Fantastic experience: Wonderful people. I go foe chiropractic and starting physical therapy, they are all just wonderful, caring, informative and just plain flat wonderful. Would and definitely will refer to others.

Fantastic experience: The facility itself is clean and spacious. I had morning appts and there was always something being cleaned. The ladies, Maddie and Ashley, are great! They are very professional and kind; knowledgeable, gentle and not forceful, and made me feel very comfortable being there. They are not overbearing, or careless, and they did not unnerve me. I am so happy I got to experience working with these ladies. The receptionists were also very professional and kind. They greet you with a smile, and make sure they work around your schedule with appointments. Overall, I am very please with my experience and would definitely go back just to visit because I do not plan on getting hurt again

Fantastic experience: Take my mom there twice a week for therapy and the people are very nice there. My mom enjoys her therapy.

Negative experience: Dr. K was good, but for some reason they switched me to another chiropractor who wasn't. I went twice and the 1st time I felt rushed. The 2nd time she was 35 minutes late so I just left. I will not be returning!

Negative experience: First off , this place is the ONLY place that charges for the 1st initial visit which they charge $100. I've never been to a chiropractor before and this was the 1st place I called so I figured every place was like that and charged for the 1st visit. So after breaking my tail bone last summer and having bad back pain every since I put it off and put it off because I have 2 young kids I would rather spend the $100 on. So yesterday I was just curious to see if any other place was cheaper for the 1st visit and the very first place I called the receptionist was shocked by my question about how much they charge for the first visit and said that holistic must just be pocketing that $100. I was seen today at Renaissance right by there, was in and out and feel positive about the treatment I'm about to receive and didn't have to pay a dime for my 1st appt. From reading the reviews on the place I realized I dodged a bullet and saved myself $100. Read the reviews and call around before you decide to come here.

Fantastic experience: You will receive excellent care from the Dr's and friendly team members. I highly recommend Holistic Health Center.

Negative experience: I don't normally ever post reviews. But I am so shocked and saddened and offended after my recent visit. My husband has been a patient for a while with decent results, so I ignored the reviews complaining of scheduling issues. I just sat for an hour and a half waiting for Dr. K, only to have her look me in the eyes and walk out. Leaving her staff to have to explain to me that she was busy. I was so looking forward to this appointment. I was looking for hope. Dealing with severe autoimmune conditions and getting no help from conventional medicine. My husband had to take the day off work to help with our medically fragile children - also autoimmune. Only to sit and wait and leaving without anything. Just another last minute schedule change. As a small business owner myself I can't even fathom how someone can morally or professionally run a business like this. So hurt and shocked.

Fantastic experience: Lovely people, great doctors and staff

Negative experience: The reception staff do not wear masks properly or consistently--and neither do many other professionals sharing their building. I commented on this upon arrival, as one receptionist had her face entirely uncovered, and while she did respond accordingly, during the 30+ minutes I sat waiting for my appointment, I saw the other receptionist chatting with a woman working elsewhere in the building, both of their faces uncovered. When I finally walked out, that same receptionist was on the phone, mask on her chin. I was appalled and frightened. Healthcare professionals should uphold minimum safety standards to protect their patients.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing holistic nutritionist appointment. Less help than what a regular doctor would offer. Absolutely nothing holistic about it. Just searching on Google offers far better nutritional advice. Staff was very nice.

