Fantastic experience: Idk the name of the person that helped me,but the experience I had was great.I came in I was new to everything really didn’t know what I was doing or looking for. the guy I talked to pointed me in the right direction. He could of told me I needed a thousand things instead of tryna worry about money to bring to the store there was things I pointed out that he could of easily had me buy but instead he told me no an the reasons behind it. Right then I understood I’m talking to some one who has the understanding and knowledge rather than being strictly a sells man for money. 10 out of 10

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Louisville from New Jersey and came across Next level sports nutrition, I decided to stop in and check the place out. Upon arriving I was immediately greeted by their staff and offered help which in my opinion shows how truly professional they are, I expressed my interest in certain supplements and was shown a hand full of products ultimately finding the one that best suited me and what I wanted. After checking out and heading to the parking lot I realized I forgot to bring water with me so I went back in to purchase a water, the salesman who helped me was generous enough to give me a free water, this place felt like home! THANK YOU NEXT LEVEL in my humble opinion this is thee best nutrition shop in Louisville!!!! If you haven’t stopped in for a visit you need to make it a priority and go shop with these wonderful people at Next Level!!!!!

Always looking for new ways to better serve his customers. Changing out bad supplements for the better ones. Making sure every store is clean and prepped before opening. Very rare they are out of stock. Even giving out free samples to make sure the customer doesn't wate $30-$50 on a pre workout flavor they don't like. People who work at Next Level Sports nutrition always seem happy to help. They don't follow you around but always make sure to greet you when you walk in the door. If you say you don't need help they respect you and let you look around. I've come to locations to burn time on lunch or if I'm meeting someone at a close location I'll just talk and learn more about the supplements. This is how a buissness should run. Fantastic experience: I spoke with Andrew at the front desk, he showed me how to use the body scan. Very kind and helpful! After I used the body scan we talked about training, the gym, different proteins and I was curious about creatine so he showed me some of those products. He didn’t push me to buy anything, just answered my questions. Super great experience and I did get creatine cause I’ve needed some for a while haha. I’ll definitely be back!!
