Fantastic experience: I first went to Dr. Medina this past summer after having failed attempts of healing my hand eczema and stomach issues. I was tired of all the “bandaids” to try to fix it, and I wanted to get to the root cause. Through lots of tests and changing the foods I put in my body, I saw a huge improvement. I’m still in the process of it all 4 months later, but he’s been able to help in ways that other doctors (including my dermatologist) haven’t been able to do. I highly recommend getting in to see him!

Fantastic experience: Came across Dr. Ernesto Medina after researching for practitioner specializing in neurological health for my daughter. He was able to pinpoint the issue to be about an inflammatory response caused by a genetic expression as well as mold being an issue. Dr. Medina is like no other doctor, he afforded us so much time during the initial consultation and we learned SO much during the session, our little notebooks were filled with new information and data points that previous doctors just generalized a treatment, one size fits all so to speak. Finally we feel like we have a working theory as to what is going on with some health issues happening in our family, and Dr. Medina's approach is so appreciated as it is personalized, and backed by specific testing rather than just throwing the kitchen sink at something hoping something will work. This focused approach is helping us find the true root cause going on. Highly recommend Dr. Medina, great ally to have on your team when you need real answers.

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing major lower back issues out of nowhere and struggled to even walk properly for about two weeks and I was really worried there could be more to my issue then just a pulled muscle. I was a bit apprehensive about chiropractic care but Dr Medina quickly put those worries to rest. After two sessions over the course of two weeks my issues are fully resolved. Dr Medina is caring, patient, knowledgeable and professional...the staff at 4 Healing are above and beyond friendly and very welcoming. They recently added Superstyin' by Lina Lash to the team, with Lina offering lash extensions, brow threading and shaping to their list of amazing services. Fantastic experience: In the short time I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Ernesto Medina, I have realized that he genuinely cares about his clients well being. He donates much of his time. Whether its webinars to help specific needs or networking with his future clients, he is devoted to his clientele. He is approachable and very calming to speak to. He is an expert in his field and has a wonderful character, welcome attributes in comparison to the current trend of fast paced doctors.

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely incredible! This is a two-part review, by the way! First - I had the pleasure of listening to Dr. Medina speak on practical ways for us to take control of our mental health through functional medicine (sleep, exercise, nutrition, and exposure to hot and cold)! Not only was his presentation very insightful, as the nature of this topic is extremely relevant, but the information provided was clearly presented and backed by published clinical research! This man knows his stuff! What an incredible asset he is to the community! Second - I've been receiving medical massages from Sonu, one of the therapists at 4 Healing Health & Wellness, and maaaann - he's as strong as he looks! My back is constantly tight from sitting at my desk all day, holding my toddler, and pretty much carrying life's burdens on my shoulders. But he has done a fantastic job working on my knots and relieving the tension. I'm so excited to have come across this place! Highly, highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I love this place because of medical massage. My friend recommended me Sonu. I have tried. And now I have membership with them for several months. And my wife too. I work with computer. So I need massage for my neck and back for 1-2 times per month. I recommend Sonu as a very good massage specialist. He can do a really strong true deep tissue medical massage. Strong enough to work on every muscle issue. Just try full body 1 hour medical massage by Sonu first. And buy membership for the best price, if you like it.

Fantastic experience: Seeing Ernesto was a life changing experience - and I recommend him to everyone I know! I had symptoms being treated with thyroid medication - and Ernesto quickly identified that this unnecessary and not treating the actual issues at hand. Through thorough testing, it was identified that there was a strong food sensitivity in addition to other issues and potential long term issues, that were never identified by the various doctors that I'd been in contact with to date. He worked quickly to develop a plan, inclusive of an elimination diet and weekly check ins. With his help, I identified the source of my sensitivities while also naturally treating other issues with supplements (especially helpful with a vegan lifestyle). At the end of the program, my blood work showed a complete 180 in all concerns, with all levels indicating these were resolved. This does include all thyroid related tests - after having stopped the medication! My symptoms almost completely disappeared and my health is on a path toward eradicating issues that were plaguing me for years. If you are dealing with lingering issues - or want to get a pulse check on your general health - come here! You'll learn so much and leave feeling better than ever!

Fantastic experience: This may well have been the single best massage I’ve had. I wanted a deep tissue massage with a lot of pressure and Sonu delivered perfectly - it hurt *so good* I could feel my muscles release a bunch of stored tension. He hit my muscles at every angle, way better than any massage I got as a member at a chain massage company. He knows what he’s doing. Support local business y’all.

Fantastic experience: Professional team and approach, pleasant environment. Both me and my husband had a massage, which helped a lot with the tension and pain. My husband says that it was interesting and effective to get a massage from someone stronger than him (we went to Sonu, who's a wrestler and massage therapist). Highly recommend this team and place. There's also a beautiful park right across the road where it was great to reflect and relax even more afterwards.
