Fantastic experience: I've been a client with Nutrition Solutions for a couple of weeks now and I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I'm currently in a training academy with a 3 letter agency and the thought of having to cook my meals on top of my extremely busy schedule gives me a headache. My meals come in on schedule every week and hasn't missed a beat. There was a moment of uncertainty but when I reached out, Joe was very quick on responding and assured me that everything is going to be delivered on time. If you're looking for a dependable meal plan service, look no further...they got you. Oh, and the meals are delicious too!

Fantastic experience: Seriously this is the best meal service in existence currently. The food is excellent and quite tasty for being so health forward. Even the meals I think I probably won’t like continue to surprise me with how flavorful they are. My plan comes out to about $12.xx per meal and for the amount of time and effort I save with NS meals it’s truly a no brainer. Give this a try if you are on the fence. I promise it’ll be worth it.

Fantastic experience: You can tell the meals are made with fresh quality ingredients. The purpose is whole food and minimal ingredients and they’ve accomplished that. From a price perspective, it isn’t much more expensive than stopping at subway for a protein bowl that would have similar macros. The convenience and variety is well worth it.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best prepared meal company I’ve tried. Love that they use organic products and no seed oil. I’ve lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks. Honestly I don’t know how they make the food so great tasting, it makes it super easy to stick to the meal plan. Would (and have) recommended it to anyone looking to make a serious commitment to their health.

Negative experience: Pros: -Really clean ingredients -Tasty protein desserts -Most meals taste good -Customer service is nice Cons: -Many meals are way too low in fat and don’t taste good -The website is awful -You can’t customize the quantities of your meals much, and skipping/cancelling orders is very confusing- you can only do it during specific time windows and days of the week -MOST IMPORTANTLY: They are SO sloppy. They’ve messed up my orders literally 10-20 times. I order some extras, they forget to send it to me. I message them about it and they say they’ll send it to me, and then forget again. Sometimes my entire order doesn’t show up. Sometimes my entire account gets deleted and I have to re-sign up. I literally have to text them multiple times a week to ensure they don’t mess up, and sometimes that isn’t even enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been consistent with nutrition solutions for the past two weeks, and I have loved every meal in the clean cheatz! Everything is very flavorful. So far all the meat has been very tender and cooked The way I like it. I’m using this mail service to help me stay on track. And so far, it has been a very successful tracking process. I like that each meal has the nutritional facts so you can just cut off the sticker and keep track of your meals. The macros are calculated perfectly to keep you on your protein goals. I also like that they have two different meal plans to choose from whether you’re building muscle or working on a cut. I will be continuing to use their services for the future To hit my goals. I like that they come vacuum sealed I feel like the food stays more fresh for longer.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a high quality food service for some time and nutrition solutions is exactly that. Chris could not have picked a better name for the company as each meal is catered specifically to whatever goals each person is trying to achieve. Omg and I love the desserts especially the doughnuts. So creative, so tasty, and so moist, oh and did I mention they are actually healthy. It is mind blowing how good the desserts are as well as the food, the service, I mean everything is top notch. Little side note I also am a very good cook myself but it’s hard to manage cooking while studying for my masters as well as tending to my two year old son. Nutrition solutions meals are a choice for individuals who still want to experience those gourmet flavors you may be used to or for someone who never experienced higher level cooking, this company by all means does it right. The presentation, quality of ingredients, and the deliciousness of each meal for the icing on top make Nutrition Solutions a no brainer when it comes to picking the food service company that’s right for you. The only downside I would say if that they are more on the expensive side, but when looking at the benefits that come with the investment such as workouts, tips and tricks to getting yourself in the best shape possible, motivation weekly messages, and a collection of information on their site when you join up, yea the trade off is well worth it. Nutrition solutions is highly recommended and once you try it, you’ll be saying the same guaranteed.

Fantastic experience: The food has been absolutely amazing. I am excited each week to try the new meals. The protein bars are also awesome. The only issues we have had are sometimes during delivery some meals are broken, however the customer support is extremely helpful, responsive and more than compensates for any issues with delivery. Fantastic experience: As a personal trainer and online fitness coach I always preach to my clients the importance of eating for your goals. While it’s not cheap, nutrition solution makes the most difficult part of fitness the easiest. Everything is delicious, convenient and made to be fool proof. I’ve been on for the last month to help me cut down for a video shoot, and this is the easiest cut I’ve ever done. You just eat 3 meals a day, and two snacks. I stay under 2100 calories this way putting me into a 600-800 calorie deficit a day without feeling deprived. Other than the food, the customer service is god tier. It feels like you have a personal assistant to help you on this journey. They go above and beyond. Huge shout out to Billy! Fantastic experience: I’m three or four weeks into my experience with Nutrition Solutions. The food really is fantastic and filling. The meat in particular (chicken thigh, elk, venison) is really tasty. I’m trying proteins I’ve never eaten before! Meals have arrived on time with no issues. Yes, it’s an investment to have clean, low ingredient meals 3min away, but I’m happy to have given them a try so far!

