Negative experience: Please do not let the good reviews fool you. This place is 100% a scam and will take advantage of you if you have insurance that they take. I initially had a consult and it took 3 virtual appointments plus a $500 scan that I didn’t need to even get an in person appointment for treatment. When I showed up for the appointment, no one was there and I waited for 30 minutes outside their door. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

I have gone to physical therapist after physical therapist…massage therapists, chiropractors, you name it! - all with pain and injury, yet ONLY infinity fixed the root issue. On top of getting my body functioning correctly, my Vo2 max and longevity path is stronger than ever. As an elite athlete I have never been happier. Go see them asap!

Negative experience: Fake therapy! They want $500 cash or no service. Doesn’t matter if you have insurance. Luckily I only had a knee injury and had X-ray, MRI done before I came to this place. Then they try to smooth talk to you and try to convince you that they are the best. I didn’t brake any bones, I only needed a few weeks of physical therapy. I been to other physical therapy and they were awesome. The only reason I came here was because it was literally down the street from where I live. Hopefully no one else is going to waste $500 cuz I sure didn’t…

Negative experience: Several serious, fundamental issues with this clinic that is run by dishonest people masquerading as a professional operation. First is the fraud, where Cody told me their body scan, an upfront charge of $500, he had verified was covered by my insurance (short story, he had not, it is not, and I have extensive evidence he lied to me). When I asked why I had to pay upfront if insurance covered it, he told me “that’s just how we do it, and you claim it back from them”. This was not a misunderstanding, because I then spent 2 months trying to get the insurance paperwork from Cody, repeating in email that he told me it was covered, and at no point did he or anyone else correct me. I visited them in person, where Cody acknowledged again, when I explicitly asked, that he had verified with my insurance that the scan was covered. When I tried to claim it back however, my provider told me it should have been discounted to $50. I spoke to Melany at Infinity, and the story changed: the scan was not covered by insurance and “we told you it was out of pocket at the time”. Unfortunately for them, I had all the emails, as well as a recording my wife made of Cody telling me that it was covered by insurance, because she didn’t trust him (made in their public foyer and she was not part of the conversation so no expectation of privacy). This was cut and dry: I was lied to. I shared this all with Melany, who told me she would “check with management” and get back to me. She never responded again, despite my follow ups. They would prefer to defraud their customers than address their lying employees. Now the scan itself: never used again. They have responded to others saying that they use a “holistic approach” or something, however when there is supposed to be considerable details in the scans but your therapist asks each time which shoulder is the problem, you can tell how much they actually look at the scans. In fact the initial assessment their “doctor” told me my tendons were inflamed: my therapist then never worked on my tendons, so he clearly didn’t read the assessment either. They’ve bought an expensive machine to con people out of an additional $500 by pretending to be upmarket, and will lie when you don’t want to pay for something insurance won’t cover. It won’t matter if you have it in writing: they will not reimburse you.

Fantastic experience: You won't believe how amazing Hector and his team are until you experience it for yourself. As a highly active individual engaged in various physical activities like working out, playing padel, biking, and soccer, I faced a setback when I developed plantar fasciitis in my foot at the beginning of 2024. Despite trying multiple physiotherapy treatments for nearly three months, none of them provided any relief. However, everything changed when I met Hector. Right from the start, it was evident that he had a completely different approach to healing injuries. During my initial consultation with him, I also mentioned my recurring shoulder pain spanning over three years and lower back pain persisting for six months. Remarkably, within just two weeks, I was able to resume running, playing padel and soccer, and both my shoulder and back pain vanished. By the end of the seven-week program, I've achieved the best physical condition I've been in for the past five years. Now, I can perform all my activities without experiencing any discomfort. What truly impressed me was Hector's utilization of data to address my specific issues. His exceptional skills and dedication to solving health problems make him stand out. I can confidently say that investing in Hector's services is the best decision you can make for your well-being. It's an investment that yields remarkable results and significantly improves your quality of life.

Fantastic experience: An amazing experience! Julian in the front helped get me in during a layover I had in Miami. Victor did my Rmr and Vo2 max test. He was very thorough and amazing job at explaining everything to me. Hector was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions in the follow up. He broke everything down easy enough for me to understand and helped me apply it to my training. Having all the data and info is a huge help for my training. Once again, friendly staff and I highly recommend if you have time to come here and go thru these test!

