Fantastic experience: We’ve been members of Titanz since we moved to Commerce nearly four years ago - I love how many options in equiptment it has including newer and more unique items that aren’t present at commercial gyms. Since getting new owners there have been even greater improvements like a sauna, and updating the look! By far the best option in the area!!

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with Titanz Fitness of Northeast Georgia. I walked in on February 24th to cancel my membership and received an email confirmation of my cancellation that same day—well in advance of the next billing cycle. Despite this, I was charged afterward. I have documentation showing the cancellation was properly submitted and acknowledged. I disputed the charge with my bank, as I did not authorize the transaction. Rather than resolving the issue or offering a refund, Titanz Fitness of Northeast Georgia responded by charging me again—at a higher amount—citing a chargeback fee and claiming continued membership obligations. I was advised by the owner that I should have reached out to him directly instead of disputing the charge, but in my view, it is not the customer’s responsibility to chase a business that continues charging after a confirmed cancellation. He referred me to Section 11 of the membership contract, but as of February 24th, I was no longer under contract. I disputed the second charge as well, and my bank again ruled in my favor, finding the charge unauthorized. After this, the owner stated he would charge me again at an even higher rate and threatened to send the matter to collections. At this point, I had my attorney issue a cease and desist letter via certified mail. This experience has raised serious concerns about the way Titanz Fitness of Northeast Georgia handles cancellations and billing. I hope they revise their practices and approach to customer service. I would strongly recommend reviewing their policies in detail before signing up.

Fantastic experience: Never been in this gym but reading you guys responses back to people that criticize your faculties and call them out for what they are makes me wanna join.

Negative experience: Equipment is trash. Guy behind the counter isn’t welcoming, eager to show you around, nor eager to sign you up apparently. This place likely may go out of business soon as a result. So go next door to Planet Fitness. Better equipment, atmosphere, and pricing. Continued: After reading the owners response, after his childish name calling, I feel compelled to expand on my unacceptable experience at this gym. And let this one star review forever stain this establishment in the same way the owner and the employee I dealt with are also stains on their establishment. I myself am a small business owner. I not only live near Commerce but work and shop in and around the Commerce area but your establishment didn’t go so far as to say “Hello” when I walked in so I’m not sure where you got that I don’t live in the area. It certainly wasn’t through any conversation we had. Because I’m a small business owner I understand the importance of doing business with small business over big box businesses. That’s exactly why I was at your facility….to join. Despite the broke down equipment up against the walls and the pads on every piece of equipment needing replaced, I certainly still would have joined if the guy behind the counter did even just slightly more than grunt when I walked in and explained why I was there. For example: A basic greeting is required to earn new business. Usually upon knowing a potential customer has expressed interest in joining, a standard tour of the facilities is offered including the equipment area, the lockers, changing areas, and bathrooms. However, since it appeared that “grunt” wasn’t going to offer a basic tour of the facilities, I asked if I could look around. He said yes. I looked around until he asked me to leave the gym for daring to go down a hall I assumed to be the locker room….because again, no basic tour was offered.

Fantastic experience: This gym is wonderful and the owner is such a good man. The atmosphere is very welcoming and everyone there from staff to other members is very supportive and kind. I recommend this gym to anyone who needs a nice spot to work on their fitness goals in a true no judgement zone.

Negative experience: Bad customer service... I tried to understand about the cancellation over the phone and you argued about it...you should trait your customer better.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! Been here about 3 months and it has been such a great gym. The owner is helpful and informative. The people that attend the gym are so friendly and inviting. Everyone here is helpful, it’s more than a gym; it’s a gym family.

Negative experience: Owner is extremely rude. Tries to argue with clients. Verbally says one thing and sends threatening emails that contraindicate what the verbal agreement was. Makes random prices. You can usually find him looking at the female clients quite often, little freaky. Best advice is to head over to Planet Fitness where it’s cleaner, cheaper, no judgement, and newer equipment.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, lots of nice equipment, lots of room. Never gets real crowded even during peak hours. Staff is nice and accommodating. The yoga mats are pretty old and could be replaced. 24 hour access is convenient. There are signs all over which are informative, but a touch on the angry/vengeful side and it puts off a slightly negative vibe.

Positive experience: Overall great gym. Price is about the same as most gyms but 24/7 access is what sets this gym apart. Owners are nice. Not as big as other gyms I've been to but also nowhere near as crowded, which is something I enjoy about this place. Could use more bathrooms, been a couple of times where someone was taking a while in the bathroom and had to leave the gym and walk to the movie theater to use theirs. Otherwise, if your looking for a gym around Commerce I would recommend this one.

Fantastic experience: Best gym around! Friendly and knowledgeable staff...Alex is fantastic! The rates are comparable to other gyms, but what sets Titanz apart is their family plan...I only pay $25 for my membership under my husbands plan. Also, who doesn't love 24 hour access?! My only "complaint" is that some of the members need to treat the equipment better. :)

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for somewhere to workout where you feel comfortable and not judged this is the place for you. The owner Jon and his wife are absolutely amazing kind people who care about their members. They are always willing to help you with any questions you have.
