Generally when you go to the Doctor’s office, you are just another patient to them and you feel like “are they really even listening to my concerns…” so quick to diagnose without all the info and move on to their next patient. Not Dr. Gina! She is always so caring and shows tremendous patience with me and my concerns. I feel as if I am heard and before I leave she makes certain that I understood everything in the visit! Negative experience: Well, I'm happy to hear that she was that way with you guys, she surely wasn't that way with me. I'm not going to mention everything but the last thing that topped it off and made me leave for good I came back because my bronchitis came back, she said it's just a cold you'll get over it and walked out, so therefore I went to my herbalist they gave me two items and I have not had bronchitis since, needless to say I will never be going back or recommend her to anyone, and what doctor will sit there and tell you how much she hates her dad because he got her mom smoking cigarettes and it's his fault that she died, what kind of a doctor does this?

Negative experience: Dr. Nichols. I was told you can not have me arrested for my review on your services. So, please stop telling me, you will have me arrested for harassment! You have not released my record's only 6 small paper's you sent me from your office. I will continuously work with my insurance company about your payment methods when you were filing for payments on your (my )behalf. Doc. why did it take you 8 months to get in touch with me about your referral? Oh, my husband had to come to your office just to be be told I needed to make an appointment!. I was trying but you never returned my calls, stating it was the fault of the company you use when you're awayfrom your office ( call center). I was trying to support you but you wasn't trying to care for my needs. I have also reported to HIPPA as well. Don't you every again in your time threaten me with arrest because I was looking at your reviews and agreeing with some of the people. Yet, you had the nerve to threaten me with arrest. I kept that email as well. I've also made it aware to my insurance company that I'm requesting all of the billings sent from your office on each visit I had with you-You've billed for blood work when you've never requested my blood work. You had me coming back to your office every other week. You never would tell me why I was coming in every other week. You refused to send me my record's.... it doesn't take 8 months after requesting my record's. Then when you finally did send me your record's *1 page in small blk ink, that's a tale sign of you hiding somethings. Take care!!!

Negative experience: I’m partial with my experience. Dr Nichols was as cordial as a “practitioner” that sells weight loss can be. She’s busy as hell but she’s turning and burning patients out of there. She doesn’t have time to get “personal”. I got what I needed but then I started getting charged without knowing and then when I questioned them I was told to make the payments but they didn’t know I kept my receipts and then all of a sudden my prescription ran out and then I was never called back for an appointment. The jig was up I imagine. Visit at your own risk and keep your receipts.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time going to Dr. Nichols. Worst experience I've ever had. She has a terrible personality along with $2.00 wig and flip flops. If I could give 0 stars as a rating I would. I wouldn't let this old woman perform any cosmetic treatment on me. Terribly unprofessional, dirty office, and scam of a doctor.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Dr Nichols for over 10 years. She has provided wonderful results with Botox, fillers and threading. I highly recommend Dr Nichols if you’re looking to achieve youthful results from a very caring physician. Her fees are very reasonable as well and she follows up with her patients to ensure their wellness. 5 stars all the way!

Negative experience: I have always been a patient of Dr. Nichols, however, her front office staff is very unprofessional and none of them are on the same page. I get to the office today to find out I have a balance that was not relayed to me before and was told I should be checking my statements from the insurance company when clearly telling me no bill was due on my statements. No bills ever came from the office to my residence. I wasted time going to the office for an appointment and was told I needed to pay 350.00 before I could be seen. Why wasn’t that told to me over the phone when the appointment was made nor receiving a bill in the mail so I could have paid it long time ago. The bills are from 2019.

Negative experience: Place is a scam for your money. Staff is rude and unprofessional. No matter the day of the week or time of the day, you will wait 45 mins to see the doctor just for her to spend 6/7 minutes with her. 0 out of 10. Wouldn’t recommend

Fantastic experience: I have not been to this clinic since 2017, my first visit was 2016. I only came here to say, stop speaking ill of Dr Gina, she was very nice and professional when I first met her and after. I went from 212 lbs to 145 lbs under 6 months taking Phentermine 37.5 (working out and dieting) and have recommended others there as well. She is beautiful and I absolutely love her appearance, please do not change who you are Dr Gina continue to slay and I will be seeing you soon (hint covid weight ).

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to have an experience with the provider. I scheduled an appointment two weeks prior to my visit and upon my arrival I signed in to be seen. As I waited to be seen I noticed a large dry erase board that stated they no longer accept my insurance. I am highly disappointed as I specifically asked if my insurance was accepted before I scheduled an appointment at this location. Not only did I rearrange my schedule to accommodate this appointment, but I had to call to confirm the appointment as well. I’m saddened by this as I was looking forward to a helping hand in my weight loss journey. The receptionist apologized for the misinformation and sent me on my way as though as I was just another number of many clients.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Doctor Nichols was WONDERFUL. She listened to my concerns and was very open and caring, She was friendly and engaging and made me feel comfortable. I could tell the Doctor Nichols is a caring doctor. Her staff were so nice and accommodating , I had made my appointment through their on-line registration option ( I was the first one to do so, and they gave me gift for being the first person to utilize this service) and was the last appointment on a Friday. They were running behind and working over and they were still upbeat and positive . I was able to see Doctor Nichols and was not rushed at all. I went to Doctor Nichols for her weight loss program and decided that I liked her demeaner and professionalism so much that I want to make her my primary doctor. Doctor Nichols is non-judgmental , forward thinking and innovative in her practice. I highly suggest Doctor Nichols for you health and well-being needs

