Fantastic experience: I extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to Dr Lisa, John, Andrea, Toni and MC for putting me back on the path to Total Wellness. In short, I came to TWS suffering horribly with a pinched nerve, resulting in a tingling/numbing sensation down my left arm extending to my fingertips. I was despondent! However, after 3-4 weeks of biweekly adjustments and decompressions, the pain and tingling sensation started to dissipate! I am happy to report, after my required sessions, I am pain free and well adjusted. I will forever be thankful to the wonderful team at TWS. You all are the BEST!!

Fantastic experience: For 5 years I had chronic pain in my lower back, sometimes going down my leg. Nothing seemed to address the cause or provide relief. Despite countless visits to the ER, my primary care doctor, and a neurologist – all of whom provided great care – the treatment mainly focused on managing symptoms with prescription after prescription. Fantastic experience: My journey to “TOTAL WELLNESS” began 3 months ago after decades of crippling migraines, intractable lower back pain and insomnia; all treated with a variety of medications. These medications included but not limited to Maxalt for migraines, the gamut of muscle relaxants and steroid injections for lower back pain and Ambien for sleep. The latter was a 15+ year cyclic dependency to induce and remain asleep. It finally occurred to me that the conventional cycle of various medications to treat the symptoms and not root cause was an exercise in futility. Thanks to my sister, I sought out her recommendation for the chiropractic care provided by Dr. Melissa her most excellent Total Wellness team (Dr. John, Andrea, M.C, Toni). After Dr. Melissa’s detailed initial assessment the 3 months journey of twice weekly spinal decompressions, and adjustments. I’m thrilled to say for the first time in over a decade I no longer need Ambien, muscle relaxants or migraine medications. We’re now tackling my gut health on my journey to TOTAL WELLNESS!!! My deep appreciation for the exceptional care team at Total Wellness…HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Negative experience: I have visited for my back pain and they treated me for something else and they did not concentrate on the actual reason for the visit, I am good for what they have trated me and I feel better for that, I took around 9 sessions in there and there is not progress on my pain I keep telling them the issue but they did nothing except trying to adjust once. I didn't see any progress so I stopped visiting them.

Fantastic experience: *Updated post after going for 4 months: All the people here are very kind, caring, & treat you like family. They also don’t give up on you and really care about you. Dr. Melissa & Dr. John are great and are very skilled at getting your body and all of the systems within your body back in alignment and working properly so you feel a whole lot better overall. If your body and systems are in alignment and working properly, you sleep better, digest better, stress & anxiety lessen, & pain is either completely gone or is a whole lot less than before. I’ve had chiropractic care for most of my life & it has always helped. What I love the most is they look at you/your health as a whole and build a plan tailored to you with the different services they offer that makes sense to help heal your body. I was a dancer growing up and danced all through college so my back and neck are pretty beat up. Coming here and getting chiropractic care, neck & back decompression, & lying on the bio mat has helped my body hurt a whole lot less (which is great because usually it is always hurting) and I usually feel relaxed and a whole lot better after my appointments here. I’ve also experienced the class IV laser therapy, red light therapy, and braintap. They all were great for the problems I was going through at the time. They really listen to what you say and have you do the treatments that will best help with what is going on with you. If you are wondering if it is worth it, it is completely worth it. *After the first visit: Thank y'all so much! I felt very welcomed and cared for. I know certain things take time for sure and I do feel sore (which is normal with major adjustments), but I also feel better already with the chiropractor adjustment, laying on the bio mat, and getting traction for my neck, and the red light therapy for my shoulder that was messed up. Everyone seems super knowledgeable and an expert in their craft and I am very excited to come back and see where things continue to go. Through zone technique, Dr. Melissa made a plan just for me to put me back in the trails in just a couple of weeks after hardly being able to walk when I came through the office doors. The different treatments are awesome. Dr. Melissa's approach to healing is fascinating she focus on particular zones and each one heals significant areas of your body. Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment yesterday and I can't say enough good things. I've been to chiropractors before and have had minimal results and relief. I've lived with debilitating lower back pain my whole life, and today I feel like a new person. The tight lower back tension is GONE, you hear me! GONE! I've been living with a pain in my hip/groin for over 8 months, GONE! I was told my feet would be arthritic and have been feeling the muscles in my feet tightening and keeping my feet cramped and unable to properly stretch the muscles and tendons in my feet, today I woke up like I never had feet issues. Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing chronic lower back pain and sciatic nerve pain radiating down my right leg for about three years. My wife found Total Wellness Solutions on the internet and after reading some reviews she suggested, I give them a shot. After all I had nothing to lose, because I had tried steroid Injections, Platelet-Rich Plasma injection, and even almost scheduled a surgical procedure and nothing worked for my lower back pain or sciatica. From the initial consultation back in October 2023 Dr. Arnold was very confident that, she could help me. Fantastic experience: I loved this place and these people. First off the fact that they would even see me knowing that I am not from the area and would not be an established patient was amazing! From the very moment I walked in rhe door they made me feel welcomed. After my adjustment I felt sooo much better. So grateful for them and them sharing their healing talents with others.

