed sigh over the phone. I showed proof to Jasmine and their Clinical Team because they informed me that was all I needed for a refund. Very, very poor communication with these people. They don't want to answer any questions or give a truthful reply. They still haven't refunded any of my money. This has been going on since 12/10/2023. I emailed them all and was told that my primary doctor needed to fill out the medical a clearance. I asked for a copy of the medical clearance so I could be sure the primary doctor received it. The Clinical Team never faxed it the doctor's office or me. They are stressing me out and keeping my blood pressure high. This is theft. I am not going away and I'm not dropping all of my complaints until I get all of my money refunded.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Sono Bello was awesome. Upon my first visit, the consultation with Kammie was so captivating because she demonstrated the entire procedure. She made me feel very comfortable and assured me that the procedure wasn't painful. It is because of her that I decided to transform my body. Also, staff was very professional and attentive to my needs. At my pre-op, Nurse Yolanda was very patient with me and directed me carefully when filling out certain papers. She explained in detail what the procedure entailed and what I needed to do after the procedure. Dr. Tanwani is the BEST! He was very engaging with me, asking all types of family history medical issues, very compassionate with EXCELLENT bedside manners. What I like most of all about him is he told me the truth about a certain procedure that I wanted; he told me that I needed to lose some weight to get the best results. Any other doctor would have done the procedure and not care! His honesty, concern and truthfulness is what made me want him as my doctor to do the procedure. You can't go wrong at Sonobello!

Negative experience: I was so excited to finally be Rid of my baby belly overhang after decades of tucking it in. I was denied due to blood count issues. I was so disappointed . I had pre paid my Procedures. That was almost 8 wks ago. I have attempted several times as to why I have not been refunded my 10K payment. The only answer I have received is “it takes time and we have no idea what the delay is. The people at the facility & the facility it’s self were awesome . I was actually considering proceeding w/the procedures if I can get my blood counts under control . After this refund delay & lack of Communication , I can’t entertain doing business w/Sonobello ever again

Fantastic experience: Nurse Melanie and Dom were great! Made me feel comfortable about one of the best decisions I have made in my adult life. No judgments but support and kindness. Dr. Bowker is life!!! He did a FABULOUS job, his work on me gave me confidence and encouragement to continue my healthy life choices. I love my Sono Bello body!!

Fantastic experience: I've heard about having a tummy tuck and never did it because of the pain and lengthy recovery. When I found Sono Bello I was skeptical and nervous but decided it was time to get it done. I was completely blown away that they could do lipo AND skin removal without anesthesia! I had surgery 4 days ago and I'm doing great! Dr. Bowker and nurse Yolanda were amazing and made sure I was always comfortable. I highly recommend visiting Sono Bello if you are looking at lipo or abdominal skin removal in the future.

Fantastic experience: This was the best experience I’ve ever had as far as any medical procedures. Dr bowler was amazing! He talked me through every step! Melanie the nurse was absolutely wonderful! She started my IV and i never felt a thing. Her voice was very calming and kept me comforted during my procedure. Dominique was great but her voice was really loud. When you’re drifting in and out of twilight you don’t want a loud voice in the background!

I came for my pre surgery consult and Yolanda and Jerlean made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me. Dr Bowker came in and explained everything about the procedure and what to expect for the day off. Overall I had a great experience and am looking forward to the end results.

Negative experience: My adult daughter was in the Dallas office on May 31 for evaluation and paid $21,900 for a procedure and the next day they called and said she wasn’t a candidate. She can’t get her money back. She repeatedly calls and they say 3-5 days. Call back if you don’t get it. Seriously? No integrity and they are liars. Two months of “3-5 day.” Then they get ruffled because you call to ask where the money is. My next correspondence is with the CEO’s office and local news channels. We filed a complaint with the Tx attorney general’s office and I am giving them until end of day today or I will call the Texas medical board and the Dallas police department to follow up. We are sick of asking.
