Fantastic experience: Inspire Weight Loss truly changed my life. The staff is so kind, patient, and helpful when guiding you through their program. I lost 32 pounds on their 10 week program and I feel AMAZING. Dr. Donna is super easy to talk to and she really cares about anyone who is willing to commit to a healthier lifestyle. After completing my program at Inspire, I now know what I should be eating on a daily basis and how to properly prepare my food. The facility is also super clean and well maintained. I had a very positive experience and everyone there made me feel super comfortable. I highly recommend Inspire Weight Loss to anyone who is looking for a healthy way to lose weight!

You can look me up, im from east orange and i go to jutley after finding the program onoine. let me say this, the people at the weight loss program in Nutley are nice and they are professional, they have some of the sweetest ladies you can find, now they don't deserve any negative reviews. To lose weight you get an hour of discussion on nutrition and you get told what the charges are upfront. Now you have to follow the program to lose weight, if you spend your whole life eating garbage you can't expect to lose weight don't whatever and eating whatever. It's only a small sacrifice to get your life back and most of us eating foods that make our lives miserable. If you have no discipline the book gives you ways to get back if you cheat on the routine that your supposed ro follow. They make it real simple and clear. To those who give them a bad review, they don't deserve it. That's The honest truth. They provide a great service and they are always nice when I visit or anyone else.

Fantastic experience: This was a very motivational experience to have in my life. I lost weight naturally by learning how to treat my metabolism. This taught me to cook, eat right, and weigh my food. Now I am ready to continue living healthy and gaining years not pounds.

Negative experience: I normally don’t write negative reviews however this time I feel like I owe this review to people not to suffer. The owner of the clinic claims that she created the program on her own, however she cannot tolerate any simple questions about the program, neither does anybody else. When things do not work out they blame you instead of supporting you. They prohibit exercise except mild exercises during the program. Unfortunately, I lost a lot of muscle weight which does not serve long term weight management goals or wellbeing. They make you pay for the whole program upfront. They started to charge 4% credit card processing fee even though most credit card processing fees are %3 or less. In other words they utilize any possible strategies to make you pay more without delivering any value, moreover creating risk for long term wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with this weight loss center! The Staff were skilled and attentive, and the results were exactly what I wanted. The center is so clean and well-maintained. I was skeptical at first, thinking this was just a place for woman but I can tell you I always felt comfortable. When I have more time, I plan on re-visiting for more sessions.

Fantastic experience: In the beginning they sit down with me and explain the program. Drink plenty of fluids. Write in your journal your daily food intake. I go in for lipo melt and weightloss program. In Nutley, NJ its clean establishment and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy coming here every week. I go in for Lipo melt and weight loss and I’ve lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks.

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried many things and programs and got disappointed. However, Inspire weight loss is different. They do care about your health and you have always someone to answer your questions or just simply give you support. I do recommend this program to all those that really want to get healthy. You will look better but most importantly, you will feel better, sleep better and in my case, pain free. I have a serious case of Fibromyalgia, but after loosing around 20 pounds in only 5 or 6 weeks and around 15 inches… I have energy I thought it’ll never come back.

Fantastic experience: When I found Inspire Weight Loss Nutly, I was at a pretty low Point emotionally regarding weight loss. I had been trying all different kinds of diets on and off and was not having any luck then one day I saw an ad for Inspire Weight Loss on social media and I decided to give them a call and I’m so glad that I did, I’ve done a full round and a mini session and right now. I am in a bit of a maintenance. Where I have maintained my weight loss within a pound. I’ve learned to have a different relationship with food. I’ve learned to like foods I didn’t think I liked the team at inspire is so helpful and knowledgeable and understanding. I can’t recommend them enough. I plan to at some point do what I hope will be my final round to get rid of the last of the weight I’d like to lose and I couldn’t imagine trying to do it without them. If you’ve been thinking about it, I would suggest you just pick up the phone and call them.

Negative experience: Any discussion to try the diet without their product was met with an attitude that was honestly not appealing to me as a professional doctor myself, I could not continue to go. Unfortunately, the whole program's cost was taken upfront. Coaching someone for a healthier life style should be done with an attitude that comforts the client.

