Fantastic experience: Have been treated by Dr Luke for over 12 years. The practice focuses on the whole person and treatment is tailored to their needs. I had chronic back and knee pain for years. After the initial more frequent treatments get you on the right track you go into maintenance mode with visits every 3 or 4 weeks. I can say I’m having headaches or I’m having issues with my hands falling asleep at night and with a few adjustments the issue is relieved. Highly recommend for treatment of all ages.

I have tried many places that just do chiropractic work & I would feel pain again within the week. Friends & health professionals around me told me why that could be. It was recommended to me that chiropractic work is only a single block in recovery, having physical therapy & nutrition work is also connected to building recovery. Ballenger was a recommended place that did all of these. They really considered every part of what could help me—Gave great advice & treatment, Listened, & helped accordingly. My migraines, and back have both actually improved over the years. I am having great adjustments during my pregnancy—it brings so much pain relief. I don’t feel like I need to go in constantly, now, but once or twice a month. The adjustments hold that long. My husband & mom also go here now.

Negative experience: They make up fake “Exams” to charge you extra money and don’t tell you about it. They charged me multiple of these in the one year I saw them. They did nothing different during the visit but still charged me for an exam and lied, saying it was part of my insurance (Amerigroup). I’ve been seeing chiro’s since I was a kid, always on the same insurance and have never once paid for an exam. Scam company. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Fantastic experience: I had been dealing with sciatica for quite a few years. I enjoy walking and hiking. My pain from sciatica was so bad that I had to give up both activities. My daughter told me about Ballenger Chiropractic and how they helped her, so I made an appointment. I was absolutely surprised when after one treatment I was back to walking again. Sciatica, for me, takes a period of time to heal. The whole staff is unbelievably amazing.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr. Zimmerman once and then Dr. Tanner from there on out because his schedule works perfectly with me needing early mornings. The one time I saw Zimmerman was great, and I believe today was my 6th appointment with Tanner and I have nothing but great things to say. Long story short, Dr. Tanner absolutely gives you what you’re looking for in a chiropractor session with the amazing addition that he can talk football! The whole staff is honestly terrific so if you’re looking for a great chiropractor in the metro I would heavily suggest Dr. Tanner!

Fantastic experience: I started at Ballenger Chiropractic with seeing Dr. Alex. I had been sick for years and had about given up on trying to figure out what was wrong with me when I found Dr. Alex. After my first visit with her, I felt a renewed sense of hope and within just a couple months she helped me get rid of my gut issues! We’re still working on other things but every day I notice things improving. I also see Dr. Luke for a bulging disc in my back and some neck issues. I always say, Dr. Luke saved my back. He has saved me from needing steroid shots and surgery. And, just recently it dawned on me that my neck wasn’t hurting anymore! Dr. Luke also helped my 14 year old son. My son’s right foot naturally went out to the right instead of straight; this was causing him knee pain. Dr. Luke fixed his foot in just 2 visits and 6 weeks later, it’s still straight and he doesn’t have any knee pain! Dr. Alex and Dr. Luke are amazing. They are caring, understanding and thoughtful and want nothing but to help people feel better. I am very thankful that I found them both. I must add that the front office staff are pretty awesome too and care just as much about their patients as the doctors do!

Fantastic experience: Dr Tim Fordyce is great. I had been having severe lower back issues for over a year and Dr Dyce was able to fix my lower back pain after a few sessions. Now I go for my follow ups to avoid re injury.

The care I've received from Dr. Dyce has been absolutely incredible. I work at a desk all day and used to struggle with headaches 2-3 times per week. He's also taken the time to show me stretches to do as well as the correct posture to have while at work which has helped me tremendously!

I had been seen multiple different chiropractors for chronic jaw issues for over a year and had no luck - until I started being treated by Dr. Luke! He took the time to really listen to the description of symptoms and frustrations from my chronic jaw pain. When I first went to Dr. Luke for treatment my jaw pain was so bad that I could only eat soft foods, couldn't open my mouth and talk normally and also couldn't talk for long periods of time. Dr. Luke to the rescue! He laid out a course of treatment with regular adjustments, stretching for me to do at home, supplements, and acupuncture. After getting worse and worse for over a year while being seen by other chiropractors, I was finally getting better after treatment from Dr. Luke! (Thank you LORD!) We have made so much progress on my jaw and it really is a night and day difference from how I was when I first went to him. He really cares about his patients and is passionate about his work. The staff at Ballenger Chiropractic is so great! Debbie, Shelia, and everyone else always greet you with a smile and ask how you're doing. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Kim over a year ago for pain in my hips and what I thought was carpal tunnel in my wrists. After my treatments my pain went from a 10 on my worst days to none at all. Turns out I didn't have carpal tunnel and just needed some adjusting. I'd never had chiropractic treatments before and was very nervous to start the adjustments and Dr. Kim made me feel so comfortable and assured me I had nothing to worry about, she's the best! I'm so very thankful for her and everyone at the clinic! Everyone is so warm, welcoming, and caring! I just LOVE the women at the front desk too! Fantastic experience: I have been seeing the doctors at Balleger Chiropractic for years now. I first went after a doctor told me I would just have to learn to live with tennis elbow that was causing me major pain. Two visits to Dr. Luke and the pain was gone for good. They have helped my migraines become less frequent. They helped me get back to walking pain free when my achilles started killing me with every step I took. They helped me through acupuncture and chiropractics when I fell and broke ribs (there is nothing like suddenly being able to breath again after a fall messes up your ribs). I could go on and on with the items they have helped me through and the friends and relatives of mine who have experienced the same things from the wonderful doctors. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful and they care about you as a person! I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I see Dr. Luke for some knee injuries and wear and tear from my profession and my body hasn't felt this good since before my knee surgeries. He looked at the underlying causes of my misalignments and put together a home program to supplement his adjustments and his comprehensive approach has worked great for me. Fantastic experience: I have had multiple needs for chiropractic and acupuncture care. Previously, I have seen other chiropractors, but I had never received acupuncture care. Dr. Alex discovered a condition that all the other chiropractors had missed and she treated me successfully so that I am able to resume my normal activities. I had other difficulties that Dr. Alex correctly diagnosed and is now treating successfully with a combination of chiropractic and acupuncture care. Fantastic experience: I have been to at least 7 other chiropractors throughout my life. I have never felt as cared for, and listened to, as much as I have by Dr. Luke. The knowledge and understanding how your body works and functions is obviously top priority for him and it shows. Who knew using physical adjustments, the activator, nutrition, and acupuncture working together would make such a difference in how you function.
