Fantastic experience: I rejoined today and just want to give a shout out to the great staff especially Amanda. I had a horrible work day and was very stressed. Amanda was so patient with me and went above and beyond to help me out. I am very excited to be back on track and able to start the program this week. Thanks again.

Fantastic experience: 100% recommend for Botox. To anyone reading this who has severe needle phobia and is considering Botox, this is THE place where you want to go! Today was my first time ever receiving Botox. Before choosing this medical practice, I scheduled consultations at several different offices in the area and did research. The facility is exceptionally clean and welcoming. Casey H, the nurse who performs injections, is skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I’m very appreciative for the “comfort menu” of options for a patient such as myself who suffers from severe trypanophobia (needle phobia). The Lidocaine mixture helped to numb my skin and the additional Pro-Nox (nitrous oxide) helped to put me at ease. Looking forward to a future appointment. Can’t say enough good things!

Negative experience: If you buy a package the visits do expire. Wasn't exactly disclosed unless in the fine print but who reads that anyways. Guess business must be good if they don't want repeat customers.

Fantastic experience: I started with Garcia through a groupon. I have continued with them as the team at the East Lake location are so nice and supportive. They help you to understand your goals and keep you focused. I am one that needs a lot of accountability on the weight loss journey. They have gone over and beyond to help me get from week to week (even during the holidays). Would highly recommend this group if you are looking to make that healthy journey a reality.

Fantastic experience: *****2019 Edit: This is in response to my original review. I was contacted by Dr. Garcia and his office manager. We discussed the situation and they asked for a chance to make it right. I went back. Dr. Garcia personally met with me and put together an individualized menu according to my complex situation. I tried it this way. Unfortunately, due to no fault of Dr. Garcia's clinic/meal plan my body did not tolerate. I greatly appreciate all their time and advice. I would highly recommend them to anyone for weight loss! ‐-‐-------------------------------- 2018---3 Stars I really liked everything about this Palm Harbor office. The staff, the physician, etc. There was one reason that prevented me from continuing as a customer. The diet plan ideas were so vague and I do not believe personalized to my medical situation. As your policy states everything is personalized to each individual, I do not feel it was for me. This is speaking from a purely medical point of view as I am an RN. I did try to call and clarify which specific foods to eat and only referred back to the one sheet I received. That was not sufficient for the money spent. I also feel if you cannot explain the actual diet plan, then there is a breakdown in communication. So as I look now for another place, it saddens me because that is the only reason I did not return. All else deserves a 5.

Fantastic experience: The Best Staff and Doctor Ever... Everyone is so pleasant and they get me in so quick.. I have busy work schedule ,I call their office and they set me an appointment same day with no problem! There weight loss program is perfect and they know what their doing.

They’re all so friendly & they take their time to really explain the program to you & Cindi was amazing, I could not even feel her stick me for the labs or the B12 shots. I am down 7lbs in the first week & will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Positive experience: when I visited last week, the gal was raising her voice and angry the entire visit. I was a bit confused on some items. the manager in this office never smiles and always looks as if she is angry with me. as soon as my commitment is up up will look for another weight loss center. Others there have been pleasant and friendly but the always frowning manager and especially last week's experience left me really distraught when leaving. I want to attend a center where I feel great when leaving. UPDATED This office was responsive to my concerns and the manager is now friendly, and engaging so I updated my rating. I appreciate the help in weight loss.

Fantastic experience: Cindi recently introduced me to the DNA testing option to assist me in expediting my weight loss journey. It has been a gamechanger. I was able to validate what I had suspected all along; that carbs/grains were detrimental to my progress. The extensive reporting was fabulous and included a detailed food list and recommendations for vitamins, minerals, and exercise for my body type. Many thanks to Cindi and the entire staff for their patience and support! I have the knowledge and confidence to succeed on the program!

Fantastic experience: I am really happy I found this place. They have early morning hours on Mondays and Tuesdays which means not missing work and that's important to me. I almost always meet with Cindi when I go in. I love her. She is very personable and actually listens when you talk with her. She's also challenging me to meet some goals right now which I appreciate. Kim in the front office area is great too. I found this place through Groupon and have now been working with them for a few months. I would recommend trying it out if you are thinking about it.

Fantastic experience: I was interested in bio-identical hormones and was given complete information and had all my questions answered by the staff and the doctor at the Palm Harbor office. I was able to communicate by email and phone and always had prompt and immediate answers. I had the bio-identical hormone pellet implant and that was a quick and easy procedure.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Garcia about 10 years ago and lost 25 pounds (my goal was 20 to 25) and it was awesome!! I kept the weight off for years and now that it is creeping back on, I wish I was still living in the Tampa area so I could use him again! I've even considered seeing if they could do a remote program for me because you am in NY now, and I need them!! It is an investment, but it WORKS! If you are looking for a 100% guaranteed way to loose weight (once cleared and qualified for the progam) by following a clear, easy and safe program -this is it!!!! I really didn't even work out to loose the weight, but I certainly had more energy to do so when I felt like it!! Dr. Garcia, do you have a remote program available?? ☺

Fantastic experience: The program was extremely the greatest! I lost over 50 pounds quite painlessly. It was almost a miracle. Dr Mike’s staff at the Lakeland Chiropractic Spa via Dr Joe was very encouraging and and wonderful environment! The program’s greatest challenges for me yet the major contributors was water and excercise. It truly works!!
