Fantastic experience: Over the past year I have been working with Trey Triplet, for help with loosing weight. He has been energetic, responsive and highly helpful in my endeavors. I'm a retired U.S. Marine, and have had many severe permanent injuries. Go into a non mobile situation over years packed on weight. 307 pounds! After with working with Trey I've lost 95 pounds back to my Active Duty, weight again. Being a Combat Veteran, and becoming so overweight was deeply depressing and that has changed along with my weight!
