What a great experience . I have never felt ill I had consistent weightloss. The staff was great, supportive. Gave me guidance along the way. I walk in knowing I will leave with exactly the treatment I received the last time and am so grateful to have found her and Before N After Menifee. I truly appreciate that she never pushes me toward additional aesthetic treatments, even though I’m sure I could use them!!!! The places I went previously were constantly pushing me toward additional treatments when I had clearly stated they weren’t in my budget and even if they were I was interested in fillers and all the other aesthetic treatments.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now, and I cannot recommend this place enough! Jacob is my injector and he always gets the job done perfectly. He takes his time, really listens to what I want, and is so gentle — which means a lot because I’m a big baby when it comes to needles! The ladies at the front desk are phenomenal as well. They’re so friendly, accommodating, and always on top of everything. Truly the best experience every time.

Positive experience: Drove 30 minutes out of my way to get there before 1 and they closed 13 minutes early..if u say 1 then stay open for customers. I will be looking for better buisness.

Fantastic experience: I saw Kaitlin last week for my Botox as well as Lip filler and let me just say I WILL NEVER see anyone else ever again. She was so amazing, she took her time to really hear what results I wanted and explain everything she was doing. She made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. I have had my filler done with others and they don’t ever do exactly what I want just what they feel is best and Kaitlin was not like that at all she looked at the inspo pictures I brought it and told me honestly if it would or wouldn’t look good on face frame and structure. Not only did she go above and beyond but Courtnee at the front desk was warming and welcoming and very helpful with the entire check in and check out process. I promise you won’t be disappointed going there for your treatment.

Negative experience: Love Dr. Mike but he overcharged for lip dissolving. Charged $50 the first time and then changed $100 the second time. Charged me double for the same amount of work claiming that he did double the work which is not true. I won’t be returning or referring any clients.

Fantastic experience: This review is for Mike, Dr. Mike. I’ve had many cheek injections in my life, and I must say I was astounded at the pain free injections without any numbing cream he did. The next day I had zero pain and zero swelling, which has never happened in my life getting injections. I would highly recommend Mike if you’re looking to get filler, very thorough very professional I would definitely go back to him in the future

Negative experience: I've been going there for 7 years and noticed a huge chance on the weight loss pills they used to give me so much energy and cut my appetite since the pass few months I noticed the pills has extremely changed they make me very lazy and put me to sleep my energy is gone, the staff says nothings changed they been coming from the same factory but as a 7 year ongoing customer you can tell they did some changes in the weight loss pills I guess I won't be needing these pills anymore if they just put me to sleep and don't help with energy like they used too not everyone has energy with vitamin B12 and you can definitely tell there in the pills now has anyone else experience this?

Negative experience: I went for botox injection. After completion of injection I did not see a difference in my face. I was told it takes 2 weeks before i see the results of injection. I never saw a difference in my face, the wrinkles were still the same. I also asked for advice about dark area on my face cheeks. I wanted to try microdermabrasion as a friend (lives in another state) told me they did this procedure for the same reason. Before N After only do microneedling and told me different procedures, but same results and I was a good candidate Told me I only needed 2 maybe 3 microneedling to lighten the small area. After 3rd microneedling the procedure made the dark area worst instead of better. I spent almost $1,000 in this place with no results. Very disappointed in results of service. Now I'm having to go somewhere else to pay again to correct what they did and did not do.

Fantastic experience: Mike told me I would not bruise. I have been getting Botox for 20 years, first time ever I did not bruise! He was right! Knows what he is doing!!

Negative experience: I called on the phone to get a price for a service ...They were So very rude and impatient with a couple questions I had. So I drove down there in Person. I asked for a menu of services and she handed me the weight loss Pamphlet..(Was there for Filler info) Lol I am heavy but dang..lol lol Bad experience..Not interested anymore. They need a friendly front desk. Owner, Please take this seriously..I was with two friends who left too!

Negative experience: The staff is incredibly rude! Seriously, I have never been treated so poorly in a fee-for-service practice. Do they not want my thousands of dollars annually?! They act as if they are doing you a huge favor by simply answering the phone. In addition, I was booked with Ashley and needed to reschedule. When I called I was told she was no longer working there. They had no intention of letting me know that prior to my appt. What if I had just shown up? I definitely would have left and been pretty aggravated after making a 45 min drive. Someone needs to manage this staff or they will continue to drive business elsewhere.

I got my lips done by Ashley omfg I’m obsessed, no one has ever done them the way she did today and I been doing them since 2016, She is very detailed and pays attention to your lips and veins. Negative experience: Staff is rude, I went in for rejuvederm. The nurse Ashley asked me if I get cold sores?? No I replied. Very rude I thought. I went in again because she didn’t apply it correctly. I broke out with acne after my menstrual cycle and she says “do you always break out like this?” Omg I thought how rude and tacky. They’re Star is unfriendly and rude and they’re incompetent

Fantastic experience: I've had nothing but amazing results - I started this program Nov. ‘11 and I have lost 60 lbs. I have about 5 pounds until my goal weight, and feel confident that I can actually go past it. The staff has been so supportive, and can't imagine anyone having any issues with them. I feel energetic now and so much more confidence. They really have been life savers. Even if you have a lot of weight to lose, do not give up hope. Try them out, you will be amazed at the results. If I can do it anyone can. It works! I think the biggest part of success here is asking all of the questions you can, even if they seem insignificant. Great nurses and staff. A+
