Negative experience: Last time I used Rachel's product of team and it was great and I reorder it after a year. I received product 25 days late and its quality is not up to the mark. I call support person and it is not cooperating.

Negative experience: Methyl Sulfonyl Methane is a great product from Rachel's tea but slim detox is not working at all. You know there is no benefit of it.

Negative experience: After using tea to improve my stomach, I get no positive effect using Rachel’s products. Not recommended.

Fantastic experience: “Rachel’s Tea” products haved served as wonderful preventatives, helping me to steer clear of diverticulitis episodes,. The delicious ““Digestive Relief Tea” contains 100% organic and natural herbs. I drink two Slippery Elm tablets dissolved in warm water “first thing “ every morning, followed by a cup of the tea. I have a second dose of Slippery Elm prior to eating a large meal, to prevent abdominal discomfort and bloating. If I do experience an upset stomach, I take two “ Peppermint Gels” as directed and within a short while always feel much better.

I was diagnosed with Collagenous Collitis almost nine years ago and thankfully found Pain Free Foods about two years into it. I have followed the plan to the letter and have been successful, although it seemed I was never too far from a flare up..too much fiber, too much food..and would have to start over. Thanks to Rachel's Tea and her Dad Mike, when I read the 'Pain Free Foods' book in 2018/19 everything changed within days! Funnily, the book sat there for a few months, then once I started reading, I had to try and, voila! Fantastic experience: I recently ordered my first bag of digestive relief tea from Rachel. Had recently relocated to a lovely home for single women where three luscious and sumptuous meals a day were generously included in the rent! After going off my normal diet of 1 good, healthy meal a day for several months, however, (and eating obviously too many of the absolutely sumptuous desserts!!!) my digestive system was NOT happy. Following a seven day fast to “re-set,” I was searching for a good tea to soothe and settle my healing digestive tract, and found Rachel’s on-line. Fantastic experience: First I can’t say enough about the customer service. They went above and beyond to solve my issue. My brother has been on the food plan for roughly a month and has had no flareups with his diverticulitis. I have been drinking the tea for several weeks and not only is it delicious, but it really calms my stomach. If you’re undecided about trying their products, don’t be. Fantastic experience: I have taken Rachel’s Digestive tea morning and evening since my last flare-up in November of 2022. Pro Bio 100 every night, the Pro Curcumin Phytosome every morning. My doctor never offered any suggestions, so I just called Rachel’s Tea and told Sonia my symptoms and she told me what to do. Of course I began the “food grouping” just like they suggest. That got me out of my flare-up. I go back to food grouping whenever I feel the slightest bit pain in my lower left abdomen. The peppermint oil capsules sooth gassy or bloating issues. Fantastic experience: Rachel's Tea DID WHAT MEDS COULDN'T. I had a shoulder infection in 2021 after surgery and was prescribed meds for the infection. The first antibiotic and then second antibiotic caused me strong abdominal pain and nothing stayed in me for 4 weeks. You start to lose hope after a month when you hurt everyday. I found Rachel's Tea online and called and talked to Rachel. She knew the tea would help. I placed my order and when I got it the wow started. After the first cup I had a 40% drop in pain in 10-15 minutes. I did another that night. I did 1 in the morning and I at night the next day (and tossed the pills). 1 day later I went on vacation PAIN FREE (with my tea supply) and was able to eat a hamburger and desert no problems. Fantastic experience: First thing in the morning and last thing at night… I started using Rachel’s Tea after suffering from multiple digestive problems. The Tea along with some changes to my diet have resulted in me being symptom free since I started. I’ve lost some weight and am feeling great. Negative experience: I'm new at Rachel's Tea and used it for 1 month. I used this tea because of my friends referrel but it is harmful to the stomach. After a few days of usage, I had pain in my stomach continuously. Dont use this tea if you are diabetic patient. It will surely increase your blood pressure and stimach problems. Totally bogus products of Rachel's tea. I called them, and they said, Order new falvour, and it will repair you stomach issues. Digestive tea is a bad product. Beware of this product if you are diabetics patient.

Fantastic experience: I have had colitis for 10-15 years. Can't remember. Been on PainFree diet with great results and no medication. Just mild flare-ups once in a while. Slippery elm or Rachel's tea takes care of the discomfort. If really uncomfortable I also take Rachel's peppermint. Works almost immediately. In fact all of her products do. Lately I have been using the Berry probiotic. I feel like it is keeping me more stable. Especially since I am dealing with a lot of stress right now. I am so thankful that I have been able to be medication free after my doctor told me I'd be on a drug for life.

Fantastic experience: I'm a new user of Rachel's tea and here's my honest review. My dad was having a flare up after our Easter dinner so I gave him a cup of my brand new tea that I had just purchased. Within half an hour he was able to walk around without feeling like doubling over in pain. He is now drinking the tea everyday and taking the slippery elm supplement that I also shared with him. I'm drinking the tea everyday too and noticing a reduction in acid reflux! Thank you for a great product!

Fantastic experience: 51 years Crohns disease, 3 bowel resections with currently another stricture. Food and I don't get along at all unless it is 'soft' When I do eat it is always uncomfortable rumbling, bloat and gas. I cannot follow your food protocol due to this - and no dairy. But your tea works wonders. That heavy bloated feeling just goes away. I use the tea bag at least 3 times sometimes adding a bag of Celestial Seasonings Bengal Spice. With shipping and exchange it becomes a fairly expensive buy as a senior on a fixed pension. But works wonders. If I ate to much or bloated, have a cup of tea. I may add some drops of Iberogast to it if I'm super uncomfortable. It works wonders. Thank you - it makes life easier.

