Negative experience: It is sooooo hard to book an appointment! You’ll be on hold for 30 plus minutes and recording will still say your estimated wait time 12 minutes repeatedly. Trying book an appointment for my daughter.
Fantastic experience: Today I went into the health center with a serious dental problem. For almost a week I was trying to see the dentist who originally did the work on my teeth but was unable to get a good appointment. But today I just went in and asked for the person in charge and he came out and he help set up a appointment for me today at 11:00am. I came back at 10:30 and they called me at 10:35. I had Dr. K and her assistant Lilly and they did a wonderful job. Thank you ladies. Dr.K repaired a serious cavity hole in my tooth and was able save my tooth for a couple more years. (I'm 65) My mouth feels so much better. Thanks Caring Health Center for all your help. Special thanks to Mr. Jessie Ferguson and Supervisor Joe.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful friendly helpful staff. I am 78 white man who has seen his share of medical facilities and this would compare to.the better ones. Dr. was super pro but exuding caring. They really seemed to care. 5 stars
Negative experience: They are not taking care of you what you deserve. Very poor service!

Positive experience: The behavioral health side has been nothing but amazing. Very helpful. However the health care side has been not so good. They don't respond to appointment requests and if you call they barely answer the phone. This is people's health and should take a little more consideration.

Negative experience: The most terrible front desk people/ scheduling I have ever come across. I can never reach them I’m on hold for hours ! They hang up on my face and the one time I actually got a hold of them the man said he had scheduled an appointment but after going on that exact date they told me there was no appointment scheduled . You guys are ridiculous ! Next time don’t hire people that don’t know what they are doing and get a better answering system . This is ALWAYS an issue with you people .

Negative experience: I’ve been calling leaving messages for the nurse and still haven’t received a callback. Phone service said hold time was approximately 8 minutes waited over half hour and still no answer

Fantastic experience: 3rd floor Dental Department is helpful and answered all the questions I had about pricing, and other treatment needed. Tamira especially had all the answers to my questions. She was very patient , and polite with me and my family.
Negative experience: Worst place ever, i made an appointment and waited for months to see my care provider so she can refer me to a chiropractor, its been 8 months since i met her, sent many messages on my chart with no response and made many phone calls, then i get referred to the wrong place so frustrating

Negative experience: This is the worst hospital in the world where you try to communicate with them and they never answer the call, and when they do answer, it's to transfer you to an extension that never answers the call.

Negative experience: It really is the worst clinic that exists. They never have an appointment available to see the doctor. I mean, you request an appointment and they give it to you for 6 months later, literally. I have been waiting since September for a referral to a podiatrist for my child who has ingrown toenails that won't heal, and as of today, January 2024, nothing has been done, and I call every day and they pass the calls around like hot potato.

Negative experience: Shouldn't be considered as a Primary Care office, alot of things get dropped and communication isn't their best attribute. But I would say they would make a great Extensive Urgent Care. Shouldn't be your Primary source for medical help.
Negative experience: The worst experience I had there with my mom was when she was attended to and they referred her to the dentist. On 12-12-23, she had an appointment, and the dentist found her blood pressure to be very high. Since her primary doctor is there, he gave her a paper to go to the second floor. When I arrived, they told me to go to the first floor. Then they told me to go next to the records and press the button for someone to come out and assist us. After about 10 minutes, someone came out, and I explained the situation. They said it would take 6 to 7 days, and I thought, 'Wow, so long if she has high blood pressure.' I asked if we could leave, and they said yes. When we were almost home, I got a call saying my mom needed to sign the paper, so I turned around and went back inside, leaving my mom in the car because she wasn’t feeling well. I asked if I could take the paper to her in the car for her to sign, and they said it was protocol. I told them my mom wasn’t well and asked if someone could go quickly so she wouldn’t have to come in due to her condition, but they said no. I suggested she could at least go in, and I told my mom to make an effort. My mom went with me and signed, but she didn’t feel well; her hands were even shaking. The lady said my mom also needed to put the date, but my mom couldn’t even write the numbers, so I helped her with the last two digits of the date. The woman who attended us got annoyed and was very rude, and we had a small argument because it seems unreasonable for an 81-year-old woman who felt so bad to have to sign that paper again when she had already been there before. I found the young lady to be very unprofessional and arrogant.