Negative experience: Over a year ago I would of gave Dr. K 5 Stars but unfortunately I can't today. When I was first referred to her over a year ago she was just opening her practice on center rd. At first when she only had a handful of us patients shes was very thorough, she seemed to actually care an took her time to exam and explain your issues over the first month I loved Dr. K I had my MIL(Mother in law) and Fiance going to her because I was just so impressed by her and how she acted like she cared. My first issues was when she fired her one employee mine and my fiance insurance was getting charged wrong like on days she had called an rescheduled we had been charged to figure out in the long run she was like processing all her appointments at the same time instead of everyday thats how the "miscommunication" with my insurance being charged on a day she had left the office and rescheduled us then after that she fired her second girl(who pretty much ran the show from day 1) Dr. K was starting to get more patients she was constantly "out of the office" "had a meeting" or some other excuse to reschedule you and when you come in you wait forever it seems you see how short and rude she is with her own employees months later you wait longer in her waiting room then you do with her in the beginning she took her time with you on the table at the end in like a minute it seems like ur done and off her table like ur just another number. Her own massage therapist seen it. I will no longer recommend or seek treat with Dr. K if I could give this negative stars I would. I am now seeing a new chiropractor & massage therapist. Her treatments didn't help matter of fact when cvd-19 hit and I have a compromises immune system I couldn't go in office and my neck pain had grown worse then before I started treatment.

Fantastic experience: I came to Holistic Health Center for a holistic approach to my chronic migraine issues. I can’t believe how quick I had a reduction in my head pain! I wish I had come here much sooner. I am so thankful for Dr. K, she has given me more effective pain relief and reduced my brain fog more than a decade of prescriptions have done!

Fantastic experience: Dr. K is awesome. I like the nurturing atmosphere from everyone in the office. Her bedside manor is everything, she takes time to listen and gives helpful ideas to aide in your recovery.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend, I went to a few are there chiropractors before I found this doctor. The doctors before hand never gave me an x-ray before hand and I believe it made a huge difference. Not only could she see where my back needed the therapy instead of just cracking or straightening me out. She fully broke down how important your spin pays a roll on all health ways. Certain problems I was experiencing that weren't even in my spine was connected to the enlightenment of my back, was because of my back. She is very calm and informing of every step they take to get you feeling like new.

Fantastic experience: When lived in the Flint area, my wife and I was visiting the office quite frequently. Its always a beautiful and peaceful environment and we felt so much better when we left. Dr. K and her staff is absolutely ADORABLE !

Fantastic experience: This is the best place to go in Flint, Grand Blanc. I love the care I was given there. It broke my heart that they no longer accepted my insurance. If your looking for great care this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: I have had middle back issues for a couple years now which has prohibited me from doing the majority of my daily activities. The knots and inflammation would get so bad that I couldn't wait to get home so I could lay on ice packs. I have had 4 visits with Dr. K and I do see an improvement in the inflammation, which in return has loosened the knots. She uses simple techniques such as taping and cupping and has done very minor adjustments when needed. So far I am impressed with the progress compared to that of the other traditional doctors I have seen over the years. She has done more for me in 4 visits than 1 doctor or specialist has done for me in 2 years.

Fantastic experience: I suffered for years with back and neck pain prior to coming to Dr K and I went to several other doctors without relief. Dr K has made significant improvements in the health of my back and neck. Her approach to manipulating my back is gentle and effective. In addition she thoroughly educates me on the proper care of my back and neck. I have and would recommend her services to others.

Positive experience: Dr. K does a great job, not just adjusting, but also giving suggestions for exercises and behavioral changes that will help prevent issues in the future. Every time I go in there are more suggestions to make my back stronger and improve pain that I assume is back related, but is actually connected to other areas and muscle groups.

Fantastic experience: I have seen many professionals to help me with my leg and feet issues that I have had for over 7 years. No one was able to help me get better. I could not stand for more than 5 or 10 minutes at a time. Most just treated the pain. DR K. analyzed what was wrong and is providing treatment so I can stand for close to an hour! She is knowledgeable and caring. Highly Recommend.

I was able to come in and explain my issues and get a great adjustment. The office is contemporary, the doctor was awesome, the staff seemed busy, but was nice and attentive. I'll be back! Negative experience: Their website does not reflect valid information supposedly. Took me a awhile too get a hold of someone too make an appointment. One girl knew nothing about her own office. Then finally I was told the services I wanted do not accept my insurance- AFTER I told her all my private medical information!! Waste of time and an invasion too my privacy!! Tell people upfront! Bad customer service.
