They got us in before our appointment time. He's great. We feel great. And we will be going back to get a touch-up before leaving the area. We also will make Newport an annual stay, with an annual adjustment here.

Fantastic experience: I was on day two of a 12 day road trip with my son when I threw my back out in Yachats, Oregon. Sure that I'd ruined our vacation, I called the nearest chiropractor and I'm so grateful that it was Dr. Adams that was nearby. He adjusted my back in the most gentle and effective way. I had never had worse lower back pain in my life and just a few hours after my adjustment I was able to return to the activities that I'd had planned for the area. He was patience, generous (allowing me to return the next morning for follow-up, at no additional expense) and provided me with an ice pack to use throughout the day. He even came in on a Saturday (usually closed)...just to see me for that follow-up appointment! I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Adams was!! I wish he were close to my hometown!

Dr. Adams doesn't try to milk you for everything you got like others in the area, he treats the problem and recommends diet and exercises that will increase your strength. If you are looking for lasting change I would recommend Dr. Adams , He's a family man that truly wants to help heal others. He takes time to listen and responds in kind, he has help me with chronic pain and has followed up just to see how I was doing. He's a doctor that cares, he believes in healthy living and proper nutrition and exercise. Some of them were ones I trusted and loved. I tried Perrey because I could get ahold of my chiropractor . He did more than my others did and at the end said the typical . Fantastic experience: After suffering many years with backaches and shoulder issues I was introduced to Dr. Adams at Chiropractic 101. After my very first treatment I could feel the results and I was very pleased that my pain was considerably relieved. Not only did he do some adjustments, but he gave me many helpful tips on how to avoid having this pain return. I am following his advice and doing some minor lifestyle changes and exercises. He is cheerful in his manner, knowledgable and professional. In fact, I was hesitant to see him because I have osteoporosis and was afraid of any possible injury. He told me many things about osteoporosis that I had never been told about by my physician and was very gentle in his manipulations. If you are looking for a really great chiropractor, who gives more than is expected and knows what he's doing, please do yourself a favor and see Dr. Adams.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Adams is the best chiropractor that I've ever been to. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone. Dr. Adams is very strong but adjusts you so gently that all you feel is relief. He is very accommodating with scheduling and will try to always find a way to fit you in the schedule if you are in pain.. even if it means working late (or in my case coming into work on New Year's Eve so I could enjoy the holiday in less pain.) I've been in constant pain for many years all over my body (knees, hips, back, shoulders and neck). I get headaches daily and Dr. Adams has helped relief much of my body pain as well as make a huge improvement in my headaches! I'm so happy that I'm in so much less pain!

Fantastic experience: Driving from Portland to Yachats, I began experiencing severe neck pain. The next morning, my neck and shoulder muscles were seized up and extremely painful. I found Dr. Adams in Newport after a quick internet search. He agreed to meet me as soon as possible in his office. The appointment was simple and efficient! Unlike others that I have been to Dr. Adams didn't try to give me some story about how I should come back 3 times a week for several more years. He was very honest with me, and his care made it possible to get in a car and do a 8 hour road trip. I'll definitely go back when I need to.

Fantastic experience: I thought I needed back surgery, but in 4 weeks I went from barely being able to walk to having almost no pain.This was definitely the best experience I've ever had with a chiropractor. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Adams by a trainer at the gym where I work out. I was having pain in my left scapula (a trigger point). Dr. Adams found the trigger point quickly and began treatment. Ater the first session I felt better and by the third session I no longer had any pain or discomfort in that area. Dr. Adams is an excellent chiropractor. He has a calming manner, is a very good listener, and puts the needs of his patients first. I recommended him to my wife who is also benefitting from his care. Fantastic experience: I have been to about ten different chiropractors and met only one other as good as Doctor Adams. His techniques are solid and accurate, and his adjustments are much more comfortable than most. The best part is he actually has a plan for your care when you come in, instead of so many other chiropractors that would be fine to have you continue coming indefinitely even after your problem has been resolved. The small thing I noticed though is Dr. Adams doesn't emphasize x-rays, but he does have them available, so you may need to make it a point to ask for one. Overall, if you are searching for a good chiropractor who takes an honest and open approach to your care, Dr. Adams is an excellent choice.
