**Update to my original reply. Having thought more about this review, and knowing from the language used and the specificity of the attack on a current employee who has done nothing but a great job since she was hired, we believe this is a review that was made up by a former employee or someone was asked to do it by a former employee. In the 15 years that we have been in business, we have never had a review of this nature. Furthermore, this patient does not exist in our database, and we maintain medical records of all of our patients. I asked this person to reach out via email to discuss the situation, and of course that never happened. I have tried to go through the proper means with Google, knowing that they could investigate very easily to see that this is likely a fictitious person, with no other review history. I decided today, I just wanted to post an update to ask that anyone who reads this review to please put it in the context with all of the other reviews we have received for both our Scottsdale and Mesa offices over the last 15 years. We have built great relationships over the years and we look forward to helping you in your journey toward better health and your New Results!

Hello Tay. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for New Results. I am sorry that you had such a negative experience in our clinic? We have been in business for over 15 years, and this is the first time we have ever received a 1 Star review - in fact, I can count on one hand the number of negative reviews we have received in all of those years. With that said, that is because our goal is to deliver outstanding patient service, and if we did not do that for you, I would like to understand more about what happened? We do not show you as a patient in either our Scottsdale of Mesa office, at least not with the name that this review appears. Could you share with me what day you visited our office, and which location, so that I can address the issue(s) that you are describing? Also, if you had a medical adverse event (a "boil") as a result of an injection, that is very rare, and we would like to know more.
