Fantastic experience: A completely different medical experience than anything I've had. Fantastic experience: Dr. Galvin and the Team at Vitality have provided the tools and a framework for me to 'hit the reset button' on my health, in a serious way. Coming to Vitality was about breaking a pattern I had been stuck in for many years: weight creeping up, losing "the same 10 pounds" over and over again; and more seriously, blood pressure and blood work always a little too high. I needed to do more than just shrug it off or put in a little more time at the gym, hoping for better news at my next annual physical. I connected with Dr. Galvin and his team initially for a Dexa Scan. But after sitting down with Dr. Galvin and learning more about what he and his team do, I signed on to a formal program. I was immediately impressed with the team and how extensive they get: weigh-ins, sensors, blood work, functional/movement testing, nutrition, the works. A deep dive you'd never get from your primary care physician, it's just not what they do. Three months in, I am down over 15 lbs, replacing a bunch of fat with muscle along the way -and ALL of my levels are dramatically, jaw-droppingly better than they were. I was even showing friends and family some of my before-and-after stats (by the way, no one really cares about your blood work except you). I'm forming new and better habits, I'm eating and working out with more purpose. And my thinking has shifted: where before it was about "not getting diabetes", now it's about "how far can I take this". Fantastic experience: I have been working with Dr Galvin and the Vitality team for a year. Like everyone else I needed to lose weight, but more importantly I needed to evaluate my overall health. It starts with an all-day evaluation from bloodwork to DEXA scans, to EKG, and a fitness assessment. Once that is completed, Dr Galvin goes over the numbers with you and really explains each item so that you can understand the importance of each marker and how it’s connected to your health. They take the time to walk you through everything. They honestly care about making you healthy. Negative experience: Rip Off.! Do not go there. They treated my daughter so badly and overcharged her for blood work. In the beginning, they are very nice to get you sucked in. After you pay, then that is all they care about. They did not help her at all. Beware.

Negative experience: Very displeased , up front costs of over $700 and then your card gets charged almost $300 3 days after your initial visit, I understand they a charge monthly charge for "care " which they tell you about after you have paid, but u they hit your card 3 days after you have paid for initial visit? , I called to see if I could cancel the service and just refund the monthly charge since I was only under care for 5 days? Doctor says flat out no, basically they don't disclose all the charges until you are in over $700 bucks, also when you make the initial appt they charge $250 upfront on the phone , not when you come in. BEWARE OF ALL THE COSTS. If you want to try him. ask for full disclosure if i did I would not be out over $1000 for a first visit. And I wasn't about to pay $266.00 appx per month for 6 months until next visit, because Im under his care?! These are appx charges. But close.

Negative experience: My family paid for a whole year's worth of services in advance. I was promised by the staff that whatever I didnt use would be returned to us if I had to move, or leave the program. It came about that I did get the opportunity to move 1000 miles away. It was extremely difficult to stop the services. I was unable to get a straight answer to any of my questions. They treated me disrespectfully and even continue to do so after I have ended the agreement. This company owes my family $1425 in unused fees. They are claiming that they don't, and after six weeks, and with the help of the BBB, I have finally received an answer and their reason why. They are charging me a 25% cancellation fee. I have friends that work for this company and they have all told me that VMW has NEVER charged a cancellation fee before. What makes me different? Why did it take so long to tell me why you were with holding my money? On top of this terrible ending, I caution any potential clients against believing in the mumbo jumbo that they tell you. We were calculating my weight on a weekly basis and according to the "highly effective super expensive" scale they used I had lost 60lbs of fat in the first 3 months! Outstanding...however, when we did the DEXA the amount of fat I had actually lost was way off. I had actually lost 20 lbs of fat. A huge difference. They manipulated me into working with them when I began the program. They were in Concord off of Branchview to begin with, received my $16k check and then a few weeks later told me they were moving to Charlotte...20 min away. They misrepresented themselves from the very beginning. Other issues are as follows: They discussed my personal medical information with someone that was not on their staff, they ignored me when I asked for help (which began in the beginning of the program when I asked for an updated invoice every week to see what they were deducting from the money I paid, they never gave me one invoice), the staff that I trusted all left the company within the nine month period I was there and other issues that I can elaborate on if anyone else wants to know. I wish I had known then what I know now. This company and the owners are not interested in helping, they just want your money.

Negative experience: Just called to make an appointment for Botox they quoted me a minimum of 50 units at $11 a unit. I have never needed 50 units. So unprofessional. They were also out of Botox.
