Fantastic experience: Great staff. Caring and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I've only been for a couple of visits, but so far I am very pleased. Great place and great therapists.

Negative experience: I first came to kinetic physical therapy because I followed Ariana there. She is the best physical therapist and has been the only one to successfully treat my SI joint dysfunction and pelvic floor issues. I am currently 7 months post partum. And as we expected my pelvic pain came back after having a baby. But she is treating it and it's manageable during breastfeeding when my joints are looser. I received a call from Kinetic Physical Therapy on Monday 3/10/25 the day I had another appointment scheduled with Ariana. I was told that Friday 3/7/25 was her last day. I last saw Ariana on Thursday 3/6/25 and she didn't mention anything about leaving. I have a really good relationship with her so I know she would have told me she was leaving if she was leaving by her own choice. Therefore I am certain they likely let her go. Furthermore I was told I can either schedule with Avila pelvic floor physical therapy or wait for another therapist to come back to kinetic physical therapy from maternity leave. First of all I left Avila already because they couldn't fix my pelvic pain. Second I looked up the credentials of the therapist they told me was on maternity leave and she doesn't even have training in pelvic health. So not only has kinetic PT left me high and dry with my post partum recovery they also lied about having a pelvic floor therapist.

Fantastic experience: The staff and the Therapists are the very best at what they do at this wonderful facility. When I first started, Adam was amazing He welcomed me and I felt I was part of a very caring family. Thank you Adam. My main therapist I see for my horrific stenosis-related back problems is simply “awesome”. He is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but truly cares for his patients. His name is “Colby Anderson ” and he keeps me working hard which means I continue to feel better and he is who I most consistently work with in addressing my pain issues. He is patient and kind and is very competent. Thank you Colby so much!!!!!! He rally is phenomenal and very skilled at what he does in helping my awful back and leg pain. Of course a thank you to all the special group of awesome people I have the opportunity to work with at Kinectics!!! Rosa, Ivy, Josh, Nicole, Spencer, Jessica and so many more who make up the Kinetics Family I appreciate so very much!!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. I feel listened to and assured Staff can help me through my pain. Pool therapy is fantastic. The wellness center is clean and smells good. There is custodian on site cleaning while business is open to assure cleanliness. Kinetic keeps up to date on my insurance and when I have hit my deductibles. I highly recommend Kinetic physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Simone is exceptional at her craft and truly has a gift. Massage therapy is her calling. Since September 2024, I have struggled with pressure and pain around my ribs, which progressively worsened. On January 14, 2025, I finally experienced some relief and was able to sleep for more than four hours.

Fantastic experience: Wendy Perrini is my Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist. She has been outstanding in working with me after surgery, and is very thorough in my treatment plan and therapy. Given my previous past history including some physical limitations, Wendy has been empathetic and her professional focus and knowledge has resulted in progress in getting me back the usage of my hand. Definitely continuing to make progress and thankful to have her as my therapist on this journey to wellness. I highly recommend her, and also she has a great personality which definitely is a plus!

Fantastic experience: Edit: Dr. Jones reached out and spoke with me. Dr. Justin re-evaluated and has me set up correctly. I am glad I went back and gave them a second chance. Dr. Justin is caring, compassionate but also makes sure we are making progress without pain. My first review was harsh but accurate. I have since been back and my experience and expectations have been met: Highly recommend Dr. Justin and Nicole for Massage.

Negative experience: In the past month, I have been receiving care from my physical therapist. The therapist was recommended to me by my foot doctor and I was granted an additional month of treatment. However, during my last appointment, I felt uncomfortable and uneasy. The therapist made me feel belittled and embarrassed during part of the session. As a patient, I believe medical professionals should be empathetic and respectful towards their patients. Unfortunately, in this instance, the therapist's behavior was unprofessional, and it left me feeling distressed. Therefore, I have decided to discontinue any further treatments at this facility. It may be best to postpone any non-essential conversations until after the patient has left the office.

Fantastic experience: The folks here do a phenomenal job. I was impressed with their level of knowledge, teaching, and problem solving skills. I really like the atmosphere throughout. I don't think you can go wrong here at all. Gabe and Liz are crushing the PT game!

