Fantastic experience: I arrived on time at the Pinellas health care center, and was directed to a large, comfortable waiting. area. A young, knowledgeable nurse then led me to an examining room, where she asked me questions about my health, and documented my answers. .When she was done a very pleasant nurse practitioner arrived, asked me questions about my general health. and documented my answers. When the nurse practitioner was finished, she asked me a few more questions about the colonoscopy I had a few months ago, documented my answers, and gave me very helpful advice about eating and getting exercise.

Fantastic experience: If you want to be taken care of completely and treated with kindness and respect this is the place…. The Dr’s and staff are fantastic.I’m so grateful to be a patient in this community of Health Professionals that take care of All my medical needs.

Fantastic experience: My new primary care doctor is Dr Miguel Mantilla. He has excellent medical knowledge, physical exam skills, bedside manner, and has answered all my concerns and questions. I have seen him twice since the fall of 2024 and used the patient portal several times between visits. I had a lot of questions after doing some research and having used the patient portal and scheduled a follow up visit when I was ready (the visit occurred the next day after I scheduled the appointment!) I have gone thru several primary care providers in the 2 1/2 years since I’ve been in the Villages. He is very knowledgeable and picked up problems no other doctor has AND he has followed thru. This has not been the case with my other 2 primary care doctors at The Villages Health Pinellas or Creekside Care Centers. If he had not worked out, I was going to change practices. I am very happy to have Dr. Mantilla as my new internist. It is hard to get a good doctor when you don’t know anyone.

Fantastic experience: I called to see if I could get into Pinellas Care Center the same day, without an appointment. I had extreme neck and shoulder pain. Mary was very helpful and found time I could be seen. Upon arrival I was seen by NP Tracey Moore. She was a delight, as she examined me, reviewed my history, analyzed my condition and offered recommendations and meds to take care of my pain. I recommend Tracey, if you need assistance for a medical condition. She was very kind, listened to my explanations, very thorough check up, followed thru with prescriptions and her diagnosis and recommendations eased my extreme pain. I am very grateful for Tracey’s care, thank you.

Fantastic experience: TheNP Andrea and nurse Maria were both awesome today. From EKG to two shots to overall review of all my issues. Thanks for an easy annual appointment.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to be a patient at villages medical center at Pinellas. I see Dr Perez but I also see nurse practitioner Dr Andrea LeClaire. She always consults Dr Perez prior to patients appts. Today’s appt was no different! Dr Andrea is thorough, knowledgeable, on time and so professional. I never feel rushed. She doesn’t miss a beat! I am in great hands with Dr Andrea! Once again I left knowing I’m in good health!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at The Villages Health Center.at Pinellas since the summer of 2014. I have never had a bad experience and whenever I've needed a fast appointment I have been given it the same day or the next morning and that has been sufficient..I have used the weekend urgent Care at Creekside twice and was happy with both experiences..Everyone has always been very attentive and taken care of me well. I have never been called into my appointment past my appointment time!

Fantastic experience: Called for a problem with my knee. They had an opening and got me in to see a nurse practitioner who was able to explain my problem. They will make a referral for an orthopedic doctor. Very professional, knowledgeable and I felt they wanted to help in any way they could.

Fantastic experience: I had my annual visit with Dr. Sudduth today, and I was really pleased with how my visit went. We had to catch her up on a lot of things that were going on with my health, and she was very attentive and extremely helpful. I will be seeing her again in three months to see how I am doing, since I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic migraines, it makes me feel relieved when someone believes that you have this disease that’s totally unbearable. I greatly appreciate any advice that she Has given me and I look forward to talking to her again in three months.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of TVHS for over 4 years. It continues to amaze me how friendly, knowledgeable and efficient it is. From the front office administration to the Medical Staff, they are 2nd to none. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen and, usually, that’s because im early.

Fantastic experience: This morning I had my semi-annual review with Joyce. Joyce is upbeat and made my visit very pleasant. She reviewed my labs with me and also listened to any concerns I had. She quickly ordered an x-ray for me and suggested a dexa-scan. Joyce is a true professional and she made my visit very worthwhile.

Fantastic experience: In the 12 years here, we continue to receive excellent care at Pinellas Health. We are on iur 3rd Dr but all 3 have been caring, attentive & responsive. Also have wonderful PA visits especially Vanessa B. They are quick to get my husband & myself in for immediate attention & we are very grateful.

