Fantastic experience: I started meeting with Deepa in Sept 2024. I have multiple chronic conditions as well as celiac disease and just continued to feel awful anytime I ate. I felt overwhelmed by the "healthy" food industry but knew meeting with a nutritionist would be a better starting point for me than going to the gym and just trying to power through. Positive experience: I've met with my Nutritionist, Julia Callahan, for only 3 sessions and I'm already want to give a 4-STAR rating! I must say that she's given me VARIOUS tools to use and incorporate into my daily eating/healthy routine and I've already lost 4 lbs since the 3 sessions!!! Julia is non-judging, and has a very pleasant personality. She excited about showing me how to use the new tools and teaching me better alternatives. To that point, I'm still eating some of my truly favorite foods but in a smarter way!!! I can use the website to create my own personal lifestyle tracking activities. The site is also great for communicating back and forth with Julia when i wish too!
