Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of kati Hendricks and Doctor Lacayo. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Kati was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received. If you're looking for a reputable clinic look no further than the Biostation. Kati makes all the follow ups. refills, reminders and a lot more! She always makes herself available to help me. she is the absolutely best!

Negative experience: My wife and I went here to do a full blood panel. We paid the fee with them, which was supposed to be all inclusive. Since then, we have received multiple bills from their lab for over $1k a piece. Their response was to ignore the bills. It's been a year and a half and we keep getting bills. They have done nothing to resolve this. I am very disappointed. It seems they have not paid their lab and stuck us with the bill. Beware doing anything with this company.

Negative experience: The biostation used to be good. I did a blood work on the 11th of September, a month has passed and I hadn't heard from them. I texted one of the rep to figure out why it took so long. I was beyond angry. Im paying out of pocket and these ppl are taking advantage and became money hungry. I will never step foot back there and will refer another person there. The ones who went there cause of me will let them know as well them as well.I wish I could give this place a zero star. It used to be good. There are way better place out there now, it's 2024.

Negative experience: I’m quite disappointed with the place. The people are nice but I ordered Epitalon and they charged me $529. It took several weeks to come in and finally I went to get it and it was pt-141. I asked for a refund and I’ve been waiting almost a week now to no avail. My experience is they are quite unorganized and I would never use them again.

Negative experience: I had left a 5 star review 3 years ago which was well deserved. Botox was perfect, however The last time I went, it was like I got nothing done. Went back to get a little more, and same. Definitely not same product used. Found somewhere else to go.

Fantastic experience: I am a massive fan of Biostaion at The Boca Raton. It was quick, easy, comfortable and luxurious. Jessica Andrade, at the desk , is a delight to speak with and very knowledgeable. Jessica and Tiffany, RN IV, went above and beyond to compare the different IV’s so I could pick the right one for me. The IV was administered quickly and painlessly. I am excited to come back to do my full blood panel analysis and other additional services. I also highly recommend Spa Palmera for massage and facials!!

Fantastic experience: My only note is when I called to make my appointment - as a first time client - I wish they had mentioned the location is inside the Boca Raton hotel and requires paid valet parking. Otherwise a very pleasant experience. I'll be back - and prepared for the valet this time.

Fantastic experience: I met with Dr. Bloom today to go over the results from my blood work and an analysis of my body tests. His evaluation was extensive, thorough, and presented in a manner that was easy to understand. All staff were courteous and professional. Fantastic experience: Just wanted to share a great experience with bio station. I had a workout of my blood done and was very happy with the consultation follow up. The doctor took me through the results in detail. No rushing. I am now in a position to move ahead with specific treatments and am looking forward to improved results.
