Fantastic experience: I came to this appointment in a lot of pain as I have scoliosis and herniated discs in my neck. I typically wait until it's really bad then find help via Chiropractor care. I chose Normandale Chiropractor because of the location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was able to make appointment online for the same day. Dr Matt asked many questions about my history as well going over my new patient record. He adjusted me and after I left I could stand up straight, which was amazing based on how I walked in. The immediate care and ability to come in the same day, was a life saver for me. I am just beginning my care journey again, but was thoroughly impressed by the team and care of Dr.Matt. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: A couple weeks ago I tweaked my back installing a dishwasher and cutting up limbs that had fallen off our tree from one of the high wind storms. I had a hard time sitting down, I could not sleep, I couldn’t hardly bend over. I called several places to see if I could get in to a chiropractor and if they could help me. Everybody kept telling me it would be 2 to 3 days before I could get to see anyone. I knew that was not going to work because I was absolutely miserable. I got a referral from a guy at work to Normandale Chiropractic health center. I was able to get in that afternoon and I met with Matt Anderson. He was able to identify my problem area in my lower back and started with the first treatment. After my first appointment, I already started regaining feeling in my left leg and a tingling in my foot was going away. I have had a few other appointments since and have never felt better. I owe a lot of thanks to Matt for immediately improving my health and to Normandale chiropractic health center for getting me in so fast. If you have any issues with your back, I highly recommend you going to Normandale chiropractic health center. Ask for Matt. Negative experience: I would never go there again a chiropractor named Dr Mike adjusted me so hard he tore my hip cup and my groin muscle and put me in the emergency room my hip hop was bleeding. I told him about it I barely got to I'm sorry because of my kind heart I should have sued for malpractice his attitude was really bad I do regret not sewing but what a horrible experience that was I've tried to forget about it but I still have problems in my groin area to this day and I went on a vacation on crutches and in so much pain because of his carelessness and he knew that my hip was bad so knock yourself out if you want to go here. I know it's a few years earlier but it's called karma Dr Mike thanks for putting me in the emergency room and the way you handled it was so unprofessional.

Just an overall really nice guy and a fantastic chiropractor. If you’re stubborn and don’t know how to relax like me Dr Mike can still get you adjusted.

I was very nervous about beginning treatment with a chiropractor and making appointments is anxiety-inducing for me, so being able to text with the staff to set up my appointment was a huge relief. On my first visit, the administration team was incredibly welcoming to me and my friend who came with me, and Dr. Anderson was totally okay with me bringing my friend into the room for my appointment and took much care when I told him I was a bit nervous due to my PTSD. Right away, he got me set up for a schedule and plan for treatment, and several weeks later, I have seen a huge improvement in how I feel. When I started seeing Dr. A I was experiencing moderate back pain daily and now I experience it maybe once a week. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: As a person with a chronic Illness such as Ehlers Dalnos Syndrome, like myself- I have had a difficult time finding a chiropractor let alone a doctor who understands how this condition affects me, my joints, muscles, connective tissues, ligaments, etc. This was the first chiropractic office I’ve been to that utilized electro stimulation (Tens Unit) and I’m inclined to see the results compared to the constant cracking, and excessive force that is used in typical chiropractic spinal manipulations. So far so good, and I will be back.