Fantastic experience: Over the course of a couple years, I put on 40 pounds due, in part, to needing two hip replacements. I noticed even after the surgeries I still had pain in other joints. I started the Trust Your Gut program to clean out my system, identify foods that were causing my body problems, and to lose the weight. I won't lie, the first week or so was a little tough as my body was acclimating. But even then, I noticed that I didn't have the cravings that I was used to battling. That was amazing to me because I have quite the sweet tooth! My joints slowly and steadily got less painful and my body started moving with more ease. I also noticed improvements in my digestion, sinuses and energy level. At approximately the 10 week mark I had lost 19 pounds. To my amazement, it hadn't been an endless struggle fighting hunger. The program is very simple and mostly easy to follow - no pills, just a daily tincture, a morning shake and normal, healthy food. Combined with red light therapy, I was able to bring my visceral fat (the really bad kind under your muscles around your organs) down 2 points to the healthy range. Fantastic experience: Love Love Love my red light therapy and Total Wellness Solutions! The vibe is welcoming there and the red light bed is my weekly vacation! It is a mood lifter that is great for relieving all the stress we bottle up. My brown spots lighten up and I swear, smile lines are disappearing. I heard from a friend, if you ever need a good Chiropractor, Dr. Melissa Arnold is who you call. I ended up badly needing help for an injury and Dr. Melissa 100% delivered. Fantastic experience: Total Wellness Solutions has taken the best care of me during my pregnancy. Every single person on the team is so caring and they make an effort to get to know YOU- by the second week I came in they knew me by name and it felt like I had been going there for months already. I came in with constant back pain, and overall discomfort at month 4 and by month 6 I would come in each week really just for maintenance because I was feeling sooo much better. My baby was in breech position for a majority of my pregnancy and the doctors were not hopeful that he would move head down by time of delivery. They even scheduled me a C-section. I kept seeing Dr. Melissa and turns out baby moved head down in week 37! I cannot recommend Total Wellness Solutions enough to take care of you during your pregnancy. I cannot imagine going through this process without them. :)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Melissa did the Zone Healing Technique for/to/on me and I experienced amazing results after the very first session. I am relatively healthy, but I am starting to have a few issues now that I am in my mid-fifties. Dr. Melissa is helping me with sleep and exercise recovery issues. I just can't exercise daily without destroying my immune system. I monitor my sleep and recovery numbers very closely with my Oura ring. Dr. Melissa worked with me on a Sunday. After our session I worked out at the gym. After a good work out I usually get a readiness score in the high 60s or low 70s the next day and it gets back up into the low 80s after a day of rest. Because of Dr. Melissa's session I scored an 88 in readiness the next day. What was really impressive was that I had a HRV score of 66, this means that my body is relaxed and healing quickly, a score that high is very unusual for someone my age. I typically have an HRV of 30 (the higher the better). After a heavy work out I normally have a bad night of sleep. Normally in the high 50s or low 60s. Amazingly, I scored an 82 with 2.5 hours of deep sleep & 2 hours of REM. The proof is in the numbers... For the first time in several years I believe I that I might be able to exercise & sleep well every day, like when I was much younger.

Fantastic experience: Melissa, Andrea, Mc, Dr Laurie are all awesome I was in a boating accident a few weeks ago and hurt my ribs really badly, was in a lot of pain, it hurt to breathe deeply, bending, can’t sleep on my right side and Andrea said, come on over we can help. They got me in the next day when I could get in. I was thinking this is not gonna be good, no one is gonna touch me, but I was hurting so bad that I needed help. Fate brought me to Dr Melissa through a wine business we were both working on…we were fast friends & I could just tell right away that she would be the one that could REALLY HELP ME! The entire team is so kind and welcoming, so you feel completely at ease the moment you walk in the door. I was also recently involved in a car accident. After 2 visits with Dr. Melissa I was able to get dressed without having to hold on to anything for assistance. Fantastic experience: As a former collegiate-level football player I was experiencing pain and stiffness in my neck and upper back and my wife found Dr. Melissa for my treatments. From my first visit, Dr. Melissa did a very thorough job diagnosing my overall health and prescribing a series of treatments, mainly spinal adjustments and cervical decompression, but also laser therapy. The results have been amazing and I can always tell when I need to get in for an adjustment. Dr. Melissa's office and staff are high energy and the ambiance is perfect for treatment. Fantastic experience: In Mid-July I shared my health issues with Dr. Melissa. She said she could help. On August 8th I weighed 243 pounds. I had no energy, struggled to get out of bed in the morning, dealt with an onslaught of negative thinking and simply could not get any momentum to get healthy. This Morning, September 1st, I stepped on the scale and weighed 219 pounds. My energy is up, I wake up before my alarm, I have clarity of thought again and have reignited my ability to focus on a task and complete it.