Negative experience: CHC has never been that great. They've gotten worse over the years. Near impossible to get call backs, connecting to an actual human being takes too long, and their automated line should have all the long winded nonsense about operating hours and what phones numbers you need to call to reach their pharmacy hidden behind a press 8. Won't even get my BC from here because they literally have you doing extra steps like going to your own pharmacy (not theirs, their pharmacy will not provide a BC perscription for their own doctors to administer to patients). They have an entire lab, that isn't even theirs :( The whole place is just a corner cutting nightmare designed specifically to save them pennies and to operate at base level function and nothing more.

Negative experience: I been enrolled to Caring Health on Main St, for the past 10 months now and they really like to change your appointment without notice. You will get a text for your appointment to arrive 15 minutes early for 11am appointment, when you arrive you will get another text for your appointment for 11:20am appointment. This is not ok people do have a time frame to fit their schedule. They also like to talk about your problem one issue at a time and then to set up another appointment to talk about your other problems 2 months later.

Positive experience: Great office. But they really need to update their hours. Google says they're open til 7pm. I wasted my time coming all the way down to the location for them to close at 6pm it says on the door. Do better caring health center.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the Caring Health Center Pharmacy, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. I was in need of a specific prescription, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I received it promptly. From the moment I entered the pharmacy, the staff greeted me with a smile and were extremely helpful in answering any questions I had. They took the time to explain the medication and even gave me some helpful tips on how to manage my symptoms. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. They were patient, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit, which made me feel valued as a customer. Overall, I would highly recommend the Caring Health Center Pharmacy to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy pharmacy. The staff are exceptional, and the service is top-notch. I will definitely be returning for all of my future pharmaceutical needs.

Negative experience: Went to caring health center in Springfield multiple times with the same issue and the doctors always tried telling me I had anxiety, finally on my last appointment a couple days ago the doctor found out I have h pylori “Bacteria in the stomach” just keep that in mind next time a doctor says you have anxiety they might just not wanna do their job And anxiety is their first go to excuse.
Negative experience: I've been trying to make an appointment for my dad to be seen at the Caring Health Center for the past week. The receptionist keeps telling me that they are busy with other calls or they transfer me to an ext. so I can leave a voicemail. But I never get a call back. My dad recently moved here from PA and has run out of his meds, but he needs to be seen in order to get all his meds. Like come on, now! He's been here for 4 months and all they do is give us the go- around! Please be for real! You're telling me that you'd rather let a 76 year old man die without his meds and treatment instead of seeing him ASAP? You have got to do better!

Negative experience: I switched to La Pelr Pharmacy from Walgreens thinking that I would get better service with my medications, and they practically forgot about my prescription. They were supposed to send it to me, and I'm still waiting for my medications.

Negative experience: This place is terrible with returning phone calls. I am helping a quadriplegic patient. Been leaving so many messages to register him as a new patient and hasn't been able to.
Negative experience: The worst clinic that can exist in Springfield, MA. They always change doctors without consulting the patient; I have been changed doctors 4 times without any consultation. I've wanted to switch clinics, but the waiting list at other clinics is long. To see a doctor because I feel fine, they are always full and have no available appointments, even if I call early. They open on Saturdays, and when you call, they say they won't see you if you don't have an appointment. The worst.

Negative experience: IF IT WAS POSSIBLE I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IN THIS REVIEW AFTER WHAT HAPPENED THIS MORNING! It usually takes a lot for me to ever get mad or come out of character, but this morning I came close to snatching security's face for disrespecting me as well as a nurse receptionist. I walked out crying and screaming not able to get my tooth fixed. I had to reschedule at the Sumner Avenue location instead. IM SO TIRED of men thinkin its ok to disrespect me and then when I flip out, I'm crazy! No! Not this time! Caring Health Center, Inc. just lost a patient. They always ask you for a survey on what they could do better. They even ask you what can they do better when you file a complaint and each time you tell them, they don't improve at ALL! It gets even more worse then the last! After my teeth is fixed, I'm removing all of my records and finding a whole new doctor. Its not fair to my primary care physician because I know he is a great doctor and I love him and he is located at the Boston Road location, but as much as I do love my primary, my sanity and respect is worth so much more! I wish Brian Beauvais would leave Caring Health Center and open up his own practice because he is too good for this sorry excuse of a medical place. I want no parts of their brand period based on the way they are nonchalant and disrespectful to patients. ESPECIALLY THE SECUIRTY GUARD AT THE MAIN STREET LOCATION! I STILL WANNA SNATCH HIS FACE, but you know what it's okay! Karma will get him! I WOULDN'T EVEN BRING MY FUTURE ADOPTIVE CHILDREN HERE!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience working with the health navigator named Lydia. I was having trouble getting health insurance on my own. She was friendly, called me back all the time, and helped me get the health insurance I needed in a matter of days. She is clearly very hard-working and truly cares about making a difference for people. I highly recommend this company and service.

