Negative experience: Not impressed. The doctor didn't seem very knowledgeable. Prescribed meds for high blood pressure to someone with low blood pressure. Also, this clinic would not give lab results to the patient, which is against Federal law. I should have reported them, and will avoid this place in the future.

Negative experience: Became confused on when lab work needs to be done. Called 3 times to talk to a nurse. Received voice mail each time, left message, never received a phone call back. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend

I can’t thank the nurse Robin and the woman at the front desk (I feel awful that I can’t remember her name at this moment) enough for genuinely caring and being so helpful. And Dr Brifkani is an outstanding nephrologist. His bedside manner and genuine concern for his patients is top notch. We were completely comfortable in the first 5 minutes of meeting him and appreciated how he took the time to go over any treatment scenarios. I honestly haven’t been able to brag about this office enough since the first day I walked in there. This is definitely the office to go to if you’re looking for a nephrologist in the middle Tennessee area.
