Fantastic experience: True Bio has already been a lifesaver! I was experiencing "power surges" as I was getting older that were NOT fun or comfortable. Since starting with True Bio, those symptoms have lessened noticeably. I am also working on weight loss management and there has been a difference. Not only that, the staff is SUPER friendly and you can tell they care about each patient! Highly recommend checking them out for anyone (they help men too!)

Ashlyn is knowledgeable in skin care and offers many services and products. She is professional with excellent customer service skills. If you are in need of some pampering, and good skin care , call Ashlyn at True Bio, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Very nice and professional staff

Negative experience: Started off strong with True Bio. The doctor was great and I did 2 visits with Telehealth. Everything was smooth when I was considering buying their supplements. But after a death in the family, I told one of their team members I was at a funeral and couldn’t talk, she insisted on taking payment on the phone and they could send them to my house. I’ve never seen someone be inconsiderate over someone burying a family member. Life got in the way and I never went back to get them. Instead of following up or confirming anything, they decided to bill me for supplements I never picked up and never agreed to pay for. I’ve never once been inside their building or walked out with anything in my hands. I’ve called them twice, emailed, and sent over insurance info again just like they asked. I kept being told it was handled. Then today I get another bill in the mail. Complete joke. The moment I decided to buy supplements elsewhere and not book another visit, they dropped all support. Suddenly the insurance I already gave them became my responsibility to chase down. No help. No professionalism. If you want to be treated like a valued patient only when you’re spending money in their office, this is your place. But if you expect decent office management, communication, or basic respect—look elsewhere. If you want your perfect rating back fix my bill and I’ll delete this review.

Fantastic experience: I have truly had an amazing experience with True Bio Innovative Health and Wellness! The name says it all! Their primary concern is your overall health and wellness on every level. No cookie cutter treatments and rushed appointments to fulfill a quota or check a box…but individual, personalized care. Amanda and the Team take their time with you and make sure to answer all of your questions; provide educational resources; and walk the health journey with you from your nutritional needs with Katie to your hormonal and overall health needs. Everything facet of your health is addressed and given the attention needed. This is the type of care everyone should have and is missing with most practices.

Primary physician's would never check my levels so I could have more knowledge on what I needed to be doing. I have been asking for 4 years! I am so thankful for Truebio!! Finally someone that listens to me and does the blood work. The doctors are knowledgeable and know their stuff. It has been a game changer for me. Also, the staff is friendly and it is a relaxing atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I have to say I was very skeptical going in but knowing Amanda and the concern and respect she has had for me as a patient in a primary care setting I trusted her. I had tried everything and literally I mean everything. My cousins were going and so excited at everything Amanda discussed with them to help with issues they were having my Mom and I decided to make an appointment. From the moment we made our appointments the staff were so attentive at helping us fill out our forms online so they could review all our information prior to our visit and we didn’t have to worry about filling anything out when we got to our appointments. We were each taken back at our appointment times with no waiting. I am so impressed with the staff and Amanda took a lot of time listening to me and discussing my health and giving me her recommendations on how she could best help me. I was amazed at all the services they offer and I’m looking so forward to my next appointment when we go over my bloodwork and formulate a plan tailored to me. I’m just getting started….today I woke up with hope I could live my life again and I didn’t have to settle for my current treatment plan. That in conjunction with with what I’m already doing adding TrueBio Innovative Health and Wellness is going to improve the quality of my life and my relationship with my husband of 28 years who has been so patient throughout my health journey.
