Positive experience: By today’s standards I think my examination was good. Doctor is easy to talk to and gave some good advice about living wills. Also my during my exam I was asked some questions about my mental and emotional health that seemed like a good idea. As a baby boomer I still remember when doctors would give patients more of a physical examination in terms of inspecting my body more directly. This is something I have observed with other doctors also in recent years and I guess it’s just the way medical exams are these days. What used to be called a complete physical is now called an annual wellness visit and is more of a health interview than a physical examination. I did give blood for some blood tests, have my temperature and blood pressure taken, and weight checked. Also, I was able to get questions answered about any health concerns that I have. Bottom line for me is that I have to be much more proactive in my health care by asking questions and letting the doctor know what my concerns are.

Positive experience: Missed a call regarding blood test results since 3/21/25. Missed call on 3/ 26. Called Back 4/1, 4/17, 4/28, 5/1 twice. No one ever answered. Left voicemails every time and available times for a call back. No response.

Fantastic experience: Friendly office atmosphere. With all paperwork filled out ahead of time there was no waiting once I got there. Appointment was thorough and quick which was awesome if you have a busy schedule.

Negative experience: The nurse practitioner that I saw,ordered an old prescription medication along with the new medication, for the same medicine!She was supposed to replace the old medicine with the new one, instead I ended up with two different doses,for the same issue. Luckily I felt that these names looked the same, and caught the mistake!

Answering my questions patiently and above all talking sweetly, half of the issues resolves when you talk to her. Another person is Einstein with whom I can communicate well for medications and other stuff. Thanks all the team members of VPMC for taking good care and yes their new office is beautiful Congrats team. I would strongly like to recommend VPMC.

Positive experience: Dr. Palagiri is one of the most professional and kind physicians I've ever met, only soured by the fact that the person answering the phone sounds almost offended that I call to schedule appointments. Rude and unpleasant.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Paligiri for over 10 years. Both her and her staff are extremely professional and have a wonderful bedside manner. I had recently been struggling with some issues with an overactive bladder. Thankfully, Dr Paligiri suggested a new treatment that would be helpful. I the began using the Emsella Chair per her recommendation and it has been a complete 180 in my symptoms and issues. After the full round of treatments, my issues have essentially disappeared. The treatment itself is extremely comfortable, no pain at all and you can truly feel the effects. It’s also very safe as they monitor you throughout the entirety of the treatment. I could not recommend this enough as this treatment was in office, didn’t require a referral, and was extremely effective with almost immediate noticeable results as compared to having proceed with physical therapy. Thank you Dr Paligiri and team!
