Fantastic experience: I was in Rochester on a business trip and started to have a major back flare up. I’ve had surgery in the past to repair from an injury which makes finding chiropractic care difficult. I found Dr Phillips and they were able to squeeze in this out of towner within 24 hours of my call. I came in first visit not being able to bend or really move well at all. Within 4-5 visits I was able to get back to my normal routine. Thanks to them I was able to complete my task and make the long drive back home with very minimal pain. Fantastic experience: I have lumbar stenosis and advanced arthritis in my lower back. These conditions led to two steroid injections in my lower back within a six month period. After the second round of shots, I began going to IronChiro for a thirty minute massage followed by a chiropractic adjustment on a monthly basis. Since then, I have managed to control my condition without any additional injections and with no increase in my arthritis medication. An added bonus is how much I LOVE my chiropractor (Dr. A) and my massage therapists (Andrew, Natasha and Justin) as well as the office personnel. Just got my second message there today and it was amazing. Highly recommend! PS: the price... Glad I can still do things for myself that don't break my bank account.

Fantastic experience: Shockwave therapy has been a miracle. Long time marathon runner with high hamstring tendinopathy pain for almost 2yrs. After the first treatment my injured leg felt like it started working again. My pace time improved and my heart rate dropped because I was no longer running with one leg. It is amazing. It was able to break up the scar tissue around the tendon. The pain is going away and I am feeling like myself again. PT was not working. It would never fully heal. Shockwave works. They have been using it in other countries for a long time with high success rates. Now it's finally here in Rochester.