Positive experience: I walked in on Saturday and was directed to the upstairs area to be seen... the place was as empty as empty can be. (Unless there is another entrance or something I'm unaware of.) I waited for roughly 20 minutes till the person who told me to go upstairs approached me and said it'll be at least a 2 hour wait... I left. Also security guard seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. My first time having to come here so asking questions felt like an unwelcomed nuisance... being pleasant is not difficult... can be the difference between people returning or not. Update: I was called to come back which was unexpected and I highly appreciated.

Negative experience: Disgusting staff, it's unfathomable that when you call them they're angry at you for calling them. I returned a call and politely asked where or who I should be talking to and this woman goes "ugh whatever" and hangs up on me. What on earth. And if I get a response from the company that says sorry call us back that's a sick joke. That's what I did and was treated like dirt. Sickening.

Negative experience: Front desk and HR i dont know where they get these workers from?? A Temp?? Half of the dont even know what they are doing they look lost. Negative experience: I had a tooth removed on August 5 the doctor said come back in 2 weeks to do impression for dentures.very happy with his work. But when I went to front desk and spoke to Cadence she said the doctor wants me back in 5 weeks.she make an appointment for September 13..so I have no front teeth for over 5 weeks..I guess it a lot easier for her to find a open appointment 5 weeks later

Summer ave front desk lady said ur appointment is not here it’s on Main Street again and send us back saying she is not here.it’s already late and we missed the appointment later doctors call us saying she is in summer ave waiting for us.then why front lady send us back ? Negative experience: Fraud. Lying about cavities I didn’t have which is insurance fraud. Run far away from this especially if you have good insurance. Not sure why I even gave them the time of my day.

Positive experience: It was good overall. Due to covid we had to wait outside in the cold for a while but it's all good. The staff are respectful and they help with what we needed for the most part.
Fantastic experience: I had my dental needs met here some 5 years ago and they did an amazing job on what I needed done so much to the point of going back once again and have a very simular procedure done again so that is how you know a place is good when you go back

Negative experience: The USCIS listed Caring Health Centre as one of the centres to do a medical examination. I called the centre this morning (June 21) at 9:30 am to seek an appointment and ended up speaking with a front office personnel who bemoaned me for not knowing how things work at the centre. When I informed her that the doctor I was trying to get hold of is listed on the US official website, she started losing her patience and in a rash manner hung up on me. I expected a certain level of civility from a staff working at a health care centre who goes by the adjective "caring."

I have seen top management about my very negative concerns. Was told by upper management that the issues would be address since my last review. They haven't been addressed. Things are worse. It see they play a game to get you to go somewhere else. I am a quality manager in the manufacturing aero space industry. Have gotten many awards for quality and delivery. They have no quality at this organization everyone should stay away from this place. I have had Bay State Health tell me to stay away from this place. Think about it. Your health is important.

Negative experience: They do NOT return calls back. They leave you waiting and never return calls for an emergency call placed to the doctor. The worst Caring Health Center is the one on Boston Road in Springfield MA. They do NOT care about their patients AT ALL!!!

Positive experience: Call ahead before you go!! Check in first, then they'll call you to come in when they're ready for you. They don't have walk ins anymore, but they can schedule you pretty quickly! Staff is awesome. (This is NOT a bad review) this is an informative review!

Negative experience: I was made to wait 2 and a half hours for the pediatrician. The appointment was at 3:20 and I was seen at 5 PM. This has not been the first time, it has happened before.

Fantastic experience: Seeing the bad reviews of Caring Health Center. I was thinking it was gonna be bad, but in fact it went pretty smoothly. There is a some waiting time, but that is to be expected. The doctor I had took the time to listen to me and I love doctors that do that because they truly want the best care for their patients.