Fantastic experience: Hi. I’d like to tell you a story about how finding Rachel’s Tea website and hence ordering many of her products…in 2019 I had an incredibly painful bout of intestinal distress. I was so I’ll that I was projectile vomiting and unable to eat anything at all. I knew I was in serious trouble but didn’t want to go to the hospital and get some of my intestines removed nor did I want a colonoscopy bag. Fantastic experience: I’ve been drinking Rachel’s tea for four years now for my IBS and Diverticulitis. It has kept my issues under control and my life is so much better! I also follow the diet really carefully 95% of the time. When I have a combo meal occasionally I can so tell the next couple days! Better to be more strict! I can tell it works! My 27 year old son came down with Ulcerative Colitis almost a year ago. I called and asked for help. I had no idea what it even was until I doubled over in stomach pain. Well like most people I went to the doctor and found out I had it. It's all about inflammation and infection. I wound up on medications that only worked temporarily and I came across a book called "PAIN FREE FOODS" which I bought and put to use immediately on how to eat the right combinations of foods that cause inflamation to avoid Diverticulitis - well that worked too!. Rachel's Dad, Mike started the company with this amazing amount of research and science behind it SO I THEIR EATING PROCESS WITH THEIR TEA and I can tell you without hesitation my stomach felt better within the first days. It has now been almost 10 years and if I even sense a flare up I take Rachel's Tea and my stomach is settled. It tastes great to me and has never let me down. Fantastic experience: So, been suffering from Diverticulitis for about 4 years. Discovered Rachel's tea about a year into my problems. first, it settles the nausea. Second it helps my food pass without pain by creating more mucus in my upper intestine. I think it reduces gas pain too. I drink it hot and make Iced tea out of it too. How often I drink it depends on how often I get "wormy gut", my explanation of how my gut feels. When it feels a little "wormy" I make myself some tea. normally I can get 2 12 oz cups out of one tea bag. Ice tea, I add lemon juice and 6 to 8 grains of salt. No sugar.... Hot, I drink it straight... I prefer boiling water rather than microwave. I also use slippery elm pills when I get a flare up but prefer the tea to the pills as the tea settles my nausea where as the pill make me hungry and congested. I found that this is one of the few products that does exactly what she claims it does. Her dad's book got me started on the right diet path but I have found that limiting Lectins are important for my gut problems so now only use the tea when I get into "bad" foods for me.

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with divirtulities 10 years ago. Ive been on antibiotics every other month for the past 5 years and this past year i felt antibiotic’s making me feel worse. My colon was very irritated and i was very bloated acid reflux was bad i thought i was going to have a heart attack. I found Rachels tea online and i got the starter pack and its been working better than the drs recommendations, it works better than the nutrionists ive seen. Noone could help me i was desperate. Fantastic experience: Rachel's Tea to the rescue - again! I recently had a diverticulitis flare-up after eating too much red meat and potatoes. I had that familiar pain in front of my left hip, so I knew what was coming. I started fasting and drinking Rachel's Tea, sipping a cup all day long, laced with GSE, and a cup at bedtime. Two days later, all is fine, and I am returning to a better diet. I always keep some RT in my cabinet, so I'm prepared when a flare-up strikes. Fantastic experience: I been drinking Rachels tea for over a year now. And its done wonders for me. It helps me digest better exspecialy in the evenings. I reviewed the tea's ingredients and I decided to see if the tea formula would be helpful. I am happy to report that the tea arrived promptly and I brewed a cup the same day. Fantastic experience: I had a first-time diverticulitis attack that landed me in the ER about 20 days ago. Since then, I have found Rachel's Tea and ordered the start-up products. They arrived very quickly, which was great since I wanted to start them right away. I have been drinking the tea first thing in the morning and at night before go to bed EVERY DAY and I am feeling SO much better and healing well. I ordered the diverticulitis book and have been following the eating plan along with the tea, a good probiotic, and a good turmeric supplement they recommend. So far, I feel so much less bloat than before my attack and no pain (crossing my fingers here). Also, I called in for some questions regarding the plan and they called and talked with me for a long time, giving me advice on how best to incorporate this plan into an enjoyable lifestyle. Fantastic experience: I have shared this website with several people who are experiencing digestive issues. I have told them that if you follow the food guide, they will experience relief and feel a whole lot better! But getting off the guidelines may give them some old experiences that they do not want to repeat. I take slippery elm regularly and peppermint gels when eating off the guide. Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with diverticulitis over 3 years ago and have been using Rachel”sTea products for 2 years. I can’t remember when I had my last flare up. The other day I called Rachel”s to order some tea and Slippery Elm. The lady taking my order was very pleasant which was not unusual because their customer service people are always helpful. To my surprise I found I was talking to Rachel’s Mom, Sonia. We started talking about me missing some of my favorite foods. I”m Irish after all and I miss my meat and potatoes. Sonia gave me some great tips like using heavy whipping cream instead of milk for scalloped potatoes. She also suggested two products, Miracle Noodles and Miracle Rice that I can put meat sauce on. If you haven’t tried their products, do yourself a favor and order the tea to start. Talk to the people at Rachel’s, they are there to help you as they did me.

Positive experience: I had a problem with a repeat order which I wanted to delay after an email notice that it would be sent. I could not do this on my mobile device which caused the me to get a shipment I was not ready for. I sent an email regarding my problem but it was not immediately addressed. I cancelled the repeat service because making adjustments to it is not easy. I would expect the link to work on any device.

Fantastic experience: Since I was referred to Rachels Tea and purchased the "Crohn's Pain Free Foods", which of led me to Rachel's products, (the tea is the best) I have now gone four months without painkillers (usually opiates). I am living pretty much pain free. I have had two episodes during this time where I thought I was doing so well I would move a little outside the food guide. Not a good option, but I have learned to make changes in a small manner. I recommend the book and products without any doubt as it has literally changed my life.
