He truly is committed to treating his patients with kindness and respect. The environment is upbeat and fun, esp when Dr Scott shares one of his riddles. Sometimes you might hear them twice but it's all in fun! . Since being treated, my back and neck have showed signs of improvement and better alignment. I can't forget to mention his staff assistant, Amy, who truly adds to the positivity of the practice. She is a sweetheart and a huge asset to Abundant Performance! Negative experience: I visited this chiropractor’s office following a car accident, hoping for relief and professional care. The appointment lasted nearly an hour, but it consisted solely of me looking in a mirror while the doctor pointed out everything he claimed was "out of alignment." No adjustments, no hands-on evaluation—just a visual assessment followed by a sales pitch. I was then told I’d need to pay 30% of each visit out of pocket, despite my situation stemming from a car accident. When I expressed hesitation and said I needed time to consider the financial commitment, the doctor’s response was shockingly unprofessional. He accused me of "dusting my health under the rug" and questioned whether my well-being was worth the investment, trying to guilt-trip me into agreeing. I felt pressured and uncomfortable, and when I tried to leave, he repeatedly called me back into the room to probe about my finances. I left the office in tears, feeling shamed rather than supported. This experience was more about pushing a payment plan than providing care. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone seeking genuine help after an injury—empathy and professionalism were sorely lacking. To top it off, he sent an invoice totaling $140 to the person who referred me to that office. Unbelievable. EDIT: After the Dr.'s response I am even more trusting of my discernment to never enter his practice again and to let others know of my experience. To be clear I was sent a text asking me to review my experience. While I appreciate your apology for the focus on finances, the issue wasn’t just about discussing costs—it was the unprofessional and invasive approach. You repeatedly called me back into the room to question me about my personal finances, which felt like pressure tactics rather than a genuine effort to help. This left me uncomfortable, shamed, and in tears, far from the supportive care I expected. That experience was the opposite of being heard or cared for. Additionally, sending an invoice to the person who referred me to your practice was unexpected and, frankly, UNETHICAL. This action blindsided me and further damaged my trust in your office. Your response doesn’t address this at all, which makes the apology feel incomplete. I understand you’ve been in the community for 36 years and that many speak highly of you, but that doesn’t change the reality of my experience. Your reply feels more like a defense of your practice than a genuine acknowledgment of what went wrong. I hope this feedback sheds light on how your team’s actions—particularly the lack of empathy and professionalism—impacted me. No one should leave a chiropractor’s office feeling worse than when they arrived, and I sincerely hope future patients don’t face the same issues I did. What a shame.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for a couple months now and Dr. Scott and team have been very welcoming and professional since day one. Dr. Scott takes his time to listen to you and explain things further if needed. He has helped with my lower back pain and low energy. There’s times where I have my kids with me and the girls do a great job to help keep them distracted while I get adjusted. Fantastic experience: Due to my past spinal injuries, I had visited multiple chiropractors in the past 9 years. Each person is different as we all know but the team at Abundant Performance was just that in their professional demeanor, knowledge base, the professional diagnostic test and projected therapy. Today is my very first experience but I was driven to go after a saw people walking taller, rounded backs straightening and the reduction and or total pain free reports. Fantastic experience: My experience at The Abundant Performance clinic is as follows: The staff is very friendly and attentive. They do their best to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. The place can be busy but the two assistants do well keeping every thing moving. The bathroom is clean and attractive. The atmosphere of the clinic is free and easy. Dr. Scott, I find knowledgeable, open minded, takes time to explain, proceeds with your agreement. He has a gentle touch and he is also a gentleman. He is "picky" that I do exactly as told which I appreciate because I get the best results.

Fantastic experience: Initial call, was with Courtney she was very kind, and helpful over the phone she set me up for a same day consultation with Dr. Scott. When I arrived Courtney greeted me by name with a warm smile and a hand shake which caught me off guard in a pleasant way. She gave me some initial intake forms to complete. To be expected. Then gave me a tour of the office while educating me on how important the spine is etc. When I met with Dr. Scott he was very professional and kind. He continued the education that Courtney started only more in depth. He took his time asking questions about my health and past injuries. Explained a lot of information to me that made a lot of the dots connect in my head. After just one conversation with Dr. Scott I have high expectations of his abilities. So far this is nothing short of a 5 star operation. They have a program set up to help save money which is nice. Who doesn't like to save money? Especially in this economy. This was just my first visit. There is an obvious reason why this office has been open for 35 years and counting. I am looking forward to my next visit and am very excited to straighten out my spine and rid myself of the backache!
