Negative experience: They NEVER answer the phone!

Negative experience: When I first started coming here a year ago it was great. They had flexible appointment times and were responsive to phone calls. Josslyn used to be the specialist for laser and wraps and after she left their service went downhill. Currently, I have tried several times to book an appt for a full body wrap. They have shortened their business hours so you would have to take a day off from work to have an appointment here. I even had an appointment for a full body wrap and they sent me home because they overscheduled clients. I asked for arefund since this has happened multiple times where I have tried to make an appointment or get no response. Don't waste your money here and go somewhere else that offers better services.

Negative experience: DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. First, they don't get answer the phone or return calls like they claim they will. Second, and most importantly, I had a Groupon deal and after the consultation on my first visit, I decided to add additional treatments. Shortly after starting treatment, I had a severe medical emergency which I am still currently recovering from. This prevents me from utilizing the rest of the treatments I had paid for. When I finally got to a point where I was able to use the phone, I called to ask about a refund for the treatments I had not used (at this point I had only used 2 of the 14 additional treatments I paid for) and they said UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES could they grant me a refund. I have NEVER dealt with a business that is so money hungry that they can't even grant a refund for a situation such as this! Also, an attitude check is in order. Having a smart mouth is NOT good customer service.

Fantastic experience: A super convenient way to get back into clothes that fit too snug or not at all. :) The appointment length is short enough to do on a lunch break or after work. You can literally be in and out in under 30 minutes most days. After each treatment I immediately noticed a difference in how my pants fit, they were more loose. That was a great feeling! The clothes I wore at the start of treatments are too big now, thankfully! The staff is friendly and will get you in and out quickly. Also, the vibration machine is a nice alternative to needing to run on a treadmill afterward like most places require. This makes it all the more easy to come to these appointments in work attire and even heels! Drink your water like they recommend and you will have good results!

Negative experience: I didn’t see any difference after 18 session which they said for best results. Also was so hard to contact the office when I needed to make a change on my appointment or reschedule.

Negative experience: This is my third sessions and that young brunette woman is rude and act like she is pissed doing that job. Im glad I did not paid for more session.

Fantastic experience: Feeling down, ill, trying hard to maintain or lose weight, sleepless nights, NO Energy, skin and stomach problems(ulcers, bloating, digestion, constipation...)etc. Those were my problems. I have tried many different diets but there were no results. I started cooking and eating organic- which helped to maintain my weight but still I did not feel 100% and the lack of energy was still present. Fantastic experience: I love this place, all of the staff are friendly and welcoming. I am currently on my 4th week of the 12 week Candida Program, and I have already lost around 14 lbs, and can fit into jeans I couldn't fit into before starting the program. Even people at work have noticed how healthy and fit I am looking and I still have 8 more weeks to go! My coaches are also so great and encouraging and are helping me through the whole process by meeting with me once a week to check in, and they're available for me to text, call or email any questions that I have. This program is tough. But if you have the willpower to take control of your health and weight, and if you push through and follow everything they tell you, you will see results! They provide me with all the tools to be successful, meal replacement shakes, supplements (multivitamins, antioxidants, digestive enzymes, flax seed oil, vitamin D, body purifier and many more). Positive experience: I was a little disappointed by the lack of fanfare given it was a big decision to have the lipo. I expected a little more introduction and timeline of response. I did go to the orientation workshop but was still not prepared for the actual procedure. No measurements were taken beforehand. After the lipo session, I was on the vibration machine. When that ended, no one came so I walked out to the reception area to look for someone. The staff was very friendly but seemed too busy for a first timer. I will know what to expect the next time. I have not felt any difference yet from the procedure.

Positive experience: Did four laser sessions on my upper thighs and experienced wonderful results. I like that before the first session, they measured my thighs in three places. I lost 3.5 inches at the highest point, 1.5 in the middle, and 2.5 towards the bottom (about 3-4 inches above knee). I strongly recommend to others, BUT be sure to diet and exercise regularly for best results. For comparison, I do one hour of barre each weekday morning and do at least one 45 minute cardio session on the weekend. My only issue/disappointment during my experience was the initial workshop/seminar. I felt I had wasted over 3 hours (due to normal DMV traffic) and didn't learn anything. The session sign-up process afterwards was disorganized and left me wondering if it was a mistake to purchase the package. However, the sessions themselves were orderly and always on time. The technicians were very friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: I had my child three years ago, and since then I have exercised and ate well with pretty good results. However, I just couldn't reduce my post-pregnancy tummy pooch. I received a 4-session laser-lipo and whole-body vibration as a gift. After a couple sessions, I noticed a difference; my tummy is less prominent than before. Of course, I continue to exercise and eat well; so combined with the targeted laser lipo, it's all been helping me achieve my desired results. In addition, the experience has been very pleasant. The staff is friendly. The sessions are only about 10 minutes each--so you're in and out and on your way quickly.

