Fantastic experience: Dr. Paul is the absolute best! If you’re having any kind of chiropractic or digestive issues, he’s your guy. He’s been so kind and informative about all of my health issues. If it wasn’t for Dr. Paul I would have never known about my food intolerances, which in turn would’ve made my life so difficult. Fantastic experience: 5 Stars and 10/10 would recommend!! I was experiencing a ton of fatigue along with ongoing feelings of anxiety and depression that I just couldn’t treat on my own or with any medications. I was told at a doctors office that my thyroid seemed off as well but the tests kept coming back negative. Hearing this over and over again with no results was just frustrating. I found Dr. Garcia while searching online after hearing several friends talk about holistic healing. Dr. Garcia’s holistic approach through getting to the root of the problem has changed my life! Whenever he did body testing I was always amazed at how he could tell exactly what my body needed and could pinpoint a problem when something seemed “off”. At the end of every appointment he would also give me an adjustment and I’d always leave feeling a thousand times better. By addressing my gut health issues, through a good gut cleanse and diet changes, We found out that my blood sugar levels were all over the place and that’s what was causing the extreme fatigue. He also helped address an apparent hormone imbalance and helped me know what foods and supplements I needed in order to naturally help balance my hormones. I’m so grateful for Dr. Garcia’s approach to healing and He has truly helped me get my life back on track! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Garcia!!

Fantastic experience: I first found Dr Garcia through some webinars he'd posted online and ended up joining an in-person class he offered on metabolism and healthy eating when he was still in San Clemente. Learned soooo much on how your body uses all the good and bad things you put in it. The class started as 8-week but extended to 12 as he found he had so much to (enthusiastically) share with us. Fantastic experience: 5 stars doesn't do justice to the care I received from Dr. Garcia - he helped me get my life back. I went to multiple specialists before seeing him with no answers to what was was going on with my health (intense tinnitus and migraines, foggy mind, constant nausea, bloating, neck pain, mood issues, and neurological weirdness). My first visit with Garcia was the first time in 3 years I felt hopeful that I was going to get better because he sat down with me and actually listened, asked questions, and took a holistic approach to my health. He ran some tests and in a short amount of time, I was on track to getting my life back. It turns out all my problems we're rooted in a gluten sensitivity. That's what Garcia does - he gets to the root of the problem instead of addressing each symptom separately. With his help and guidance in cutting out gluten from my diet and getting healthy again, I am completely symptom free and able to live my life as a normal 23 year old. I will forever be thankful for what he's done for me. Also - he does adjustments and they're just incredible! I feel like a million bucks every time I leave. Along with the red light therapy and massages there too, JUST WOW!

Fantastic experience: I got to know Dr. Garcia about ten years ago when I was having problems with walking. He advised me to make some diet changes as well as some adjustments that helped me to return to a normal gait in a few months. I have since been able to take long walks (up to 20 miles) since returning to my normal gait. I appreciate how Dr. Garcia gets to the root of the problem and doesn't just treat symptoms.

Fantastic experience: I was reffered to Dr. Garcia by two friends who had been going to him for years. They swore by him. I decided to give him a shot when other medical doctors I was going to couldn't find out what was wrong with me. He did some muscle testing and had me take a Dr's Data stool test and within days we had the results!!! I had gotten a pretty bad bacteria from something I ate. Dr. Garcia changed my diet, put me on some enzymes and some other natural detoxing supplements and within a week I started feeling better. Thanks to Dr. Garcia I have been feeling great.!!! Fantastic experience: We miss him! Dr. Paul helped my husband and me with multiple physical and dietary issues. He is astonishingly well read and up to date and helped us in ways literally to many to mention. My husband would not go to chiropractors, but became a fan of Dr. Paul. He is more than a chiropractor; as a functional medicine doctor he treats the whole person in multiple ways. He even had me tested for a vitamin deficiency, and he was right. I inherited a gene mutation that affects may ability to absorb B vitamins..Taking an inexpensive form of methylated B has improved my physical and mental health noticeably... He never "pushs" products, never treats you beyond what is necessary. He referred my husband for an MRI after two sessions did not improve his shoulder..and, yes, he had a rotator cuff tear.. Dr. Paul is the rare kind of practitioner and human being who truly cares about each person who walks into his office. He even cared enough to conduct an extensive search to find just the right practitioner to continue serving his patients after he moved from CA to Idaho! Fantastic experience: Comparing Dr Garcia with other professionals in the same field, is like comparing a Tesla with an electric scooter. In other words, there is no comparison. I have never experienced anyone with Dr Garcia's depth of knowledge and training. He serves my total physical and nutritional needs.

Fantastic experience: I start w Dr Garcia when he was in training. & then continued until I moved away. He was able to figure out issues & suggested corrective action that others did not. He is not just an ordinary chiropractor. W his functional medicine he takes care of all sorts of weird symptoms that others just shrug their shoulders at. As well as more usual chiropractics issues. I was having severe sciatica right as I had changed primary drs. & could not get prompt care. So I went to him & he treated me. & when finally got an X-ray he used traction which promptly corrected it. Also treated hiatal hernia when I thought I had a lingering bug from Latin American travel. Treated it to get things back where they belonged & received the symptoms. It’s hard to find someone like him. I still haven’t where I have moved to. I even visited him when on a visit back to CA!

Fantastic experience: Dr Garcia is a true healer inside the body as well as outside. I have always struggled to recommend him as a chiropractor because he is so much more. I've been a UPS driver lifting pkgs up and down steps and stairs for 30yrs and an avid BJJ practitioner for over 25yrs. I was also born with an underdeveloped digestive system which has led to some other issues. I literally could not have completed this many years at UPS or on the mat without him! His knowledge is very extensive and one of the biggest things I Love is that he looks at the whole body and not just the skeletal alignment. Fantastic experience: I am a client of Dr. Paul Garcia, and referred a student that I work with to him. She doesn't have an email so I'm displaying her review. My name is Peggy Falcon, age 66 & holistic. I consider myself to be a professional student attending college every semester. I was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia 20 years ago. And for 20 years I searched to find someone that could put it back in place. This year I was in a dance class at IVC. I was so happy to find a chiropractor on the internet located in the state of New York that could put my hiatal hernia back in place. In dance class I shared this news with Lisa Allin. She said, "Dr. Paul put mine back in place." This past year, Dr. Paul Garcia, Kinesiologist, put my hiatal hernia back into place. My symptoms were digestive problems and constipation but no pain. A kaiser doctor told me to take enzymes for the rest of my life. This medication would have been very expensive. The hiatal hernia is very common. 40-60% of people are diagnosed with it and it increases with age.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Dr. Paul Garcia by a friend. I had excruciating pain from my back down to my left foot. So bad I had to limp to walk. When I called to make an appointment, the person on the phone gave me hope it could be fixed. After about 4 visits, I no longer have any pain in my leg or foot. Fantastic experience: I first went to Dr. Paul in August of 2014 because he was in my church's business directory, but now I don't want to go elsewhere! He makes me feel comfortable & I trust him much more than I do MDs & go to him before going to an MD because Dr. Paul works on the root of the problem, where as MDs just treat the symptoms & they usually do that with prescriptions which are harmful to people. He makes most of my MDs look like a bunch of quacks! In addition to being a top notch chiropractor, Dr. Paul is an expert in functional medicine, digestive health, & applied kinesiology and keeps himself up to date through professional development in all of these specialties.
