Fantastic experience: I’ve known Dr. Hedstrom and his team at Aspen Falls for a long time and they’re all awesome. Dr. H is an incredibly talented clinician and has helped me multiple times when my back has gotten locked up. He’s also an exceptionally kind, generous, caring person who truly cares for the people he treats and works with. Aspen Falls is a great place and I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Aspen Falls Wellness and they did not disappoint! Dr. Hedstrom is very thorough. I appreciate that they requested an MRI and xrays to asses my problem areas before treatment. Dr. Hedstrom was able to pinpoint the exact issue and come up with a treatment plan. Fantastic experience: Today was my consult and Dr. Brar was amazing. He talked to me about what would be happening as we moved forward and took the time to make sure I understood everything. He has already done wonderful things to help my husband. This is why I knew I could trust him with my care as well.

Negative experience: I went in for an alignment and was sold on needing scan of my back. I did it but the plan to “correct” the problem was coming in 3 times a week for months. Well, I work full time. I did get the best therapeutic massage of my life though! I didn’t go through with the $4k plan. What really got me though is I was seen March 27. My insurance got billed April 3, and I got an invoice Nov 1st, 10 months later. Their billing is awful. While I am sure the services are fine, the whole experience left me with a negative feeling about the company and practices.

Fantastic experience: As I started some rock climbing and hiking more this past season, I started experiencing knee and shoulder pain. Luckily, my climbing friend, Dr. Patton, is a chiropractor at Aspen Falls Spinal Care Center. The place is well-maintained with friendly staff who made the check-in process easy and ensured my appointments were scheduled smoothly. Dr. Patton quickly identified the cause of my pain, and with the help of her assistant Jocelyn, who provided Stim therapy, I felt significantly better after just four sessions. I’m now confident to get back to climbing and ready for the ski season. I highly recommend Aspen Falls Spinal Care Center and Dr. Patton for your chiropractic needs.

Fantastic experience: I came to Aspen Falls with severe back/hip pain caused by 2 slipped disks. Thanks to Dr Nav and the fantastic staff at Aspen Falls, my disks are back in place and we have a plan going forward to keep everything in place while still maintaining my work duties and preferred quality of life. Thanks to Dr Nav's long term plan, and not JUST a quick fix, I am confident that my core will continue to strengthen to help prevent future problems. I'd also like to mention that I love the high-tech laser and decompression solutions that are unique to Aspen Falls. Finally, I can't wrap up this review without mentioning the terrific office staff that I get the privilege of seeing on my visits. I feel welcome from the minute I arrive and our interactions are always fun and friendly. they run the office with efficiency and a smile, and they handled misunderstandings that I had very professionally. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Aspen Falls is the place for you! 3 years ago, I had a bad fall and I broke my back. After my L1 was healed, I ended up with 3 Herniated discs L5-, L4 and L3.. also, two in my neck. After my bone healed, I was in so much pain! After many other chiropractor visits and steroid injections , I had no relief. I came across Aspen Falls, read the reviews (they won an award for the best is SLC) so trying to avoid surgery, I thought I would give them a try and so glad I did! OMG!!! Dr.Nav was the first Dr. to actually go through my MRI, zoom in and show me why I was in so much pain. He really knows his stuff! He was honest with me and said that he could help relieve my pain a lot, but he also said that my issues were pretty serious. I started doing spinal decompression, laser and adjustments with him. After a few weeks, I was feeling so much better! Let me also mention that all the other chiropractors were jumping on me, pulling my legs and whatever else.. not Dr. Nav. He knew my back better than I did, and he knew what and how adjust it to help me. I know this is a long review but please read on. I have a very physical job and I’m 48 years old. I really should have quit my job, but I didn’t. Last December, I had a fusion on my L5-S1 and they did a discectomy on my L4. It was by far the most brutal surgery I have ever had!! I regretted every second of it until the 16th day and then, I saw the light at the end of the tunnel. I returned to work and things were good until August. I woke up one morning in so much pain. I couldn’t relieve it by laying down or sitting. Before, that’s how I got relief. I had to take muscle relaxers and tramadol all day just to survive. The pain was waking me up at night. This was so scary and I never want to go through that surgery again!!!! EVER! So… I called Dr. Nav. (because he shoot’s it strait and he will never tell me what I want to hear. He will tell me the TRUTH!) . He literally is my friend and he will be yours too! I had another mri and he didn’t sugarcoat anything. Instead, we came up with a game plan. I started back doing spinal Decompressions, laser and adjustment’s with dr Nav. All of the other drs are amazing too! One last thing… aspen falls is a one stop shop. They have pain management doctors in the same building and they all communicate. ( with your permission) Thanks to Aspen Falls, I have met with a few pain management Dr.s who have helped me immensely! After maybe 4-5 spinal decompressions, I’m finally getting back to normal. Ps All of the staff members are amazing and good at their jobs