Fantastic experience: It works! The staff was great. scheduling was easy but most importantly it works. I saw results by the second session and working out about 45 min. After the sessions seemed to work great for me. I got this as a gift and I'm very happy did it.

Fantastic experience: I bought myself the four visit package as a gift to start the new year off fresh. While I admit I was skeptical at first, I was pleased to attend the intro seminar. I learned a lot of helpful information as well as learned that MLWL acknowledges that there are many factors that can help a person lose weight. The staff was very friendly and positive. In my four visits I was able to see a visible difference due to the loss of several inches around my midsection. It was just the jump start I needed to continue to motivate my fitness and healthier eating. I highly recommend this to anyone who, like me, has gone to the gym for over a year, done the same old thing, and have plateaued--or to anyone who is ready to get serious about their health.

Fantastic experience: I heard of laser-lipo treatment procedure from a friend & after searching the area closer to home for a place with good reviews, I found Maryland Laser Weight Loss in Rockville, MD. Not knowing exactly what kind of results I may get, I purchased a few sessions after the workshop that explained the procedure & other services they offer in detail with proven results. After just over a week of treatment, I see a difference in my stomach area & I am very happy about it. Looking forward for a few more sessions, possibly also adding the body wraps to enhance the weight loss. The staff at this place is also very courteous.

Fantastic experience: I was browsing Amazon Local deals & came across this weight loss center that works with laser-lipo treatments. I was hesitant at first to try it as I thought it might not be possible to lose inches in such short duration. I went for the work shop & found it to be very interesting & encouraging. So I went ahead & got a 4 session package to try it out. After completing 4 sessions within 8 days, I lost an inch around my stomach area. I also did extra exercises during this period & drank plenty of water as recommended. I found the place to be warm & accommodating & the staff was very friendly. I am contemplating to go for few more sessions as they recommended to lose a few more inches.

Positive experience: I bought a Groupon for 4 sessions, and they actually gave a 5th one for free upon scheduling the first session, and so far I am happy with the experience. The staff is friendly, the office is clean and inviting. I think that my clothes fit a little loser (but of course that will have to be confirmed after the last visit). I have to add that I exercise three times a week (at least) and eat healthy, so I can't speak for people who solely rely on the laser. If I see a noticeable improvement, I will probably go back for a few more sessions.

Also due to certain medical conditions I changed my diet and joined a gym 5 years ago. However, like a number of women over 60 I found it impossible to lose my lower stomach fat. After reshearching the various companies offerring weight loss via lasers there was only one choice foe me - Laser Weight Loss in Rockville. The staff is the most knowledgeble and are very friendly. One of the co-owners took the time to question me on how I was doing and asked if I had any issues or questions he could address. My sessions aren't over yet so I don't know how many inches I've lost. But I've noticed the change and others at the gym have too. On more than one occasion I've been asked by others at the gym what equiptment/excercise I started using/doing to lose in the stomach area. Fantastic experience: I am probably not the typical customer but have had a great experience. I am a long distance runner who was injured this spring and was not able to run for several months. Without even thinking about it, I continued to eat as if I was still training for a marathon. Needless to say, I gained weight, a lot of weight, especially in areas that have historically been difficult for me to lose weight. It reached the point where I was discouraged about even starting to lose weight and needed a jump start. I had heard of laser weight loss and wondered if this might be the jump start I needed. I purchased a Groupon and also added a 9-session package (the recommended is 18) because, in all honesty I was a bit skeptical but also wanted to give it fair try. Today was my final session and I was so encouraged by my progress that I purchased 9 more sessions. Over the next few weeks I will be getting back to running and am making changes in my diet. I think that these changes combined with further laser sessions will get me to where I want to be. To add to my rating, the staff is professional, friendly, and on time. So, my experience has been really helpful for me getting back on track with my health goals.

I came after already losing a significant amount of weight and was concerned about body contouring and specific fat deposits. Fantastic experience: I wanted to share that my experience with the Maryland Laser Weight loss center has been very positive. My main objective was to address some of the belly fat hard to loose with traditional exercise. To my surprise I have seen a noticeable reduction of my stomach as the sessions have progressed. The laser treatments are fast and painless and the protocol of diet support is a great aid in the process. The center also has a nice and fun staff willing to support you along the way.
