Fantastic experience: After experiencing life altering hip pain, I went to Holmdel PT to try to find relief. I worked with Dr. Anthony. After an evaluation, he believed I would benefit from the Piezowave therapy. I went for six sessions and did two sessions of accupuncture. It truly helped me return to a pain free active lifestyle. It has been close to three months now and the results are still holding. This proved to be extremely beneficial! I loved the alternative approach of the piezo therapy.

From the first time I called to see if they specialized with runners, I felt at ease talking to Bridget on the phone. When I went for my first session Dr. Matt made me feel calm after telling me that we would get my shin splints under control in no time. Prior to Holmdel Physical Therapy, I was seeing another physical therapist for months who told me to take some time off which didn’t help. She could not figure out the problem and told me to get a second opinion. After going and being treated by Dr. Matt for a couple of weeks, my shins felt ten times better. Since I was marathon training and upping my mileage I continued to go to physical therapy where Jessie, their amazing student, helped to treat me. I was sad Jessie left but was happy I got to work with Dr. Lindsay who has been an absolute joy to work with. She is supportive, kind and caring, as well as a runner herself. Dr. Lindsay knows exactly how to treat me, and pushes me to be my best by giving me different exercises to make me a stronger runner. She also LISTENS which is so hard to find nowadays. She knows exactly how to help me recover and because of her and the other individuals at Holmdel Physical Therapy, not only did she get me to that NYC marathon start line without any injuries but I crossed that finish line as a stronger individual. Fantastic experience: The therapists at Holmdel PT changed my life, literally. Chronic spine issues and a recent thoracic herniation prevented me from enjoying my life and being able to hold my grandchildren. The pain had gotten so bad that I wasn’t able to sleep comfortably in bed for the past yr, and was forced to sleep in a recliner. Amazingly after just the first few visits with Dr. Matt and Dr.Lindsay I noticed improvement. My continued therapy has been so successful I’m sleeping comfortably in bed again and enjoying my life pain free. He pushes me but never too much, and always listens to my daily pain levels, taking them into consideration for each treatment session. Every time I see him, he spends a lot of one-on-one time doing manual massages, muscle treatments (including cupping and stim), and exercises/stretches to help improve my issues. You get personalized care with Dr. Matt. Even on his busy days, he always makes time if you need him. Dr. Matt is incredibly personable, a great doctor, and has helped me tremendously.