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I’ve tried a meal delivery service and after extensive research I went with Nutrition Solutions. The main reason I went with this company is for that the food is high quality organic and grass fed ingredients. That was my number one requirement when selecting a meal service. I used to meal prep every single weekend for the week for work. Breakfast and lunch, shopping, prepping, defrosting and cooking for 2+ hours every Sunday. It was taking up a lot of my weekend time. I’m a a dad of 2 young kids (2yr & 6yr) annd weight train consistently 4-5 times per week. I weighed out my options of spending a little more money for this service so I could spend more time with my kids and still get the nutrition I need. So far, this has been a great experience overall. I had an issue with my first delivery where they sent me a lot of the same meals that did not fit my macros instead of a variety. When I reached out to customer service, they not only handled it, they went above and beyond and made it right. Upgraded me for the next week to the better spartan beast meals, threw in extra breakfasts and a box of their delicious cookies at no charge for the issue. The customer service is honestly the best in the business. I have a private concierge contact I can text or call anytime for any issues and they make it right every time. Any questions or any issues you can reach out and expect an answer asap. On to the food, it’s been about 4 weeks since I’ve had this service and the food is exceptional! In taste, quality and macros (for the most part). The only issues I have are that you don't get to see the full macro facts until you receive the meals. Only the calories are available. So far it’s been good cuz you can pick and choose what meals you want on the week of your delivery. The other issue is the meals come in plastic containers and they say to microwave which I’m not a fan of. So I take them out when ready to eat and heat in a toaster / air fryer oven in a stainless steel pan (easy fix for the convenience). It is also very easy to request off for the next week and “pause” your delivery if you have too much or are going out of town etc. they give you a 3 day window and everything can be done online through the portal. Very happy with this service and the convenience it provides for me. I would recommend them to anyone interested and cannot state how great their customer service is. Exceptional!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a hard time losing weight in the past, I’ve tried everything from keto, low carbs, low fat, tried vegetarian, nothing sticks. I tried other meal services like factor 75 and freshly. I’ve tried nutritionists and dietitians, nothing really worked. Lately I’ve been extremely busy and saw how Adam Copeland used nutrition solutions to help him get back in the ring, after doing some research I thought I’d give it a shot. The food is pretty good and it helps me hit my macros each day, all while saving me time on cooking. Currently I’m 6lbs down, which I’m stoked about. My only complaint is it can be expensive to do it each week, and I wish the website was more automated like some of the other companies, but other than that I enjoy the food and customer support has been super helpful.

Fantastic experience: I just ordered nutrition solutions, the only issue is the UPS driver delivered my package to the wrong house. I went and tried to get it but no one answered the door. I called and spoke to Candi, they will delivered my order on Friday. I can’t blame the company for the driver’s mistake.

Negative experience: My orders were messed up 3 times. There was no attention paid to my preferences. There doesn’t seem to be any communication between customer service and the people who actually pack and ship your food. All the meat was very tough. And if you didn’t get them right when the microwave finished, they would get cool very quickly. In fact while eating it, about half way through I finally started warming them up for another minute in the microwave. Quality varied so much. One meal would be “ok” and another was tossed in the trash. Very little selection. You get 4 meal types per order. They need to have a menu to create your own meal preferences for every order. Put my membership on hold and out of no where got a notice that my weekly box would come in 2 days. I never gave them the ok to start up again. Communication with them and between THEM was non existent.

Fantastic experience: I am a personal trainer and founder of a fitness company. We use nutrition solutions for many of our clients meal plans. Often times our clients will have us create their account for them on nutrition solutions. We made a mistake and accidentally omitted 3 to 4 meal types on one of our clients accounts. We called Candy or Candice with the customer success team and it was probably one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with not only just a meal prep company, but perhaps with any company. Their team quickly and effectively fixed our clients account and informed us they were there for us and our clients Should we ever need anything moving forward. Fantastic experience: I have been using Nutrition Solutions for a month now and I have went from 200lbs to 192lbs. I am looking great. Starting to match my stomach to my built upper body. Food taste great and is always on time. Price is also way better than eating out all the time.