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Aspen Falls since 2017 under Dr. Hedstrom & his team. Dr. Hedstrom has proven to be a reliable, knowledgeable & experienced physician. Dr. Hedstrom has helped to alleviate pain in my lower-back that I recieved during my combat tours in the Marine Corp. Dr. Hedstrom has worked with me 1 on 1 on numerous occasions by being very interactive with my treatments. By discussing my condition to me in terms that I can understand & giving instructions on how to manage/maintain my chronic back pain that can be applied to my everyday life. Under his care I have been able to manage/maintain my condition without having to rely on medication by using a more holistic approach of treatment. In the form of regular adjustments, assigned exercises, massage & decomp therapy. I would most definitely recommend Aspen Falls Wellness and all of its services to any & all who experience back pain and wish to not rely on medication as treatment.

Fantastic experience: The place is neat and clean. All the staff are also competent, attentive and friendly. I like Liana's treatment very much because she combines acupuncture and massage. It works great on me. I can feel the energy running through my body for the rest of the day and sometimes even longer. She has helped me very much with my condition.

Fantastic experience: Treatments at Aspen Falls has healed the disc problem I managed and learned to live with for 20 years. I tried multiple physical therapists, steroid packs, ice, heat, stretching, exercise, rest... next I was going to try cryo and accupuncture. I couldn't go a single day without pain meds. They helped me book an affordable MRI first thing. The decompression was not cheap, but absolutely worth it because it FIXED my problem. I went pain free for two years, then recently tweaked my back lifting my dog. I went right back to Aspen Falls and I'm feeling like myself again! Plus, everyone is so friendly :)

Negative experience: I went today because I got recommended by one of my friends I was in so much pain I saw Dr. Zachary Taylor and he didn’t help me at all . I left and I was in so much pain I drove with my wife all the way to slc and he wasn’t even care some ppl do love their job and love to help ppl specially when they’re in so much pain . I was so disappointed never go back there and if u have pain in ur back don’t waste your money over there. I really don’t know how they got 4.9 reviews

Fantastic experience: I have been to chiropractic offices in the past, as I have chronic neck and back issues. Up until today, I thought all chiropractic offices were the same. With Doctor Nav I felt heard and cared for by a superior doctor. In fact, he would not even give me an adjustment until he thoroughly examined me and gotten MRIs for my neck and back. He put together a custom treatment plan for my chronic issues. Today was the first of those treatments. I have a good feeling about this office and the practice. With my medical doctor downstairs, And my Chiropractic team upstairs, I have good hopes this time will be different. Looking forward to feeling better after so long with pain.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had chronic low back pain for a few years and I’ve been seeing Dr Nav Brar for a few weeks and my back is feeling better than it has in years!!! He is friendly, professional and efficient. We are working to create long term healing in my back, not just a temporary fix until the problem flairs up again. The facility is very clean, easy to get to, available parking and other staff members are great! I am seen quickly and rarely have to wait more than 2 minutes for my treatment. 10/10 recommend. My dad, sister and two friends all receive treatment at Aspen Falls and have had great experiences even if it’s with other doctors.

