Fantastic experience: ** CHANGED MY LIFE -- PATIENT FOR LIFE! ** New Vitality Medical changed my life. This is the first time I have written such an extensive review for anyone, any service, or any product. I've been excited about writing this review, because I hope that it helps another woman to take the next step and see these ladies. Joanna and Ashley are phenomenal and truly care about helping women, like me at the peak of menopause, feel better and regain your life. I had hormone replacement therapy ~4 weeks ago and I feel like my old self, energized, so much energy that I had to set a reminder to go to bed, because I wasn't tired after working all day and housecleaning. My biggest takeaway? I had felt bad for so long, I forgot what it was like to feel good. Crazy right? Here's the thing: I saw these ladies over a year ago for hormone replacement therapy. Ashley inserted one pellet and told me to come back for more blood work. I didn't feel any changes. I didn't get better. The worst thing: I didn't call Ashley to let her know. Ladies - you have to communicate so they know how to treat you. Well, then fast forward to July of this year, I said to myself, let's try this again. I called, made an appointment, explained I didn't feel any changes the last go around and Joanna took my blood. After a week, the results were back and Ashley took an extensive amount of time over the phone to review my results in great detail. I told her that I didn't feel any changes last year. She said in that case we'll give you a stronger dose this time around. They ordered my pellets and had those inserted about 4 weeks ago. Well, four weeks later, WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! I didn't feel anything the first two weeks after pellet insertion, but then the hot flashes at night went away, I found myself housecleaning at night after working all day, getting a good night's sleep and feeling rested in the am, having energy all day long without a need for a nap, and no more "brain fog". I just can't say enough. If you are reading this and are tired of dealing with symptoms of menopause, PLEASE FOR YOUR SAKE, go see these ladies so they can help. Don't make the same mistake I did. COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE.

Negative experience: I was sent the wrong product so I contacted vitality...customer service checked my order and agreeded I was sent the wrong order and requested I send a picture of what I received (which I did) and told me to contact support. I told support I did not want a refund just the product I ordered. Next I received a email stating that I had received the product I ordered...I emailed my copy of the order which is clearly not what I received so they sent me a label to return the product which was not prepaid and stated I would receive a a refund minus the shipping charge. So I am out the original shipping charge and the shippieng charge to return and if I want to reorder I will have to pay another shipping charge. I will never use this company again and never recommend this company to anyone ever.

Fantastic experience: Last Friday was my first (and definitely not last) visit to New Vitality Medical in Alpharetta to do the blood work for hormones testing and first time ever micro needling treatment as I decided to stop Botox over two years ago and have recently noticed the damage of neurotoxins on my face muscles (thanks to that and the Earth gravity). A bit nervous in the beginning about the “needles” and blood drawing (not a fan of doctors office) I walked in into a such welcoming environment and was feeling so relaxed and in peace. Holistic approach, thoughtful, professional, kind team made me feel that I’m in great hands. Their nurse Joanna is an angel and I didn’t feel any discomfort through the blood work and IV. And Julia who is a marketing director and now certified medical estetitian made the micro needling experience so entertaining and comfortable, educating me along the way on how this works, what to expect and how to maintain the results. Needless (haha) to say she walks her talk - her face and skin (and shining personality) are radiating health and natural beauty. Well, now as I have found my beauty place I’m a new regular. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I'm just in love with New Vitality Medical. Ashley has been great everytime I come in. I'm still a new client but it feels I know her long time. You can tell she has tons of knowledge, and the best thing she is not pushy trying to upsell. I did miconeddling treatment and Dysport and love it all. Fantastic experience: I came here to get some lab testing done because they were offering a really good deal. I didn't really know much about them until I went in there but I was really impressed! So much so that I have been going back for other things now. It is great to see a place here in Atlanta being a forward thinking medical practice. The staff was super friendly and the office was really nice and comfortable. I got to netflix and chill while I got an IV infusion! I wish everyone knew about the importance of functional medicine and maintenance. The PA Alison was very knowledgable and recommended some supplements that I am on now and I've never felt better. Strongly recommend.

Negative experience: this place is going downhill--i got sick of taking off work for an appointment, only to have them call and want to reschedule--this happened 3x--they only have one person to do certain things, & she is always on vacation or having a family emergency.

Negative experience: Do not buy from this company. They don't have any customer service at all. I cancelled my order on the same day I placed it and I still received the order. After I contacted them, they don't have the courtesy to send me the label and I have to pay for shipping to return the item which was their fault for not cancelling my order. Another words, no cancellation after order is placed.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a regular (weekly B12/Lipo shots, occasional IV infusions) patient of theirs for quite some time now. More than once, their B-complex shot got me up and running just when I felt like I was coming down with a cold or something. Recently I’ve also got dermal fillers there and the results are better than I have ever experienced anywhere else. Ashley is truly an artist! The entire team from front desk to each practitioner have always been kind, friendly and super helpful. I’ve tried multiple locations in Alpharetta and Johns Creek area prior to finding them and New Vitality is by far the best one I found.

Negative experience: Becareful!!! They'll take your money but will not provide CPT codes NOR will they submit a W9 to your insurance company....which is REQUIRED in order to process a claim. WOW!!! BEWARE. They can grab your money but refuse to help the client otherwise.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for my weekly B12/B Complex shots for a year or so, and have since gotten my mom to come here weekly as well for the last 6 months. New Vitality is one of the few places that offers the methyl version of the B12 injection, which is easier for the body to absorb compared to other cheaper cyano version. I’ve learned so much from the nurses here about the types of B12 injections, how the body breaks it down and a slew of other great info as I was trying to get my health back in order after a bunch of mysterious symptoms doctors couldn’t figure out. Aside from B12 injections, I know they offer a lot of other cosmetic and functional medicine services. I can’t say enough about New Vitality - everyone that works here are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