Negative experience: The girls at the office were sweet and always very nice! The issue is with the light treatment. After paying the initial treatment od $249, then I needed to buy 12 sessions for $1.800. I m on the healfhy and normal weight . I just wNted yo work on firming my tights and back , and I am so dessapointed , this was my last vhance. ( the light) I tegret that I did not use thst money for personnsl training. I will say ,don t waste your money . I was told that because I missed a couple of weeks of treatment( I was sick) ghat is shy it did not work for me.

Fantastic experience: Inspire Weight Loss Nutley has given me back my health and a great boost to my confidence! I did not think that I would ever be able to get back down to the weight I was in my 30s again, but with the tough-love coaching from Dr. Donna and the positivity of the whole team, I did it. Before I lost this weight (~50 lbs), I was always in pain; I had problems with acid and had to take Tums or Pepcid on the regular. After learning how to eat properly and lose the excess weight, I sleep better and no longer have any aches or pains or acid problems. I can't thank Dr. Donna and her wonderful team enough for teaching me how to take better care of my health for life. Negative experience: An update from the original post: if you have thyroid pre-conditions consult an actual doctor as these ppl are not MDs. This diet triggered my hashimotos and worsened it. I quickly gained the pounds back plus some more. My physician told me the diet was poison for my condition. The part that sucks is that i had made this place aware of my condition before starting the diet but they still encouraged me to go with it.im still struggling with it. Original post: loose 10 pounds but the program is aggressive and does not consider other health challenges. I quit after 3 weeks at the advice of my physician due to anxiety which was amplified by the regiment and a weak immune system that was caused by not getting the nutrients needed.

Fantastic experience: Inspire weight loss in Nutley offers more than just weight loss it’s an overall life change. I started the program with the intention to lose 15-20lbs but what I gained meant so much more. I’ve learned to make more thoughtful choices when grocery shopping. Fantastic experience: Inspire Weight Loss Nutley has been a life changer for me. Dr. Donna and her team are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, super friendly and patient. At 51 years old I reached my heaviest weight and diets that previously worked were no longer effective. I completed the 10-week program in mid-July 2023 with great success. Fantastic experience: I reached out to Inspire on a whim. I was at a loss with my weight loss. The scale was not moving. I looked up doctors in the area to help me out. Inspire was local so I figured I would give it a shot. I am now on my 6th week of the program and have lost 20 lbs. Fantastic experience: I came to Dr Donna Pontoriero office awhile back to try the Lipo Melt Loved it with great results. In Dec of 2022 I decided to do the Inspire program along with the lights. All I can say is The best decision I ever made. This program teaches you how to eat healthy an that's why after 8 months I am down 57 pounds and continuing to maintain. I look and feel great. If you are thinking of trying DO IT you wont regret. You will also meet the staff that are wonderful friendly and helpful. This is truly the best decision I have ever made. Fantastic experience: I’m really glad that I found inspire! I’ve been trying to lose weight for the longest time and nothing was working and now, four weeks in and I lost twenty pounds. I know it doesn’t sound like much compared to other people on the program but my body is stubborn and I would have never been able to do it on my own. The team is very professional and friendly. They try to give you the ultimate support you need. The laser treatment really toned and contoured my body, getting rid of cellulite. The diet plan is very strict and it’s a lot of meal prepping. You need to be very committed but once you start you will see the pounds shedding off and it’s will be 100% with it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been putting off writing this review because it’s so difficult to find the words to describe my experience. I had put on so much weight from my pregnancy. After I had my baby, the scale was going up instead of down. People were asking me if I was expecting, I would always tell them I just had a baby. Fast forward 1 year and people were unintentionally making me feel bad by asking if I was expecting! Except 1 year later, I didn’t JUST have a baby. My tipping point was when I looked in the mirror and realized I had a double chin that was no longer a matter of bad angles. I had a double chin at every angle. I found this weight loss clinic online and figured maybe they can help me out. I signed up for the 10 week diet and light sessions, At the end of 10 weeks, I lost 25 pounds!! Because of a busy work schedule I’m not able to go for my light sessions as often, but they definitely work because I’m still losing weight. Just imagine my results if I could go more often. The diet was very rough but be honest with your coach and be honest with yourself, no cheating. Even my husband and coworkers who saw me everyday said they saw the weight coming off! I lost everything I gained from pregnancy and more. Halfway through my losing phase I got sick and my weight wasn’t budging, so I panic called the clinic and they calmed me down. They’re definitely the support system you need for your weight loss journey!!