I highly recommended her! She is very busy so make your appointments and plan in advance. She also has a wait list for cancellations and sometimes you can get in earlier.

It’s a literally a one stop shop that includes chiropractic physical therapy, massage therapy and more. The staff is incredible, supportive and friendly. Fantastic experience: Roxana gives the absolute best massages. She uses a variety of methods (cupping, scraping) whatever needs to be done to relax your muscles. She knows how to find the knots and knows how to fix them. She is the absolute best!

Fantastic experience: To begin with, the clinic is impeccable. The receptionist is charming and answers all questions. The doctor gave me a treatment with acupuncture, electro acupuncture, heat lights, massage with essential oils and I honestly felt very good. much more flexibility, much more relaxed. I highly recommend them. I will return in a week and in addition to scheduling my acupuncture appointment I also scheduled a chiropractic doctor just to see the excellent service I received today. I have no doubt that the chiropractor will be just as good. Yesterday was my second appointment with Dr. Liana Allen. The truth is that I have been to very good acupuncturists in the state of New York, in Vermont, in Mexico, but I think that Liana's service is the best. I highly recommend it. They will leave feeling better and relaxed. Well, apart from acupuncture, she gives you an excellent massage.

Fantastic experience: First, I love Aspen Falls Wellness. I’ve been a patient here for over a year. I showed up with lower back pain 8/10 after living at a 4-6/10 for the last several years (I’m an RN who worked ICU for years). Non-Invasive Decompression (DRX) has been instrumental in my fulfilling my goal to avoid surgery. Dr. Taylor’s treatment has improved my condition and daily functioning immensely. The staff are so friendly that when I just showed up for my 1pm appointment at 11am, they apologized to me for not being able to squeeze me in. I have gotten excellent results from DRX and laser. I noticed several other reviews (mostly from one person) saying they didn’t get the results they wanted. My results were after 12 laser sessions and 24+ DRX sessions so it’s a commitment. The package isn’t a sales tactic. Laser and DRX take time. It’s like comparing having a mole removed to a knee replacement. Chiropractic work isn’t an instant gratification kinda thing AND it’s a team effort. Dr. Taylor and his staff do their part and I have to do my part (home exercises, etc). When I haven’t gotten the results I hoped for, it was directly related to me not making time for my 15min worth of hike exercises every day. The SLC practice’s new building has its own parking lot and it’s clear that Dr. Hedstrom and the providers here are growing with patient needs in mind. This really is an inclusive, affirming wellness space.

Negative experience: This is the best chiropractic service I have ever experienced. DR. TAYLOR is an excellent chiropractor. He has a tremendous knowledge of his practice and is professional in his demeanor. He is courteous and encouraging in my patient assessments. It is a pleasure to be under his care. KAREN, who does my laser treatments, is tremendously skilled at what she does. She is engaging and consistently asks about my pain level. We have some common interests which makes the visit quite enjoyable. THE FRONT DESK STAFF MEMBERS are so efficient! They are friendly and courteous to the max. I feel like I really matter to them. When I am in a waiting room for Dr. Taylor, if there's a TV in that room, they always make sure that it is turned on to an animal planet-type show because they know I love this type of program. All in All, How did I get so lucky!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. After my accident Aspen falls took care of me so well. Dr. Nav was so direct with my care and was so good at explaining my situation and getting me back on track with a healthy back and neck. Bre, Kimmy, Jadyn, Sarah, and Renee are the best font office managers ever! They remember everyone’s name, they are so kind, and are incredibly helpful. Fantastic experience: Dr. John Corbaley is excellent. The whole staff is incredibly talented, but Dr. John has a big elbow, that will straighten out your entire low back. As a chiropractor myself, on proud to call Dr. John a colleague. Book an appointment with Aspen Falls, the chiropractor's chiropractor. Fantastic experience: I love Aspen Falls! Everyone who works here is very pleasant and accommodating and genuinely seems to care about you. They are flexible with scheduling and making sure you are comfortable during your visit. Their new location is stunning and easy to locate. I come here every two weeks for massage and chiropractic, and I am more and more pleased with every visit as time goes on. I have received the most incredible deep tissue massages from Roxanna, the most soothing and relaxing massages from Sarah, and Dr. Nav is so awesome at treating me with intentional chiropractic care and recommending exercises to do at home.