Fantastic experience: If I could give 100 stars, I would!! Hector and his team changed my life. I had been chronically injured for over two years (herniated disks, achilles tendonitis, IT band syndrome, you name it - I had it). I had seen countless PTs and doctors and was about to give up on my life long passion of running - but from the very first time I stepped into Infinity, I knew this place was different. Hector’s technical knowledge, real life experience, passion, professionalism and attention to detail is something I had never witnessed before - and believe me, I’ve been around the block.. I was cautiously optimistic when I started my program, but within just two weeks of Hector and his team working their magic, I was running again. I couldn’t believe it. They exceeded all of my expectations on every single level and I am beyond grateful to have found this group of incredible individuals. Fantastic experience: Came in to see Dr. Dan after going to see my doctor and getting a referral through insurance form physical therapy. Front desk staff is super friendly and on top of their game. Had me signed up quickly and in and seeing Dr. Dan within minutes. He listened to the problems I was having (lower back pain) after having my hop on the table he had me perform one simple exercise and instantly figured out what was wrong. We put together a plan and he customized it around my workout routine that I was already doing. Turns out my hips were so much weaker than the rest of my lower body and caused overcompensation to occur in multiple areas. After working with him for a couple weeks we had everything strengthened up and the pain completely went away. They even took extra time out of their day to watch and correct my deadlift and squat form, which was awesome. 6 months after working with him, I'm not only pain free in my lower back but hitting new PR's on deadlift and squat everything feels so much easier. They have all the top notch equipment to help with your recovery cold plunge, hot tubs, saunas you name it they've got it. They are the real deal when it comes to sports performance and rehab. I highly recommend checking them out for not only physical therapy but also athletic performance coaching.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I started with Infinity Sports primarily, to get an accurate body fat measurement. We lead a healthy lifestyle that includes clean eating and working out. We decided to purchase the 6 week plan that included among other things, working with their in-house nutritionist Madison Shaw. I can't tell you enough what a difference this part has made! Madison is a true professional. She is very easy to work with and took our preferences, goals and lifestyles into account when creating our custom meal plans. She provided us with so much information and made great recommendations to help us understand everything without feeling overwhelmed. We finished our first 6 week successfully, with a 10 Lbs. weight loss for me and 17 Lbs. loss for my husband by making simple, small changes to our diet. I immediately told my husband that I wanted to continue working with Madison and signed up for an additional 3 months. Learning how to properly nourish and care for your body goes far beyond weight loss and working out. For us, the most important part of this process has been learning proper portion control, and what foods benefit each one of us individually. This has made such an incredible difference in our daily training and our relationship with food. We highly recommend Infinity sports, but if you do nothing else, hire Madison Shaw as your nutritionist. It will change your life.

Negative experience: This seems like they one massive shakedown. I was recommended by my insurance for physio. I had an hour consultation where they were simply pushing for me to do an $850 full body scan which is not covered, nor necessary. Told them this is not what I’m remotely interested in doing. They were meant to come back to me with a treatment plan. They then inundated me with messages and calls that to proceed with anything I needed to meet the owner for this $850 full body scan. Seems like a massive shakedown and completely wasted my time.

Fantastic experience: This facility exceeded my expectations beyond what I could imagine I came in with a torn acl, mcl, and pcl. With the help of Victor (therapist/trainer) I am able to walk and bend my knee better than before my surgery. Victor was awesome he mentally trains you to push your body to limits you didn't know you had which brings new confidence. Then you have eric the knowledge he gives you to learn about your body is amazing. I'm not an athletic but I trained and feel like one thanks to Victor and infinity sports itself

Fantastic experience: I had a car accident in January and have been struggling with back pain since then. I started doing PT with the therapists at ISI (Victor and Daniel) and my life has completely changed! Pain is gone and I am slowly starting to exercise again, which is amazing! Fantastic experience: You owe it to yourself to come here, I know I do. After a decade of live theatrical & stunts performance and travel with the most well known company, my injuries flared up when they wanted to before working with Infinity Sports Institute. What was the theatrical performing’s solution? Ibuprofen, a glass of water, two days of rest and immediately back at it. In the past I have fractured my chest, strained my neck in all directions, grade II sprain in both ankles, pulled hamstring, and more. Simple motions like lifting boxes or sweeping my home was strenuous on me. The strength training the theatrical/ stunts company taught me was just a quick fix to keep going. Day in a day out I would pull my pectoral muscles and have sharp pains in my back that would restrict my breathing. I thought no one could ever help me. When I first learned about Infinity Sports Institute, honest, I was skeptical. In the past, any other facility, gym or trainer would say, “I’m sorry, but your pain is a liability to work with.” Fearful thoughts, “when these guys start working with me, they’re just going to quit or tell me I’m unfit for my high pain management just like everyone else.” Quit? Wow, I was wrong. Andre, Eric and Hector dedicated themselves to not only identifying the true causes of my pain, but continuously working with me until I have become pain-free. It wasn’t easy, but I did It! The Infinity Team didn’t give up on me and I have felt like I owe it to myself to be a healthier version of myself for such a long time. Infinity Sports Institute team and their facility did this for me. Infinity Sports Institute has state of the art equipment to be a full service gym. Their Sports Science Lab provides accurate results. The coaches are not physical therapist or gym trainers, these guys are exercise physiologist. They do have on-site physical therapy and my favorite, Rock Tape. When I began training and stretching, I found myself becoming stronger than the pain. At first It was a challenge and Rock Tape was my best friend, but as my pain healed. Now, I set new health goals for myself. I have my very own customized fitness and health plan to achieve my next goals. Patience is key, but in their words, “you have to do the homework.” Now, I come into the facility, search for my workout program, work out and go home. If I need guidance, I can ask any Infinity Sports’ Coach. I don’t know where my future performance life will lead, but I am ready to tackle it.

