Fantastic experience: From the moment I stepped into the building, I was greeted and made to feel welcomed by everyone in the front. Once I was called back to see Dr. Patel, her assistant was very attentive and nice Throughout her assessment. Dr. Patel is probably the most patient and thorough doctor I have never been to. She listened to me and made my visit a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Betts is a very patient and caring physician. He takes his time and he makes sure that any and all questions are answered. He also lets the patient know that if there are any concerns after they leave that they should call his office. I’m very pleased.

Negative experience: While I would LOVE to be able to access the Villages Health system, those under 65 need to beware of something important. I moved to Villages thinking it serves over 55 as a 55+ community, and. I heard great things about their Healthcare - how on initial visit doc almost spends an hour with you for example. However I have since found out that if you are not on Medicare and have Commercial insurance, The Villages Health care does not serve you. Per their central numbers recommendations, you need to consider alternatives like Orlando Health and UF Health. Simply be aware that one of the selling points of the Villages (The Villages Health) will not be available to you until you are on Medicare.

Fantastic experience: Due to bad back pain, I was very pleased to get a same day appointment with Isabel Denis. She was thorough and very informative. I am going to follow her recommendations to hopefully relieve my pain. This office is always very kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: They are always extra thorough and always respect my decisions. It’s nice seeing a medical facility that actually listens to me.

Fantastic experience: Today at my visit, Dr. Nguyen shared my lab results, discussed my current health issues, including my recent surgery at Shands. She took the time to listen, provided information to help with my medical concerns. I am fortunate to have her as my primary doctor since moving full time to the Villages many years ago when are health care providers coined the phrase “Marcus Welby style of medicine” she fits the bill.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience I had today! I am a new patient and they have their office so organized and well staffed. So excited that I can do my labs right there at their location. My husband has also became a new patient here. I no longer have to drive to Leesburg to see a Primary doctor!

Fantastic experience: You can't beat the welcome as you walk into the villages health offices. Then you meet with your doctor and he or she is willing to spend WAY more than 15 minutes with you if necessary. Where else can you find that? Nurse and PA experience is 1st class!

Fantastic experience: Seen as same day appointment. Checked in quickly, followed up by thorough examination by the doctor. Isabel quickly confirmed it was my sciatica on right leg was the problem. Took series of X-rays to confirm diagnosis. Prescribed medication to relieve pain. Isabel has a very unique and friendly attitude. She is extremely knowledgeable. Excellent service! Mike Johnson

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel was amazing. She gave me a thorough physical examination, ordered xrays on the spot, and demonstrated an extensive knowledge of my condition. I feel extremely fortunate and confident that Dr. Patel will treat me.

Fantastic experience: I am very impressed with my primary care provider. Every visit I have I never feel rushed and she always takes the time to answer all my questions. The admins are very friendly and the nursing staff is as well! No complaints here!!

Fantastic experience: Had a pre- op physical today (9/18) . Arrived 10 minutes early, was greeted by a very professional receptionist. Was promptly escorted to the exam room. A very thorough & professional exam was conducted by Lisa Gonzalez. She explained all the results with me in a manner that I could easily understand. So professional, great asset to the medical staff @ Colony Care Center.

Fantastic experience: I saw Tila Skipper-Resendez. She was thorough, professional, and really took an interest in my concerns. She took the time to research a medication she was going to have me start because of the expense she changed her mind. I appreciated that she took the time. Everyone at Colony Care is very kind. They all are the best!!

Fantastic experience: I always enjoy my semi-annual physical exam with Dr. Clifford and his team. He and his staff are very attentive to detail and they always make sure that my questions and concerns are addressed; answered and resolved.

Fantastic experience: We recently needed to shift our medical needs to The Villages Health system. All of our transfers have been handled smoothly. Initial appointments have also gone very well. The online scheduling and portal system is very detailed.

Fantastic experience: I called villages location at 8:00 AM this morning and was able to get an appointment for 10:00 with Isabel a Nurse Practitioner. I advised her that I had just returned from a trip to England and Ireland and started coughing on the plane on the way home last Friday. Over the weekend the cough got worse. Isabel gave me a Covid 19 test which was positive. She gave me two prescriptions and a Chest X-Ray. I was very pleased with the care she provided.

Fantastic experience: Kristen Hubbard, registered dietician is such a tremendous resource! I am impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I learned so much as she educated and worked with me to define nutritional goals -even setting up meal plan options. I look forward to this journey towards healthier eating with Kristen as my guide.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience with the staff at The Villages Health Colony Care Center! I called to request an X-Ray on my shoulder and also a finger. They were able to get me in very quickly and address my concerns! I was able to meet with NP Lisa who discussed my situation and offered solutions. She promised to call me back when she had the results of the X-Rays. She called the same afternoon and left a helpful message on my voicemail! Very impressed with the whole process!

Fantastic experience: From the front desk to the doctor is a warm friendly and professional experience. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Netrali Patel. She helped me through my husband’s illness and death last year in a way that was above and beyond what one would expect. When attending to my needs she is proficient, friendly, professional and empathetic. She also delves further into what could be dismissed by others. Fantastic experience: The care I received today was exceptional! Called at 7 and was able to be seen at 10. Got there early and was seen immediately. Diagnosis was quick, thorough, and medication sent to the pharmacy. I was finished by 10:04. WOW

Fantastic experience: We have been patients of Dr Betts since the center opened. The entire staff had always been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. His assistant, Belle, is a welcomed addition to his team. We never have had to wait for an appointment or from feedback on patient portal if needed. The weekend clinics are a great way to avoid going to Urgent Care. I was Director of 13 clinics like colony and have to admit, my clinics were great and Colony is just as great.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t wait long to be seen, saw Dr Kitson, had a very good Medical Tech (I believe her name is Jennifer ?) who was fabulous, getting blood on the first try (my veins don’t usually cooperate) and that can be quite painful. Another good visit!

