Fantastic experience: I was so well cared for at Midland PT. I went 2 to 3 times a week for 3 months for a frozen shoulder and my PTA April was just excellent. So patient, really knew how to rehab my injury. I am forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: I needed to start working out again. I “DID” not want to start going to a gym because I DO NOT LIKE GYM’s! They offered this new personal training and power program and I went once and ended up leaving, signing up for 8 sessions! My trainer knows what he is doing and I honestly love it! I have now been going for three weeks and I can now see the results, and I am happy! Thank you! This place makes getting back in shape comfortable for me.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place! Taylor, Jasmine and Anna are very knowledgeable and professional at what they do. They have helped me reduce pain within a couple visits that I've been having in my upper back. My absolute favorite procedure would be the laser treatment with Jasmine she pays attention to exactly where the pain was located and always asked me if the laser was too hot or not hot enough. Great place highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Ery fast and efficient, had a lot of people there for physicals and drug tests. Didn’t wait more than 20 min to get thru test. Very pleased on how smooth it went.

Negative experience: They've recently changed management, and they no longer care about patient health. They've lost most of the physical therapists that cared for patients as well, and from we've been told it was due to the new direction they're handling patients. All this place cares about is money, not patients health.

Positive experience: The testing process was fine, but the collection tech seemed very disinterested in her job and there was zero friendliness in her demeanor.

Positive experience: Everyone was nice but them making me hang from a little 1/2" rope for 15 seconds was wrong, my hands are still hurting 4 days after work steps. Rope needs to be a proper size and texture for this test without causing injury.

Negative experience: Horrible service. Will take all day for new hire packets. Staff are very rude. Work steps is an all day affair. I would never chose to go to this establishment.

Fantastic experience: Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I was visiting Odessa and my back had been bothering me for several weeks...I was in lots of pain! A Friend suggested I go to Midland Physical Therapy. I contacted them, explained what was going on and within an hour, I had an appointment. They evaluated me, explained in detail what treatment I would need...Massage and laser therapy. I walked in bent way over and after treatment...I was upright and 90% pain free! They showed me what exercises to do at home and scheduled a follow up appointment a few days later. Four weeks later, I'm still pain free. Thanks again!!!

Fantastic experience: Needed to get a dot med card in a crunch bc another provider fail through. Midland physical therapy got me in and out in no time. Great service from a great staff.

Negative experience: Dont go there they will try to double charge you and say you did not make payments when they clearly will not provide services without payment

Negative experience: The receptionist was so horrible. Throwing papers at the patients is uncalled for. Never will be coming to this place again. Would not recommend this place unless you like to be disrespected!! Not much of a person to leave reviews but I felt this was needed and wanted to warn people before making the hassle of making an appointment with these people.

Negative experience: I walked in to see how much a visit would cost me after insurance. I handed Amanda my card and she looked it up and said it would be my normal copay. So I scheduled an appt with a pt for evaluation. I go in for my appt and pay my copay at the front desk and had an evaluation with a PT, which was good. After I left, I get a call from Amanda saying they don't accept my insurance. Good therapists as far as I can tell but awful patient rep.

Negative experience: Went to this place to do a medical card and the doctor there tht did it dnt remember her name didn’t give it to cuz my high blood pressure was high and she didn’t even give it to me for 3 months which tht what they normally do and then I asked her for a refund since she didnt do no type of testing tht u could say they waisted money on I waisted a 120 there for nothing and she didn’t give me my money back tht I spent the only reason I went there was cuz the place I normal go to was closed and then I went the next day spent 90 and they gave it to me this is the worst place to go to tht lady is junk I don’t want to use the real words she deserves but she’s junk never will I go there again
