Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for nearly two years now. When I first came, I was in a great deal of pain. My hormones were very messed up from menopause. I could barely function. It's been a slow process, but I'm feeling so much better now. This clinic cares about people! They go above and beyond to give great service and help turn lives around. I am a work in progress, but I'm very thankful for Dr. Taryn! Dr. Jeff is good too! The whole staff is amazing!

Fantastic experience: Sadly they don’t take my insurance, Blue Cross, but I like Taryn too much to stop going there. I’ve gone to her with both my pregnancies, and now my 4 month old is seeing her also. It’s a great environment, I would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: At 34, I had been living with hip pain for over 5 years. With the pain moving down to my feet I knew I needed help. Within 2 visits of seeing Dr. Taryn my discomfort had diminished by over 50%. I had forgotten what not hurting all the time felt like! You have no idea how many times I was in and out of the doctors offices traveling all over Minnesota just for some kind of relief. I was talking to family when they suggested going to total health and it this point I was up for anything in hopes for some kind of help. It didn't take long before I started to feel so much better. They were so nice and kind the explained souch to me and in a way I could understand. I did got way off track with work so crazy now and really need to get back in and seen more often again

Fantastic experience: Always great care

Negative experience: I've never been felt so disrespected in my life. Earlier in June 2021 I go in for a follow-up because it had been a year since I've been here. I go in with my mask because I would like to keep people safe and as I was put in a room, I asked Dr. Taryn if I could take it off. She says yes and I explain that I had my COVID vaccine a few weeks earlier. She responds with putting a mini metal detector against my arm where I was vaccinated. I should also mention that Taryn the year before tried to get me into religious healing. I personally don't believe in it (if you do, that's great!) But after this incident. I'm not sure I'll be back. Unless Dr. Taryn apologizes to me, I won't give them my service anymore.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely pleased with the treatment I recommended at total health.. I had severe knee pain and was taking high doses of cbd oil trying to kill the pain, after one visit and proper foot chair supports for my feet I felt so much better!! With continued appointments I am feeling so much better.. strongly recommend visiting them.. great place, and very friendly staff

Fantastic experience: Ive been to many chiropractic centers, but NEVER one like this. I was involved in a bad car accident right before Christmas and was seeing a chiropractor for that with no change in my pain levels, then covid hit, went almost 4 months without seeing a chiropractor because not only could i not make the drive everyday but being a single mom and not being able to bring my kids into the clinic for over a hr just didnt work for me. So needless to say i have been in so much pain the last few months. This clinic is close to home and if needed i can bring my kids with. They might even become patient's here as well! Not only is the environment of the building nice and relaxing but the staff are so kind. I have been adjusted many times in the last 10 years and it's always help for a couple hours but I end up right back in pain shortly after. I was adjusted in several different ways at this office, ways I didn't even know chiropractors did. I left the office and here i am several hours later and STILL feeling great! I cant wait to go back again and finally have some relief from my pain!

Fantastic experience: At 32 weeks pregnant with my second baby, I was so uncomfortable and painful. My husband told me to see his chiropractor, Dr. Jeff. So I finally went in and had an adjustment. I felt better and much less painful immediately! The pain came back a few days later. Dr. Jeff had me see his wife, Dr. Taryn. She said my baby was not positioned well at all; her buttocks was down in my pelvis causing great discomfort. She worked her magic and did some massaging, after only 2 sessions she got my baby to flip around the right way! I still see her regularly and feel so comfortable now! I only have 2 weeks to go and have no pain! My OB was not concerned about my pain or the baby's poor position; she just told me to take Tylenol. I'm glad I came here. Being pregnant is not supposed to be so painful. These guys are truly amazing! Their staff is so compassionate and caring. Look no further for chiro care!

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful I was referred by a friend to go here for chiropractic care! I am finally getting some relief from my issues such as Carple Tunnel, hand and forearm numbness and extreme pain, neck problems and discomfort, lower back pain(gone now!), and much more. She has helped me achieve physical wellness and many aliments have gone away as a result of following her recommendations for supplements and regular therapy. She is truly gifted as a care provider.

Fantastic experience: As a over 50 endurance age grouper athlete, I could not keep racing/training over 5,000 miles a year without regular adjustments. Keeping my body in-line helps eliminate or reduce injuries. Both Dr.'s do a great job of listening and making sure I am race ready after every visit!

Fantastic experience: I've been several chiropractors around the Cambridge-Isanti area and this is by far my favorite. It is not just the results I saw from my visits that make me feel this way but a combination of that and the service. The doctors that work here are magnificent and always greet you with a smile. Some of the friendliest people I have met. I've been going here for over a year now. I don't suffer from any major problems but have regular neck pain that has diminished since my first appointment. Now I pretty much just go for re alignments to prevent anything further.

Fantastic experience: Total Health Chiropractic truly works and helps you feel so much better walking out of there than when you first walked in. They have this new tool called the Gasha and its a Chinese tool that they used on my thumb. I've had issues with my joint in my thumb locking up and just going numb. The Gasha tool really worked and my joint on my thumb feels so much better and the adjustments have actually lowered my blood pressure, my headaches have gone away, and I've actually been sleeping a lot better at night, to feel well-rested when you wake up is such a blessing. I'm a believer, this stuff really works and my daughter suffered from lots of headaches as well and after going regularly; she hasn't experienced any headaches. Thank You, Total Health Chiropractic!