Fantastic experience: So I’ve always had an issue with eating, with a mix of stress eating and then just whipping up the dumbest things because I didn’t know what I didn’t know, I always looked the way I ate. I love food and everything about it, so I was hesitant for a while to become a client with nutrition solutions. I’ll tell you right now, it was the best decision I ever made. I’m all for trying new meals and new things like liver in ground beef and I have to say this company knows how to throw down on delicious meals. If you ever need to add anything to a meal it’s as simple as Himalayan pink salt. The flavor of these meals is incredible for a pre packaged meal. I 100% hands down recommend this service to anyone. Their food and customer service are incredible. I’m also down about 10lbs of fat right now, just need to keep going. The mental clarity I get from eating cleaner is something I can’t step away from. As a business owner, I just don’t have time to cook anymore. If you are on the fence, don’t be, this is worth it!

Fantastic experience: I have loved the food options alot, I am not a picky eater but I haven’t been exposed to different types of food combinations till now. The meals taste great! I recently went on vacation and had not cancelled my order properly. The customer service was able to fix my order quickly. The response time is insanely good. They are so kind. So many meal services out there, but this is the one for sure.

Positive experience: I do enjoy the insight and motivational aspects of this company’s business model. But we’re told there’s no seed oils in the food but the condiments clearly show opposite. I think if there was a carnivore option or even paleo, I’d try again. But I think for now I’ll cancel again. I’d also like to mention the food has been damaged and package was no longer vacuumed sealed. This has been several occasions. Could be the downgrade in the actual shipment “ice chest” bag.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Nutrition Solutions for just over a month and it has been a game changer in my meal prep as in now I don't have any! The food is delicious! Organic produce and antibiotic/hormone free grass fed meats. Every week is something new and a reason to get excited! Im Canadian and unfortunately they don't deliver to Canada but O found a work around I just drive an hour across the border to a mailbox facility every week to pick up my food. Thats how much I believe in this product as we don't have something exactly this way in Canada. The macros are fantastic and I've never felt better. Fantastic experience: Found this site while looking for a meal delivery service. Spent a lot of time going over reviews and finally settled on nutrition solutions. All the reviews were raving and the food did not disappoint. I love the convenience and speed of the product but most of all I love the verity. I went with this company because I wanted to eat cleaner and manage my diet, what I wasn’t expecting is how good the food is. You have the option to omit items and tailor the menu. Some meals included foods that I’ve never tried, well outside my wheelhouse, but I gave them a shot and I don’t regret it. As is the food is produced to be microwaved you do deal with some plastic waste, but that is with every company. I’ve found better results with reheating on the stove top or in the air fryer, but the microwave is still a good option. I have had one incident with minor damage to some trays upon delivery, but nothing too serious. I do find the price reasonable, in comparison to other options and the add ons are amazing. As a military member with a fast pace life I now have a lot of free time with this product. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: Utilized this for the last 6 months. I love the cheats, but the meals themselves, while high quality, lack the the flavor and tenderness I would hope for given the investment. To elaborate, I find the proteins often dry compared to other professionally prepared meals. Overall I couldn't stick with the meals because I felt like I was eating dry and boring food

Fantastic experience: Nutrition Solutions is delicious, convenient and affordable. There’s not a bad thing I can say about that company and if you do ever have an issue their customer service is easily accessible and will fix the problem so fast. I’ve recently tried another company due to receiving a discount code.… their are better frozen meals at Walmart, I won’t name the company but it was awful. The presentation was horrible and they clearly use a lot of oil and butter because the calories were high, the macros were crap and I was left still hungry after 722 calories. Nutrition Solutions is absolutely amazing. The time and effort Chris puts in to his product and team is how every business should operate! I’ve told my clients no less than a dozen that Nutrition Solutions customer service is the best out there.

Fantastic experience: The food and service is hands done some of the best, especially for a meal delivery service. The team is quick to reply to emails or texts, and if a question can’t be answered right away, they set proper expectations that they need to take a extra bit of time to ensure the answer is correct. And one thing that really stood out to me was when I placed my first order, it was right around my birthday and even though I was a first time customer AND it was honestly a day or two before my actual birthday, they still managed to put a little extra effort into the delivery and sent a card and a birthday cake dessert! It’s the little things that I didn’t see from any other service that really cemented me as a customer.

Needed every other order cancelled due to my work schedule, while also pushing my delivery to Wednesdays instead of the usual Tuesday delivery date. Team was more than happy to accommodate, and now I have a week’s worth of great food waiting for me when I arrive home after being gone for 8 days at a time. Fantastic experience: I have tried many meal prep service plans and Nutrition Solutions has the cleanest ingredients, mostly everything is organic or free range. The protein bars and donuts are amazing, it doesn’t even feel like you’re cheating, (20g of protein for a donut!?!? I thought it was impossible) I’m currently on the beast Barbarian meal plan and the meals are filling and very high in protein, I like the variety that the meal prep has, they switch the menu every week with no drop in quality of taste.