Negative experience: .. if you can get signed in for your appointment things go well.. but a 12 noon one hour appointment and I’ve been waiting 17 minutes just to say .. I’m here for my appointment..!! Only one at reception desk & she’s on telephone & computer & 1 other patient ahead of me & she’s still waiting also.. receptionist has made eye contact…. But.. we wait.. still

Fantastic experience: Kinetic gave me my life back. I was suffering from one sided back pain for around 6 months. I tried everything (exercise, rest, pain medication, ice, heat, acupuncture, chiropractor, you name it, I tried it). Some helped temporarily but no one worked to find root of the problem so the pain always came back. I decided to try out PT and saw Dr. Zach Barrett. He's amazing! He figured out the cause of my pain in no time; actually multiple causes and explained to me in detail what was wrong and how we could fix it. After about a month of seeing him, my pain was completely gone and it has yet to come back. My posture has improved ten-fold, I became motivated to workout at a gym and eat healthier. It's amazing what being free of constant back pain can do! I highly recommend Kinetic, they're thorough, compassionate professionals who truly want to get to the root cause of pain and help you fix it. They never push you beyond your limits and they always make sure you're comfortable. Thank you for giving me my life back, Zach!!

Fantastic experience: Kinetic is the best!!! I received a massage from Jazmine a few months ago and she was so amazing and helpful as it was my first experience. About a month and a half later, I started PT and although I only went for about a month due to moving out of state, my pain levels were brought down a lot and strength went up! I am a lot closer to where I want to be and I will be continuing services where I am moving to. Kinetic truly helped me and I’m so glad I was able to start my PT journey here!!!

Fantastic experience: This place is the best PT option in town, HANDS DOWN. They did a phenomenal job rehabbing my knee after ACL surgery. I have had the pleasure of working with most of their therapists, including Wendy, Gabe, and Clay. Everybody thoroughly knows their stuff! Most of all, I felt like the staff was personally invested in helping me recover. I was more then just a paycheck to these people, which is refreshing in this day and age.

Fantastic experience: My back went out in the worst way in August of this year and all the doctors wanted to do was pass out prescriptions. I wanted more, a quality of life. I didn't want to be on medication to get through the day. So, I was recommended to this facility by my primary. I am so very glad he did. This facility is AWESOME, the moment you walk in the door they make you feel like you are family and the compassion and concern they have for your situation, what ever that may be is off the charts. The smile and greeting you get from the receptionists right down to the physical therapists is amazing. I looked forward everyday going to my appointments, because I knew I would come out of my session feeling great. I called my therapist Barbara, my angel therapist. I loved working with her, she pushed me even when I didn't think I could and was there for me every step of the way. I just can't say enough about this facility. I wish more places and doctors would have the compassion and concern for their patients as this place does. Just AMAZING!!!

After only a few visits, the reciptionst began greeting me by name never without a smiling face and remembering all my information. From the moment you walk in the door, you will be pleased!!!

Fantastic experience: I had rotator cuff surgery in March, and after three weeks of PT I can already see a difference. I was at the first set of goals my doc set for me after only the second week. My therapist, Dr. Adam Gabriel, makes the sessions fun and challenging. The facility is modern and VERY CLEAN (which is very important to me). Everyone on the staff is friendly and welcoming. It's pretty obvious they keep up with recent advances in physical therapy treatments. Instead of dreading going there, I actually look forward to it and I would highly recommend this group to anyone needing rehab. There are a lot of options in Greenville for physical therapy, but this one is really top notch. I feel like I get top-shelf care!

Fantastic experience: I too have known the owners of Kinetic Physical Therapy for years. I can say without a doubt that these guys are truly top of the line in all aspects. First of all, their knowledge base and ability to apply their clinical skills is awesome. After a thorough evaluation of your particular situation, they will design a program with your input to meet your needs and help you achieve the highest outcome possible. Secondly, the Kinetic clinic is absolutely state-of-the-art with a staff of highly skilled clinicians and all the modalities and equipment needed to return you back to living life again. The pool therapy aspect is a real asset to Greenville. Lastly, the clinicians at Kinetic are just down home folks who "put their pants on the same way we all do." They are not going to talk over you, but instead they are going to involve you in every aspect of your treatment regimen and work on YOUR goals not theirs. There is no other place I would go for my outpatient rehabilitation needs.

The up front staff are extremely welcoming and the insurance manager has helped me through this complicated process. I can't say enough about the staff at Kinetics.

Their warm and caring dispositions carry you through the physical pain of injury and their heartfelt care lets you know you are not just a number on a file. As another healthcare professional, I can assure you, they far surpass any Physical Therapy group in this area and I would say in our State. Their services are varied, their modalities up- to- date. Their facility is beautiful and fully staffed. I would go nowhere else for care..ever!

Fantastic experience: Dr Jones has been my therapist for over 3 years, he informs you of all treatments he does on you and also gives you the how and why. The staff is amazing they are all ways couterous and treat you like a member of the Kinetics family.

It's not common a business treats its clients like family while providing a flawlessly professional experience. I appreciate how the Kinetic staff communicates at a level clients can understand.