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nichols is a wonderful doctor. She is attentive and listens to your concerns. In fact I started going to her as a new patient and I had high blood pressure. She treated me with medication and then ran a routine blood panel and found that I had other issues. I was in end stage Renal failure. Negative experience: Dr Nichols was my pcp for about 8 years however in that 8 years she would only put in my reason for visit was refills so my social security for denied then one day her staff told me they were no longer accepting Caresource so I started paying cash then after 4 months of that they tell me she can no longer except cash payments from me

Negative experience: Bad..they make me.paid for the b12 injections an I never got the injection and they refused to return my money...stuff is very rude an unprofessional...they should.just closed down this place for thief and bad services

Fantastic experience: Not sure why the reviews are so bad and mean. Dr Nichols had a error in scheduling and came in to make it right. The front desk ladies are always kind and polite. Do you wait longer than some doctors offices, yes but I’ve never had poor quality of care. Dr Nichols is magical and very economical with Botox and filler and always kind.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday was my first visit and was a little on the defensive because of all the negative reviews. Well I would like to say I was greeted and treated with the upmost respect. From the front desk to my meeting with the Dr. Everyone smiled and made me feel very comfortable. I will be returning.

Negative experience: One star because i can’t post without one. My husband saw her years ago. She prescribed a migraine medication in stead of a bp medicine with the dosage of the bp medicine. The two medicines had similar spelled names ( she stood with her rx book writing the script) It made him horribly ill. He suffered anxiety from having rapid heart beats- and feeling like he was dying- because he was off his bp med. The cardiologist figured it out after he had a stress test ordered by Dr Nichols - who never called him back with the results which were abnormal. We got a copy from testing facility and called a cardiologist. The cardiologist called Dr Nichols to discuss meds and confirmed her mistake. The state board was informed. This was a horrible 6 months of suffering that should have never happened. Stay clear. Question it all. Also isn’t it funny that majority of good reviews have accounts with peoples names in all lower case?? . Wonder who is creating these bogus google accounts?- possibly the office ???—— also these accounts have no other reviews attached. Just as sketchy as this entire office.

Negative experience: China doughty you hit it on the head with your review. Dr Nichols is a dispicable doctor. Her employees clearly are in some work release program. They’re rude to patients. My friend was a patient of that hood rat and I talked her in to going to a doctor in Gahanna. Her staff did not greet her when we walked in. Never mind me I’m not the patient. The doctor herself is some self hating Botox plastic surgery blonde weave wearing old lady. AVOID THIS DOCTORS OFFICE AT ALL COST! Very dirty inside.

Negative experience: This review is regarding the customer experience I had with Debbie the person who picks up the phone. Again this is not related to the doctor. I will do a separate one for her once I meet her. Debbie was rude and tried to over talk me. She did not answer my questions.mind you I am a new patient. She is the face of the company any as we all know an employee can bring down ones image of said place. Once I have my appointment with Dr. Nichols I will write separate review to see if it changes my view on this place. Hope I was helpful to soon to be patients.

Fantastic experience: Very professional. Scheduling was convenient and fast. I have worked at many Dr offices and the people complaining about wait time are ridiculous. Unforeseen Issues happen on a regular so if you wait it is because your physician is taking he time with her patients. Currently work for an insurance company that handles Medicare \Medicaid members and can say the billing process is fair. Those complaining about billing practices have probably never paid for health insurance out of pocket. I have Been to other weight loss clinics that only took cash payments so the fact that she took private insurance was nice. I am grateful for her caring practice and highly recommend this physician.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I have to agree with the individual who wrote "if I could give no stars I would..." After waiting 2 hours to see the doctor, I decided to leave. As I left, I noticed many of the same people in the waiting room. The nurse/ receptionist attempted to offer an apology by stating that the computer scheduling system had "crossed appointments..." I've never had an experience like this at a doctor's office (and I hope not to repeat it).

Fantastic experience: I haven't been a patient for very long, I was referred to Dr. Nichols by my psychiatrist to help me with weight gained due to depression and anxiety. I will say that we are taught from an early age that first impressions are everything. If I only went by the front desk staff and the look of the office, I probably would not have stayed long enough to meet the Dr. herself. The staff was a touch off putting and building was not dirty as some have stated, but just not what you would expect for a Drs office. HOWEVER! My psychiatrist has pulled me from a VERY dark place in my life, and if there is one person who I would take a recommendation from it's her. So, I put behind me all superficial concerns and waited to see the Dr. She was very polite. The appointment was quite short, but she told me I would get a little more information when I spoke to the dietitian. She prescribed me a medication and sent me on my way. I came back for the appointment with the dietitian today (5 days later) and honestly was not excited about it. I had been to a dietitian before and it didn't help...at all. But again, because my psychiatrist recommended Dr. Nichols office, I went. I'm so glad I did! I've lost 5lbs already and they LISTENED to me! I mean, talking to Ms. Diana the dietitian was like talking to a friend. She didn't make you feel like a horrible person, and she didn't make you feel like you had to do the impossible to reach your goal. The last dietitian I went to recommended things I would NEVER eat, and things that were WAY outside my budget. Diana heard my story, understood my habits and got inside MY head. She leveled with me and helped me find realistic solutions that would lead to long term results. I feel so optimistic and having the team of Dr. Nichols and Ms. Diana is like a 1, 2 punch to knock out this challenge! I know this review is getting long so I'm going to wrap it up by saying, I look forward to continuing my journey with Dr. Nichols and her staff. To new patients I say, there are many crappy, ill run places that hide behind a pretty facade. Don't be fooled. Just because the building is old doesn't mean the practice isn't efficient!