Fantastic experience: My visits to The Villages Health Care Center is always a positive experience. From the time that you enter the facility to walking out following your appointment, everyone is very attentive to your needs. I have never had to wait to see my pcp. In fact, I have been called in early. My pcp, Dr. Cloukey, is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and spends quality time with you with explanations that the average person can comprehend. This facility and my doctor are topnotch!

Fantastic experience: Our wait in the lobby was about 2 minutes. Absolutely unheard of when doctor appointment. Nurse took me back and measured vitals. Sat us in room and went over file and questions. Dr Perez came in, addressed issues and answered questions. He did a pre-op exam and we were done! Total for appointment was about 45 minutes. All of my concerns were addressed and answered. Great appointment!

Fantastic experience: Today was our first visit to establish ourselves (my wife and I) as new patients for Dr. Adam Kakar. From the moment we walked in the (rolled in, in my case) and met by Jeanne, to the intial intake, to being seen by Dr. Kakar and Madhu Sharma, APRN, to being checked out was (for a doctors office) a pleasant experiance. Because of my insurance I was forced to change from my other Primary Doctor, but I believe this is going to be a blessing in disguise. So, thanks goes to all.

Fantastic experience: My primary doctor, Julie Sudduth, D.O., is a remarkable asset to my wellbeing. She remains calm when I think I may have all types of diseases I find on the internet. She inspires me to do better with keeping myself healthy. I’m a very hard case when it comes to taking advice and she doggedly tries to help me understand the changes I need to make in order to live healthier. She probably thinks her advice falls on deaf ears, but I do respect what she’s saying and I try hopefully to make those changes.

Fantastic experience: I came in loaded for bear at 75. I provided a history from birth through the day of the appointment with doctors surgeries, and all the things that have happened to be in my lifetime. They took it all and set it all up. I came with a hit list on things I want to do accomplish, they put it all into my file and have started the process of getting the specialist and whoever needs needs to be involved from this point forward. I’m very impressed.

Because I had a cough they put me in a separate room right away just in case I had something that could be spread. Just a good ole cold but they gave me cough suppressant. Fantastic experience: Having Dr. Colby Eisenbach assigned to me with the departure of Dr. Crew, I didn’t know what to expect. I do say that I am delightfully pleased with this assignment. Dr. Eisenbach is down to earth yet appears to be deeply knowledgeable about medicine and people. He is a good listener and answers questions fully. I feel confident in the ability of Dr. Eisenbach to understand and treat/provide guidance for whatever I might present to him. I am grateful.

I was considering changing my insurance and finding new medical providers due to the Villages Health not really meeting my needs or expectations but I was truly surprised by the staffing and my new doctor today . Fantastic experience: I had ongoing Piriformis pain and called The Villages Health after 10:30 AM yesterday morning to make an appointment. Amazingly, I was told to come on over to the Pinellas location by 11:30 AM. Straightaway I was taken back and treated so kindly by everyone. After seeing NP Tracey Moore and getting prescribed the right medicine and treatment plan, I’m pleased to say I’m feeling much better today. Thank you Villages Health!

He believes in natural supplements as I do and gives me the best advice and listens to me rattle on about everything medical that has happened to me since my last visit. Fantastic experience: These guys really have it together ❤️. I called very last minute for an RX before going out of town. Because of the drug type, I was required to actually see the doc. Since it was late in the afternoon, I figured it wasn't going to happen. They suggested a telehealth visit. They scheduled me in the next hour and were able to send the RX to the drugstore. They go the extra mile for their patients. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

Fantastic experience: Excellent all around care. I have been enrolled at this location since it opened. They are all knowledgeable, caring, and responsive to your needs. I am a retired health care worker with vast experience at multiple major hospitals. I feel like that I know what to look for in quality of service and they have met all my needs. Something that is out of their control is the ungodly wait time for referrals to specialists. Be prepared

Fantastic experience: Called with concern of constant stomach pain. Got me in within a few hours, took care of me quickly and sent me for a CT scan. In Brownwood Lake imaging. They got me in and took scan quickly then sent results to primary care. They followed with results within one hour. Fantastic Service by both offices without long delay scheduling. Thank you.
