Fantastic experience: I've been wanting to go to Fit-Flavors for a long time I was given a few gift cards and decided today was the day. I immediately impressed the design of the store was modern and inviting. The smoothie bar was impressive and super clean. I was greeted by two very helpful staff members. I expanded it was my first time the lady went thru everything she was very detailed and gave me all the information. I was also extremely happy there was a microwave and lounge to have your meal and relax. There there is also a conference room that and be reserved in the rest of the store. Overall it's the most impressive and clean place I've seen in a long time. The staff was amazing and highly recommended don't wait like I did so long the meal I had was amazing and looking forward to the many other meals.

Fantastic experience: ‍♂️. All around, this place rocks. Especially for those that are short on time. You could have some greasy food that is likely to fuel your next cardiac event, or you could pick up a delicious healthy pre made meal that is so good you will accidentally meet your health and wellness goals. The **cardiac** caniac combo at canes is nearly 20$. Add a few more $$ and you have 2 fit flavor meals. Your body will thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I love the Sunset Hills location, because it is close to me AND it has a smoothie bar. I picked up my favorite Banana Bread protein smoothie and several meals from their new menu! I'm the most excited to try the chicken piccata, but I can't wait to try several others. I love that they have breakfast, lunch/dinner, snacks, desserts and even stews/soups and salads.

Positive experience: My boyfriend and I tried two dinners tonight after being referred to by a friend. I loved the concept of the store, it felt like walking into a grocery store. Everything was clearly labeled, and the workers were very friendly. We tried to get different dinners so we could fairly taste test them. We liked the pasta, but the steak was just average.

Negative experience: The food here is okay, but the customer service is poor. I would think twice before purchasing a gift card from any fit-flavors location. The gift card, I was given as a present after having a baby, was worthless after the store and corporate office claimed there was no ‘record of it anywhere in our system.’ The only way they would be able to verify the value of the card would be to call the person who gave it to me and confirm with their credit card statement. How tacky! Their best solution to the problem was to issue a new gift card 1/4 of the original value. Customers shouldn't be penalized when companies implement a new Shopify system, especially when a new “gift card” expiration policy was just implemented in March. What a bummer to receive a gift you can’t use!

Fantastic experience: Fit Flavors is always my go to when I need something quick. Everything I’ve tried is full of flavor. The chicken parmesan is my favorite.

Fantastic experience: I order for pickup at this location. The inside is very nice and the staff seem friendly. Sometimes I don't receive a reminder text or email when my order is ready for pickup. One time in particular it would have been helpful. Otherwise I just try to go up there on my pickup day regardless. Not sure if this is a store thing or if other FF staff are in charge of reminders. The food here is pretty good. In general, sometimes I think they could season the food a bit more (with herbs and spices, not necessarily salt). Also the calories per meal is a little low for me personally just based on my body type, which hurts the economics of the whole thing when you factor in the relatively high cost per meal. But overall the food is fresh and I love how the food makes me feel.

We are busy and not into prepping Fit-Flavors really works No more lazy pizza delivery or fast food. So quick, nutritious, and delicious! The staff at Sunset Hills are super helpful, letting me know what their favs are, what new and answer any other questions I may have.

Fantastic experience: I shop at the Sunset Hills store. The staff know me now, are always polite and helpful and have answered any questions I've had. The food is amazing! I live alone and the cost of the meals doesn't compare to the expense of buying ingredients, cooking, then freezing or eating the same thing for days. It's hard to cook for one. I don't like frozen food so Fit Flavors is perfect for me. Fresh foods that always have my favorites, plus new seasonal menu items, power snack balls and protein cookies along with several desserts. I can't wait for summer, the lemon cheesecake bars will be back, yay! You should try it, at least for me, I spend less there than at the grocery store and the quality and menu is great. Oh, there are breakfast foods too, I just don't use them so can't comment.

Negative experience: This was an unfortunate choice on my part. I walked in and found what I hoped was a menu, a paper pamphlet in a plastic holder. The person at the counter told me if I’m looking for smoothies, they can only do chocolate peanut butter. I had no idea what this place was but assumed it was a smoothie shop. My smoothie was a few powders in a blender. She set it on the counter without a word and walked away. I assumed from the “healthy meals and smoothies” sign this was a smoothie shop. I’m not sure what I’m drinking. It’s peanut buttery and tastes good but I was hoping for at least a banana/any fruit. I didn’t realize it was a protein powder place. My experience felt weird and unwelcome. With any luck you’ll be greeted by another associate, one who actually greets you. Maybe she was just having a bad day. I hope it gets better.

Fantastic experience: This is such a great concept! Love this space and set up. So easy, affordable and well balanced nutrition. I have no problem going to the gym everyday but struggle with nutrition control - so Fit Flavors is there :)