Negative experience: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Terrible service and communication. A. Their business structure is to rope you into signing up for 20+ visits for their laser and DRX table. They should offer a total money back guarantee or only charge you for single visits. I have found chiropractors typically engage in this "package" deal sales tactic. B. The laser and DRX and chiro visits were ineffective for me. Maybe they work for you but they didn't do anything for me. C. They said they would offer me a refund. When I tried to exchange my remaining credits for massage and acupuncture they said I would owe them MORE money! D. After sending them information to send me a refund check. I got a call from the saying the refunded me the money but they credited my card 2 and 1/2 weeks ago! They had my contact information and could easily have contacted me. E. AGAIN, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR $ and lock you into excessive visits F. Also, if you have tons of PTO time to take off work you could go to them because each of the visits takes 2-3 hours!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nav Brar is excellent at what he does. He is skilled, professional, yet personal and attentive. My back injury is healing and has improved immensely thanks to his soft tissue work, adjustments, active care at home assignments, protocols of decompression, laser therapy and electrical stimulation. He was very considerate of my situation and began the healing journey slowly and at the level of which I felt comfortable. He always listens, reflects what I have expressed, and explains and demonstrates clearly and then asks if I have further questions. Dr. Nav and the whole Aspen Falls Clinic team has been wonderful!

Negative experience: Update 12/28/2023 Several months ago, after experiencing unsatisfactory service, I requested and received a refund from your clinic. This action was taken under the assumption that all accounts and services had been settled fairly and transparently. However, to my surprise and dismay, I recently received a notification indicating that I have an outstanding balance for previous visits. The logical approach, when issuing a refund, would have been to deduct any outstanding charges for previous visits and refund the remaining balance. The failure to do so, and the subsequent billing for these charges, is not only a significant administrative oversight but also reflects a lack of professional integrity and respect for your patients. If you want to deal with a company like this then choose Aspen. ========================== My experience with this chiropractor has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about their business practices. I had initially paid for a package of 24 DRX-9000 table stretching sessions and 24 laser therapy sessions, hoping to find relief for my back issues. As my treatments progressed, I realized that the therapy was not providing the results I had hoped for. I had 4 DXR sessions and 6 laser sessions left when I decided to inquire about using the remaining visits for acupuncture and massage, which I believed might be more beneficial for my condition. To my surprise, instead of accommodating my request or providing a reasonable solution, I was informed that I would need to pay even more money to access those services. This unexpected and, in my view, unethical financial demand was not what I had agreed to when I initially signed up for the treatments. In light of this experience, I requested a refund for the unused visits, as I no longer had confidence in the effectiveness of their services and was troubled by their business practices. Unfortunately, despite multiple requests, I have yet to receive a refund. Overall, my experience with this chiropractor has been disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to help others make informed decisions. AVOID Aspen Falls!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Taylor gave me an excellent back adjustment. This was my first visit and he asked me extensive questions about my health also. My spine was in very bad shape walking crooked as I had been mostly bed ridden for 2 years as an older senior. I am much better after only one visit!!!! He has a beautiful office with lovely people! Fantastic experience: I have been going here for the last few months because of some back pain I had. At first I wasn’t sure about it but Dr. Nav had me get an X-ray done which showed exactly why I was having pain. After that we went though treatment plans and how it will reduce my pain. Now after a few months of treatment I no longer have that back pain. I continue to go here to help keep the pain from returning.

