Fantastic experience: I have been to a couple of Chiropractors here in Florida and I have finally found a Chiropractor that takes the time to check me out and give me an adjustment for what is going on with me instead of the same adjustments that other Chiropractors give to every patient that comes in their office. I feel great!

Fantastic experience: I was in pain and called on Monday after the holidays. Rice family practice gave me an appointment for the next day. The exam was thorough. The treatment helped immediately. The office is clean and well equipped and well-run. The doctors are pleasant and caring.

Fantastic experience: I wasn't a believer in Chiropractic care. So, I’ve always put off going to the Chiropractor. Dr. Rice made me a believer. Everything began with a free workshop at the office where the Dr’s and staff presented everything I needed to know. After my second visit my back pain went away. Dr. Rice is always very personable, friendly, and good at what he does. He explains everything clearly, and makes sure I am comfortable. The staff at the front desk is always courteous, friendly, and professional. If you choose RFC, you’ll feel better after going here.

Negative experience: Initial consult / X-rays went well. Showed up to appointment #2 and was told it would be $55 / per adjustment, I said that's not in our budget & they collected the $140 exam fee with no explanation about my X-rays, also I have a titanium cage in my neck. Was told by Dr. Rice himself which was standing right there next to Nancy the receptionist "to go get smashed down the road at The Joint". Real professional fellow. Would not recommend. Not a good experience and the attitude from doctor and staff is poor.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rice is just a Wonderful Doctor who has changed my whole outlook about Spinal health & has brought my back & neck pain from a 5 or more to a zero to one! Approximately 30 of the 38 years with a career as an RN I had chronic back & neck pain which never stopped until Dr. Rice brought it back to normal. Besides his big personality & talent, he has his daughter, Dr. Albert, every bit as talented as him, his wife Nancy & his Assistant Sheryl, all of them very friendly & helpful. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Rice for my now comfortable & healthy spine!

Fantastic experience: I went to Rice Chiropractic for a curvature I’ve had in my spine since childhood. My back is always tender and I wanted to try to prevent it from getting worse as I age! Dr Albert was thorough and explained everything in detail. She adjusted me gently and I really appreciated that. Not the usual crack em and go kind of treatment! Came home with more knowledge of my back and some stretches! This was my first time but everyone made me feel welcome. I have more treatments to go so I’ll write another review in time! Fantastic experience: The office staff is very friendly and explain how they operate. I see Dr Albert and she is excellent explaining the instruments and what they are used for before she uses them. Very happy with the treatment and feeling some better after the first treatment

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Albert now since early March. When I first made an appointment, I could barely move without excruciating lower back pain. Dr. Albert took and reviewed xrays before beginning treatment. She then began adjustments that have brought my pelvis back in line and greatly reduced the pain. she is now working with me on learning regular exercises that will strengthen my back to avoid the problems returning. She is also very kind and patient.!

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing. They fixed my back. I’ve been in the military for four years and I came out with lower back pain and they fixed my pain. Fantastic experience: Dr. Rice and the entire staff has been a pleasure to deal with .Best of all no more pain in the neck! My wife has been using their services for much longer then I and she benefits from her routine visits.

Fantastic experience: Seeing Dr Rice for over 20 years and he has always eased my back and neck pain, friendly atmosphere, and he is very knowledgeable in not only chiropractic medicine but he has also studied phical ailments and what can causes them. Very proficient, he knows what he' s talking about when it comes to your health.

Negative experience: Very upset and angry. Went to see the doctor for a total of 4 times and he made my neck worse. I went for help with the pain in my neck which was persistent . I told Dr Rice to be gentle , that I had fibromyalgia ( which he didn’t believe in) and asked he be gentle . He was the opposite. Used his drop table like a torture chamber , was not gentle at all and my neck hurts more than it did when I started. He said I would “ toughen up “ with time . I told him that I had more pain when his treatment was “ rough” and he chose to ignore me . Clearly there is no individualized plan… that was evident. Then , the kicker was that you HAD to attend a one hour session in the early evening, which was actually a promotional to sell an expensive “corrective” program which cost 2 thousand dollars. You had a choice between 3 programs , but it was only the 2 thousand program that would address the whole body. Of course when people are in chronic pain , they want help and as much help as possible. Dr Brown , preys on people like that , promising a cure. Today I will be calling a different chiropractor ahd won’t ever set foot in Dr Rice’s office again ! Ps. Rice Chiropractic must take down the bad reviews… there is no way others don’t feel the same way I do ! There are some good reviews … but so many of the others have to be bogus !