Negative experience: This is a scam! You lose 20-30 pounds because you’re on an extreme diet that basically cuts out all carbs, healthy fats, etc. There is a thing as skinny fat which will happen since you’re not allowed to workout at all. They stated no workouts because you’ll lose muscle but that’s a lie. They don’t want you to workout because muscle weighs more than fat which on the scale would look like you haven’t lost much weight. Also, keep in mind when you start to eat again a lot of that weight does come back. Please don’t waste your money, 3k if you decide to do both programs. Trust me if this is suppose to be such an an amazing product why is the doctor overweight? There are plenty of healthier alternatives.

Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience here. I did the 10 week diet program with lights. It was hard to adjust to the fasting but the program is laid out well and easy to understand. The whole team is accommodating, friendly and helpful. The office is clean and smells wonderful. I lost around 30 pounds so far and am confident I will lose more with all that I learned about how to cook healthier meals.

Fantastic experience: I just finished the ten week program (nutrition and red light therapy), and I am so happy with my results so far. I’m down about 35 pounds! I’ve never had weight loss happen so fast and easily in such a healthy way. This program just works. You’re eating real foods the entire time, no meal replacement bars or shakes. Positive experience: I gave 4 out of 5 stars because while I did learn and lose my target weight in the 10 weeks I paid for, I was short changed two follow-up days of the 10 because I had to reschedule due to life circumstances… for me customer service is the number one thing. Other than that everyone in the office was kind, polite and really informed in their craft.

Fantastic experience: I started off just wanted to take off 20 lbs. However, I was able not only to take off more than 20, the infrared light procedure was able to turn my 60year old male body into a toned 60 year old body with out exercise. Now I have a perfect base body to now exercise with to even make me better. Every dollar spent was well worth it!!!

Fantastic experience: One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was going to Inspire in Nutley. I finished my weight loss and light sessions the first week of July. I was over 20 lbs lighter and lost 23.5 inches! Since then, I’m down close to 25 lbs by using what Dr Donna taught me, which is heathy, balanced food choices. I never realized how bad my eating habits were until I started the program. It’s so rewarding, both physically and mentally. I’m wearing clothes that haven’t fit in three years. Fantastic experience: Great experience with Inspire weight loss of Nutley. I thought the plan was I hard, but I did it and after 10 weeks I lost almost 30 pounds and 16 inches and 2 pant sizes. Fantastic experience: My weight loss journey with Dr Pontoriero was amazing. I started the program with a lot of reservations since I had done so many diets with no real results. I lost 25 + lbs in 8weeks and then continued to lose an additional 5 on my own following the meal plan. I tell everyone that I don’t consider myself dieting but just overall learning to eat properly. The whole experience was so uplifting seeing how the pounds dropped off every week. The whole staff is so amazing, passionate and encouraging I would recommend it to everyone. I needed help to get my metabolism running - and after trying on my own for a year with nothing to show for, this worked. Love the red light option to support Inch loss. No issues getting appointments- but you must be on time to keep your slot- being strict like that is great for all since there is no wait time to speak off.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place to go to if your having trouble losing weight. The staff always has great attitude , and will motivate you to really take control of your body!! I love doing the weight lose program because it allow me to venture into some many healthy foods that I never would’ve know that it would taste so good!! I also love doing the LED lights to sculpt my body because not only does it help with my body but also my mind. I get excited to go to my Light sessions whenever I’m stress because it allows me to really let go of any tension and just relax. Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. P’s office for a consultation regarding weight loss. She and Kim (office manager) were very welcoming and always attentive to my needs. Overall I enjoyed the program and was very happy with my results. In order to be able to participate you have to be disciplined w yourself and follow the regiment given. I was nervous and intimidated at first but Dr. P gave me thorough instructions and was by my side every step of the way. I lost about 20 lbs and was able to maintain it all thanks to the program and everything I learned from it including recipes, proportioning, etc. If you’re ready and dedicated then I definitely recommend this program for you!

Fantastic experience: The staff was wondering, I was a little nervous never trying anything like this at all and they were so warm and welcoming. Fantastic experience: Very courteous and thoughtful staff, Dr Pontoriero very lovely too. I lost 8 inches from mostly from my mid section, not a bad place to start! The light therapy slimming does work- you do have to be good and eat healthy. but I would recommend them!
