Fantastic experience: My husband, Joe and I just started with PLN on December 1st. Although we are new to PLN, we could not be happier with our experiences so far! The staff is so welcoming and super supportive. The shakes and meals are better than going out to any restaurant - absolutely delicious meals! We can’t thank you all enough, and we are excited about the success we will have with PLN!

Fantastic experience: PLN in Camillus is a wonderful place. I appreciated getting a welcome card from Raisa when I first joined. Natasha has walked me through several In-Body scans and her kind, non-judgmental, supportive approach has helped me feel more motivated, informed, and encouraged to take steps toward better health. The food is also great, I like the occasional changes in menu and frequent deals on meal purchases. Shakes are awesome! Love the inventive flavors!! Even when they are super busy, everyone seems to be in a great mood! Great place!! Can’t wait for my next visit!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the convenience of having healthy frozen meals at my disposal! Meals even taste good from the microwave! I love the option of running into the store to grab a healthy shake and to grab my favorite protein products (1st Phorm)!

Fantastic experience: Project LeanNation in Syracuse is a top notch health food service! The owner treats you like family and the employees are professional and friendly. It’s conveniently located across the street from Costco so it’s great to stop for a healthy shake before or after grocery shopping. I have purchased the meals for my family when I am out of town so they have healthy choices while I am away. I have also partnered with the owner to provide fun events for the community in the shop! PLN Syracuse fills a void for healthy fast food options while also providing education on how to live a healthy lifestyle!

Fantastic experience: Great customer service and friendly staff here that is not seen with a lot of service related businesses. When I stock these meals in my freezer I have no excuses to not eat healthy as it's as simple as throwing one into the air fryer and you have a healthy, low calorie and tasty meal in ten to 20 minutes. Love the convenience of this. Added benefit is the onsite in body scans and nutrional advice .

Fantastic experience: Stopped in the other day to discuss their meal plan options, and was greeted by such friendly staff who were really helpful. I’m having a baby in a few weeks, so my goals are different than their usual clientele, but I really want to make sure I have easy access to well balanced meals in the early postpartum days. I signed up for one of their plans, and I’m excited to have easy eating options once baby comes and that my husband will also be able to easily grab lunch or dinner on days we just don’t have the energy to prepare food for ourselves. I also tried one of their shakes while I was in there and it was delicious!

Fantastic experience: Great place with wonderful people working there, always smiling and brightening up your day! Protein shakes are not only healthy, but delicious. They also offer a great variety of high protein meals that are made only with olive oil, which is rare these days. Everybody else uses inflammatory oils. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Probably one of the best service businesses around. The meal plans take the hassle out of meal prepping. Saves time, packaging, cooking, cleaning, the whole 9 yards. My wife and I are extremely active so sometimes meal prepping is less than conducive. The staff here are 12/10. Beyond friendly, helpful and accommodating; and always pleasant. Even if you're not a meal subscriber, stop in for a shake, some meals or some treats.
