Fantastic experience: My wellness journey started about 1 1/2 years ago when I become very ill from a hard to diagnose disease (NTM MAC) and an autoimmune disease. Hit me outta the blue, having been healthy all my life. Although I work with an infectious disease specialist as well as Lung and Sleep Specialist Dr. Olusegun Oseni, I still was feeling weak, drug dependent and getting increasingly depressed. Dr. Olusegun really saved my life and has been an integral partner in my health journey. His office ultimately suggested I might benefit by seeing Dr. Catherine Oseni. I feel as I'm getting my life back very quickly. Dr. Catherine listened and recommended the most comprehensive blood labs I've ever had, and what a difference they have made. She has tailored supplements, a detox program and put together a plan to tackle several layers of issues from fatty liver to low hormone levels, lowering my A1C to aiding in sleep, and increasing energy levels. I am losing weight too! The extra bonus is that I no longer need several medications that had been prescribed. I'm no longer on two nebulizers medications taken 4X per day, nasal sprays, and an antihistamine. Those drugs took hours out of my day and left me depleted. Dr. Catherine considers her work as a higher calling. Her passion to heal is real. Her demeanor is pleasant, matter of fact, and compassionate. She'll do everything in her power to deliver a program specific to the data your tests provide as well as listening to your feedback. She developed the line of supplements so her knowledge level of the ingredients and their use is unmatched. Alpha Care Wellness staff is super welcoming and personable. Fantastic experience: I am a 72 year old female with a long history of lung and respiratory issues including asthma, allergies, mold, and multiple bouts of Covid and RSV. I have been a patient for almost 2 years. I can’t say enough about the improvements of my health under the care plan of Dr.’s Oseni. I am deeply appreciative of the professionalism, knowledge and respect that I’ve encountered with Dr. Oseni. The office and nursing staff is kind, friendly and helpful. The supplements have done very good things for me. I am especially partial to Advance Pulmonary Performance. Anytime I am struggling with respiratory problems I take this as prescribed. I do not want to go anywhere without it! During seasons of the year when I struggle I take it regularly to maintain my health.

Negative experience: Placed an order and received a confirmation. Order stated a date I would receive medication, but 16 days later no meds. I called and was told the order was never shipped. Although Raven and Maria were very kind, I would never order from this company again, and would suggest others be diligent about tracking online orders.

Her expertise with cancer patients and her knowledge of supplements to help my body's reaction to chemo and to ultimately help my body heal after chemo has been invaluable. Fantastic experience: Dr Oseni put all the puzzle pc together for a total healthy lifestyle change. I had taken myself as far as I could on my journey for better health but I needed help. I was still have digestive problems. I had gone the traditional route and the medication was so harsh I started having reflux issues. Dr Oseni was able to dial in my supplements and diet. 100% success. I have maintained a heathy weight and lifestyle for over a year now. I cannot recommend her enough.

Positive experience: I encourage you all to leave honest reviews, maybe this place can learn simple customer service etiquettes. Thankfully I can get products on Amazon without hassles I experienced here! Having already given a 1 star review I now give 3 overall for poor customer service experience. My mother who recommended this place to me agrees with the need for improvement with new patient facing staff. While I have in the past benefited with Tele visits and timely vitamin shipments and excellent customer service from Paris (no longer there), currently it is a night and day difference. Management changed around May or so of this year. With it changed my views of this facility. Maybe it's because I myself pride myself on excellent customer service here at the texas medical center where I work with 100s of patients a week, but customers ought to be respected and greeted kindly otherwise why go there? To give an idea of the quality of customer service - no notice of changed affiliation or staff - passing blame to customer for mailing to incorrect address - unable to reach anyone unless you put a 1 star review or play phone tag for days - told to go look for your package yourself - no sincerity or care in email correspondence from staff management - a general feeling of bothering staff if you call to make requests, they just sound unhappy to answer the phone