Negative experience: No idea what this place was or why I was getting phone calls from them, until I finally dialed the number back & learned it is some sort of low-income medical/dental practice on Main Street Springfield? Maybe Mass Health? In any case, the women who answered phones were dismissive; and my goal was to correct whatever had led them to get my number. It took persistence, but I manged to get through to a clueless woman who I asked why I was receiving these calls, who read my number back to me incorrectly as she saw it come up on their Caller ID, attaching some name that was NOT mine, told her that was neither my name nor my number & to STOP! Then I read several of their reviews; and must say it sounds like a horrible medical/dental practice & that on their Ad box, they list that their VITALS ranking as 3.6, when in reality it is 1.6 which is a VERY low rating, with doctors listed receiving ratings even lower than that! If you are low income or on Mass Health, there must be places you can find that are better--- Maybe Holyoke? Or West Springfield? Just sayin'...

Positive experience: Pues es un buen centro de salud a pesar que es muy limitado. No es recomendado si tiene una emergencia urgente es preferible que valla al hospital mas cercano.
Negative experience: They will change your primary care doctor. Multiple times. Then tell you no you can not have your meds since we changed your doctor. Not are fault. But now wait till they call you back oh yea. dont hold your breath. Dont count in this place to tale care of you find some where else.
Negative experience: Worst place . Front desk is disrespectful. They don't know how to talk to people. I took walk in appointment first person,, at 12:45 It passed 3 hours and nothing happened. People checked in after me was in before me . I had an emergency called more than 7 times 2 weeks passed and no response went back to them same problems and excuses. Negative experience: I do not recommend the Sumner Ave clinic. The dental clinic is a success, but the medical clinic is terrible. Whenever I schedule an appointment for my son with the pediatrician, it gets canceled because she has asthma. They don't even give me another day's appointment. I end up taking him to urgent care clinics, but I made an appointment because I needed a referral and because lately my son has been complaining of pain. Today I go to the appointment at 10:20. As always, they take a long time. I arrived early at 10:50, I check in, and then 10:20, 10:30, and 10:45 pass. I get up and ask the girl at the counter what’s going on since there’s no one left and the appointment was at 10:20. She told me they checked me in but didn't submit it. She says she’s going to talk to the doctor. She comes out and tells me that she can see me, but later. I told her no, that I needed an excuse for my son at school as if he was there. She told me she couldn't give me an excuse because she didn't see my son. I told the girl that the excuse is like proof that he was there, not that the doctor saw him. She went to talk to the doctor again and came back to tell me to sit down because she would see him. The girl at the counter started chatting with other employees and looking at me, making me feel bad and uncomfortable. At no point did I raise my voice or disrespect anyone. I believe I had every right to get up and ask to be seen or at least get an excuse for my son, saying he was there and didn’t arrive on time to school just for a joke. But at 11, another patient arrives, and they take her in, so I got up to leave. All the employees stared at me, and then the guy who was attending me apologized and gave me the excuse. What a bad moment, and then everyone looking at me as if it were a problem. I do not recommend the Sumner Ave medical clinic; terrible service plays with health.

Negative experience: Clean facility. Unprofessional, inappropriate employees with horrible phone etiquette. Scheduling is far out even when the necessity is severe they ask you to come in as a "walk in". You'll be expecting to be seen as a walk in but then you get there and they can't fit you in because they have no slots available. Returning a call for results is almost impossible since the medical assistants or nurse are not answering till almost 30 mins before their shift is over and expect you to call back right away within those 30 mins. Beside the unpleasant facility my provider, Lilliya Tereshchuk PA, was really pleasant and helpful but has left then practice :(

Negative experience: I just called with a toothache and was told that I have a balance of $325 , which I paid in July for a check up and scans. I told the guy I was speaking with I already paid this the day I was seen and he hang up on me, now nobody picks up the phone. I would like this issue resolved about my balance plus I need an appointment for my hurting tooth!

Negative experience: I did not like it. First, my pcp did not want to give me a letter of recommendation for wls. She said it was best for me to bring medical records, but because she didn’t know anything about me she couldn’t. Secondly, the place did not look sanitary. Thirdly, the ladies at the front desk on the first floor were rude they did not greeted you they just say how can I help you. The area is too busy such as traffic. Looked ghetto. Worse experience ever. I ended up changing my insurance and went to Holyoke medical center fyi that’s where my records at.