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rice is amazing! He always knows just what to do to get & keep me walking, out of pain, and enjoying life. He & his family care for all their patients with excellence & integrity. 10 out of 10 I recommend!!!!

Positive experience: The only drawback is my aversion to paperwork. The experience was very positive. I love the positive energy as my “issues” were addressed and treatment explained. I have been a sceptic and this whole experience so far has my open mind dialing towards belief.

Fantastic experience: I have severe Lumbar spinal stenosis, DDD and a spinal compression fracture. I have been to pain management (unsuccessful nerve blocks x2) and a neurosurgeon who recommended spinal fusion.. Of course my medical doctors told me to avoid chiropractic care. I was in severe discomfort and could barely walk when I arrived at Rice Family Chiropractic. Within a week I was walking straighter and my pain was dramatically reduced. After 4 weeks I feel like a new person! I cannot recommend Dr. Rice highly enough. He has given me my life back!!

Fantastic experience: I retired early and have a chiropractor where I am a resident, but have been coming to Venice since the fall of 2019 and have put off finding a chiropractor, partly due to no health insurance. Fantastic experience: I go to see Dr Rice for my back and neck. I have struggled with significant back and neck pain . Dr Rice is using laser therapy for my back and I am seeing a significant reduction in pain in just 3 weeks.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Rice after having several unsatisfactory experiences with other chiropractors. They seemed to believe that I was just “old” and they couldn’t do anything for me of a permanent nature. Believing that more could be done, I worked with Dr. Rice and my back pain went away. I do still with Dr. Rice on a maintenance type schedule to maintain my back health. I highly recommend him to others who may be in a similar situation.

Fantastic experience: Both myself and wife (Jacque) have been going to RFC for several weeks now. My wife was suffering from Chronic migraines every day. Medications stopped working so we tried the RFC team. They took X-rays diagnosed our problems. They offered a plan to fix our individual problems. My wife’s chronic migraines have gone away. I’ve had lower back issues for going on 15 years and was biased about going to a chiropractor, but I did some research, read his reviews, checked out the facility, and decided to give it a go. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Rice. He is very knowledgeable and caring. He has helped me to manage my chronic back pain and sciatica with a comprehensive plan that has been very effective. After needing back surgery (microdiskectomy) for a severe herniated disk that just would not respond to any non invasive treatment I was left with residual nerve pain in my right leg. With Dr. Rice’s adjustments and laser treatment for the first time in a year and half I have very little to no pain.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rice is the best, he is very compassionate, I have been going there since January 2020, I have severe scoliosis, he has done so much for me to relieve the pain and thought in the beginning that he could move my spine back and with all the work it moved just a little, I am still going there for maintenance to prevent the spine from moving any further and to help with the pain and stomach issues I have because of this. I wish I found him 2 years earlier instead of listening to my neurologist he would have been able to fix it. I would definitely recommend him.

RFC recently started offering Class IV Laser Therapy so we have been using it in my neck and shoulder. After about 12 years of intense chronic pain in my neck and right shoulder I am now pain FREE most days. When I do get a flair up it is minimal and very tolerable compared to before! Fantastic experience: I was traveling in mid October. I got off the plane and had some pain in my knee. Within hours I was in so much pain that I couldn't put any weight on it at all & needed crutches to move around. It was late in the day so my plan was to contact an orthopedic Dr the next day. A friend recommended I try Dr. Rice first to see of chiropractic care could help. They saw me the same day I called. Took x-rays and listened to my concerns. Dr. Rice started adjustments the first day & helped me with a care plan. Within 1 week I was off the crutches & using a cane. Within 1 more week, I was walking without any aid.