Fantastic experience: Think of this as your own little private, hip, gym/workout space that offers physical therapy, recovery therapy, high performance body analysis and pain management therapy. This staff of committed, knowledgeable and professional fitness and wellness specialists have "changed the game" when it comes to full service physical training and wellness.

Fantastic experience: The moment you enter the facility you know you are in the right place, state of the art equipment, modern decor and cleanliness. You will want to take a shower there! The energy and knowledge from the staff is beyond expectations, they listen to what you need and treat you as individual, with a personal plan. I was training for my first marathon, and going there was the perfect complement to my training plan. The physical therapy was exactly what my body needed to handle the pain and prevent serious injuries. Hector and Eric are amazing, easing pain in a way that I couldn’t believe. I did 30min stretching after my long runs, and that made the difference on my recoveries after running so many miles per week. This was key on me being able to keep running. This place has everything you need to get your fitness training to a higher level.

Fantastic experience: I am a family doctor who believes that there is no "one size fits all" in healthcare and that many times patients need a team of professionals for guidance to optimize their health. Hector, Erick & the ISI's team are amazing. The facility is gorgeous and modern. Their concept and approach is truly focused on personalized care. There hours see flexible and they open really early and close late. This allows patients to fit in their sessions even within a busy scheduled. I tried so many different physical therapists, exercises and remedies ; nothing worked . I was in Miami on a long extended vacation and decided to take the time during trip to really address my injury .I made an appointment at ISI and had the pleasure of meeting HECTOR and staff . He worked with me to find the root of my injury by analyzing my form . He then gave me corrective exercises and strength techniques that the 10 different physical therapist and doctors I had seen prior never taught me . I am back running again .The team at ISI are extremely knowlegable , proffesional and GIFTED!

Fantastic experience: I checked out ISP by recommendation of one of my best friends who went to them for knee pain she was having. I was in a car accident last year where my knees were injured so my chiropractor recommended that I not do any exercise and look into possible surgery for my knee tears and sprains. I was falling into a depression having always been very active and not being able to do anything at all, and on top of that, losing my mother to a lung disease not long after. I messaged this place on Instagram (@_isp_) and immediately was asked when I could come in and check out the place along with a free consultation. I felt cared about and attended to right from that first message! It was actually the owner, Hector, who I was speaking with, and I met with him when I went in person to check it out. He was so nice and so knowledgeable in his field! I also met the co-owner, Andre, who was equally kind and knowledgeable! Hector ensured me that I would not need surgery and would come out of their program pain-free.... And he was right! I signed up with ISP and committed to my appointments (which are very flexible and they are open until late, like 9 or 10pm, accommodating for busy people!). I did the intensive pain management program for athletes because I am one, but they also have a less intense physical therapy program (that works with different types of insurance) for those just wanting to get back to their normal daily lives without pain and/or injury. I did muscle and nerve re-training and various physical exercises as well as some alternative medicine practices I've never done before nor ever heard of and I trusted the process! These guys know their stuff! I committed to two sessions a week (again, they work with your schedule -- you make it) and completed my program after 8 sessions. I went from major knee swelling and pain to pain-free and now being able to do what I love again: dance and work out! No surgery needed :) I also had an issue keeping my foot down on the brake while stopped in traffic -- my leg would shake like crazy (lost nerve function) and I couldn't keep it still! But all of that has since stopped, thank God! The facility is beautiful, clean, and I love the artwork and plants on the walls! They have a bar equipped with eco-friendly bottled water, protein powders, and pre-workout supplements that you are free to use. They have very nice showers, too, should you wish to use one. There's a TV for those sitting doing compression therapy. Above all, Hector and his staff are welcoming, easy to talk to, professional, intelligent, and make you feel at home! I'm glad I trusted them and trusted my friend's recommendation! If you are looking for a physical therapy type of clinic, the Infinity Sports Institute is the place to go!!! Even if you have some sort of random pain you have no idea where it came from, they may be able to pinpoint where it's coming from and why you have it! Hector did that for me (my nerve and muscle issues apparently stemmed from beyond my car accident -- go figure!!). I love these guys! Thank you for giving me my life back and helping me move forward and being happy again, ISP!!!!! :)

Fantastic experience: If I could give these guys 100 stars I would. The work they do is amazing, they are kind, gentle, and allowed me to trust the process. I was having chronic foot pain after my marathon in January and decided to do finally do something about it in March. All I can say is I should've gone sooner. After one session with Andre my pain was down from a 10 to a 3. After session 2 I was done to a 0. I am on session 8 and have not had pain since then. I cant even remember the last time I wasn't in pain. I feel better, my workouts have improved because of it, and overall I feel stronger. These past two months have been nothing short of amazing and I truly recommend them if you want to stop having pain, fix your issues, and get back on your feet in no time! thanks for everything guys, you have made ma PAIN FREE!