Fantastic experience: Glad they now have clinic hours on Saturday and Sundays. Although I didn't see my regular provider ,Troy Black who is awesome, I saw Dr. Fernandez. She was very thorough like Troy is. Was welcomed by Millie and Michael and was seen at my appointment time. Was in and out very efficiently. Highly recommend both providers.

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars Colony care center does an excellent job! 6/17 I called around 11:00and asked if they could fit me in. Yes, 1:00 and saw Dr Nyugen. She’s my Primary. She was able to grasp the issue and treat me. I was out within an hour! She’s terrific! On December 28, 2023, I saw Lisa Gonzalez for Gel-Syn injections. No wait to be seen, she did a great job and my knees are so much better.

Fantastic experience: I have had Dr. Olivere since I have been here over 9 years. She is si thorough on a officer visit and she takes the time to listen. I feel so comfortable with her. She has a great personality and great humor.

I have been going to her now for 6-7 years and she is the best primary doctor I have ever had. I love her and her staff, they take wonderful care of their patients. Fantastic experience: Anna-Marie and Jim are the best. I used ro be a bit reluctant on seeing a nurse practioner for an annual. When I first met Anna-Marie I wasn't in a very good place and she made me feel so much better. From the first day until now and I have seen her for 1 year each time have been an AWESOME experience. She and I talk like we are the best for friends, like we have known each other for years. She makes me feel so comfortable and reassures me of any concerns or questions i have. She has the same good, upbeat caring attitude each time i see her. Jim is also very caring and the best phleb/nurse you can ever ask for. He is always on top of everything. He drew my blood on Friday because Quest messed up and I never ever felt a thing. I will say this and I told the checkout lady at colony this as well. If Anna-Marie ever left, as much as I love Dr. Ollivierre I would follow Anna-Marie because she is just beyond the best nurse practioner at The Villages Health by far.

Fantastic experience: Was feeling very sick and called for an appointment which I got for the next day. Went in for my appointment and had a nice greeter, got checked in right away. Within minutes I was called back for vitals and to see the NP. Then checked out. I think the total time was about 15-20 mins. A great experience especially since I was feeling so poorly. Great experience!

Fantastic experience: Wasn’t feeling well, a bad cough, headache etc. and called to make an appointment. They made my appointment, but asked me to come in early for a COVID test which I did…thankfully it was negative. I spent time with Anna Marie, a very thorough PA. She showed a lot of concern and had me get a chest X-ray. She called me at home an hour later and prescribed 2 medications for me that she felt would help my cough and breathing. All the people that work there are very friendly and make you feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Denise Ollivierre is an amazing doctor! She has been my primary physician for about 7 years. She listen's very intently, and has excellent advice. Dr Ollivierre never seems as if she's in hurry. She answers my questions thoroughly, and I always have lots of them! She has a pleasant personality, a warm smile, and a way of putting her patients at ease. I couldn't have chosen a better primary doctor!

Fantastic experience: I saw nurse practitioner, Anna Marie today for the first time. She is highly competent, efficient, thorough, and caring. She listens and then collaborates with the patient to try to find the underlying cause of the medical issue. And, she is available for additional follow up if necessary.

Fantastic experience: Today I had my second yearly Reclast infusion to strengthen my bones. Mike, my technician was knowledgeable, efficient, gentle, kind, and friendly. What more can I say? We even had a few laughs during the 20 minute infusion. I left with a pretty red bandage, but not a single black and blue or are the slightest bit of pain. Osteoporosis it not a pleasant thing to face as you age but if this procedure helps, it will ease my mind and my fear of problems like a broken hip. So thank you Colony care for treating me my family.

Fantastic experience: I feel that Dr Clifford, Lisa Gonzalez APRN, support nurses and all staff have taken very good care of me and my wife for the past 9 years. We have always been able to get immediate care if deemed necessary. Communication via the portal and Telehealth visits is great! Kudos to all!

Fantastic experience: Tila Skipper-Resendiz took care of some skin problems I had. She was very kind and knowledgeable about what I had. She froze them and everything is perfect. She's so kind and doesn't talk down to her patients. I would highly recommend her services. I trust her implicitly. I am also a doctor.

Whether I see Dr Olivera herself or her PA Ann Marie I'm always very pleased with my visits. Both are very thorough with their exams. They're both very good with explaining everything that we are going over with test results Etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of healthcare. Had my 6 months exam today. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at The Villages Health since 2013 with Dr Nguyen (Colony Care Center) as my PCP. She has been wonderfully attentive and responsive to my healthcare, never hesitating to refer me to a specialist when needed. I believe I get the best care possible under her supervision. In general, I know The Villages Health system provides excellent care for all their patients. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I met with Korey Goodwin. She is a health educator and coach. She is very knowledgeable, professional AND personable. She makes me excited to be on a path towards good health and overall life. The only downside is that there doesn't seem to be any health groups, support groups, or even any classes SOUTH OF 44 .... Most people moving to the villages now and in the future, live SOUTH OF 44. I hope someone in a position to help with this, will see this post.

Fantastic experience: My blood pressure at the dentist office was extremely high & could not have a procedure done. BP remained high & I called my PC office. No appointments were available but was given an appointment with a P.A. Troy at Brownwood facility. I was seen promptly & advised to add a supplemental BP pill to my daily routine.