Fantastic experience: I have had two appointments with Dr. Taylor so far, and I am very impressed with his professionalism and care. He really takes the time to properly listen to my concerns and symptoms and it is evident that he really wants to help his patients achieve their recovery goals. Fantastic experience: I went into the clinic on May 15 barely able to walk with pain down my leg at a level 8. Was just miserable. After a week it was appreciably better and now after 6 weeks I have no pain and golfing 3 days a week. Thanks to Dr. Jeremy and the crew. You gave me my summer back.

Fantastic experience: After a year or so of on-and-off lower back pain (and after an especially bad episode) I was referred to Aspen Falls after visits with other clinics and doctors led to very temporary relief, if any. When I came in, I was in pretty bad shape. Could barely move, with pretty bad lower back and hip pain, as well as sciatica down one side. After a consultation, it was recommended I get imaging done to diagnose the cause. This led to a diagnosis of a herniated disc at L5-S1. Dr. Nav has been the absolute best in getting me back to my normal self, and even better! Over the last two months, I am now coming to a close on my decompression/laser/adjustment treatments. I am not only pain free, I am able to move easier and have even been able to start strengthening my back as to help keep it the best shape it can be! Dr. Nav and the staff at Aspen Falls have all been amazing in making sure that pain relief and comfort is number one priority, and have been friendly and accommodating along the way. Dr. Nav makes sure that you fully understand the causes and solutions, and always gives plenty of chances for me to ask questions. Very opposite of the typical "in-and-out" clinic visit that I have experienced elsewhere, and one that I really appreciate as I believe it has helped me be more successful in my recovery. I know so much more about what has happened to my body, and how to fix/prevent it in the future. Not only do you get good care, but you also get some pretty good food and drink recommendations for the SLC area as well! If you are in need of pain relief, I highly recommend this center, and hope that you have the same experience that I have had.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nav and the rest of the staff is fantastic. I went in walking with a cane because of how bad my low back pain and leg pain was due to an injury. I did the spinal decompression course along with soft tissue work and within a month I was back to incorporating my normal activities again. I really can't recommend them enough, it's been awesome!

Fantastic experience: Aspen Falls is an excellent place to get out of pain, I can't say enough good I have been going here for 4 yrs, I just made a visit with Zachary Taylor and before he did anything he listened to me and all I have been going thru and thank the lord cause he sent me to get a CT SCAN just to make sure exactly what was going on and low and behold after going to 8 different Dr's and getting no results that helped me Dr Taylor was able to tell me that I need to go see a vascular Dr never even thought of a dr for arteries and obviously the dr in the emergency rooms nor neurologist ever spoke of one either. Dr Taylor is very professional and is concerned for each patient of his I never felt like just a number to him, he followed up immediately in every step that concerned me and gave me results that I have been telling so many Dr's he is a miracle to me at this point in my life and is referring me to a vascular specialist. All the Dr's in this office are very good and you will not be disappointed what so ever...the environment is very welcoming. Roxanne is a massage therapist and she works with each one of these Dr's and gives the best massage ever never disappointed. All I can say is thank you Dr Zachary Tayler for your caring heart ❤ And thank you Aspen Falls for such great service in every aspect in my life.

Dr. Hedstrom and Dr. Nav have been treating me for this. In addition to that, I had a cervical problem as well. I have been receiving decompression to rejuvenate my discs. Fantastic experience: I have had an amazing experience with Dr. Nav. He is very personable, competent, knowledgeable and really cares about your recovery. I came in with a shoulder pain that had been lasting for months and after just a few sessions I have found my mobility back already and the pain is almost completely gone. Fantastic experience: Zachary is great at what he does! I started seeing him a couple years ago and I've felt improvement with each session. He is great at modifying his adjustments based on my pain level in order to minimize any discomfort, while still making progress. Fantastic experience: I've had Dr. Nav help me with back injuries related to golf. Dr Nav did some tests with mobility work, once he found the issue he was very helpful in relieving pain and also helping me develope a stretching and strengthening routine that has helped me become pain free.
