Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Swiss Acupuncture to all. Dr Andromeda is very skilled and knowledgeable as well as being very kind and friendly. She has helped me with both sleep and digestive issues.. The staff is helpful and friendly as well.

Positive experience: I’ve visited Swiss Acupuncture twice over the past month after trying to find a more convenient alternative to my usual Seattle-based acupuncturist. While it’s a solid clinic with many strengths, I’ll likely be returning to my original practitioner. Aurora, my acupuncturist here, is good, she blends Eastern and Western approaches thoughtfully and brings a grounded presence to each session. She offers both acupuncture and cupping, and I genuinely have a good rapport with her. That said, the experience around the appointments has been a bit hit or miss. Both times I had to wait well past my scheduled slot, and once there wasn’t even a receptionist available to help rebook. The clinic feels a bit overbooked and slightly chaotic and cramped, taking away from a calm vibe. If you’re looking for a good practitioner and your priority is convenience or insurance coverage, Swiss Acupuncture is definitely worth considering. But if you value a more seamless, peaceful experience from start to finish, it might not be the best fit.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Andromeda is kind, gentle, and experienced. She thoughtfully listens and it is a rare needle that I feel being applied. With other pracitioners I have had terrible pain with the needles and rarely noticed results. After my first couple of sessions at Swiss Acupuncture, the most obvious thing is I don't crave sweets or need to eat too much. I even skipped a meal without noticing until later. My digestion is improving and I am hopeful of continuing improvements to my health. The staff is friendly and the space is clean and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I feel fortunate that I found this clinic and Dr. Xiao. This is my first experience with acupuncture, and Dr. Xiao helped me feel comfortable with the procedures. I have been dealing with a very stubborn case of heel and foot pain for months, and I feel the treatments I've received here have helped steadily decrease my pain and discomfort. Also the front desk staff are very helpful and kind.

Fantastic experience: After a serious car accident and a fall, a year later, that resulted in a torn ACL, I had tried numerous medical treatments to recover my body and restore my quality of life. With several years of only small and/or temporary improvements, my primary care physician referred me to Dr. Xiao at Swiss Acupuncture. Because up to that point, nothing else had alleviated my lower back, neck, and knee pain, I was cautiously optimistic. Fast forward to today, I wish I had started my pain relief/treatment with acupuncture. Dr, Xiao has changed my life. I have been treating weekly with her for a year and I must say, I look forward to our appointments more than most things during my week. She listens to my concerns, asks questions, and takes her time with me to ensure that my treatment is tailored to what I need that week. If you are reading this review, you may be considering scheduling a consultation with Dr. Xiao and although (for selfish reasons) I don’t want the word to get out that she is an amazing healer, I also want everyone to know that if it is pain relief you are seeking, Dr. Xiao is the answer. Also, the treatment rooms are so inviting and relaxing (I fall asleep every visit) and the staff is WONDERFUL! Happy healing.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Xiao is great and highly skilled! I started doing long run this year. I have taken 5k and 10k. Half marathon is my next target. While during the training I felt my right ankle is powerless. So I booked an acupuncture appointment with Dr. Xiao. She identified my issue and treated me. She also told me how to do stretching at home to help myself recover fast. I have booked the follow up sessions to continue the treatment. Highly recommend this clinic if you have sport injury or feeling pain.

Fantastic experience: I've been treated by Dr. Xiao for half a year and it's been great! I first came for my ankle injury and I remember the remaining swelling was reduced right after a session. And Dr. Xiao certainly knows how to treat the whole body. I see improvements in my other problems. The front desk staff and the environment are also great. Highly recommend!

My wife and I both got acupuncture done here by Dr. Yanling Xiao and she was attentive and helped relieve the back pain. She was very patient in answering my questions and gave me very professional acupuncture treatment. I saw results in just a few visits. Fantastic experience: When I went to Dr. Xiao’s office in January 2022, I was desperate – I had been struggling with nerve pain for months. I went through numerous tests, lost 25% weight, and couldn’t speak for months. I was on high dosage nerve pain medication and still experienced significant pain on daily basis. Dr. Xiao took me in and carefully examined my medical history. She tailored the treatment for me and after only 4 visits I was completely off nerve pain medication. I decided to try holistic medicine as I’ve been struggling for months to get help from my regular doctors with no luck for a lower back and on my trigeminal neuralgia. Fantastic experience: I was recommended by a friend to see Dr. Xiao for headache and knees pain. After finishing two bottles of ibuprofen, I had finally decided to seek help from acupuncture. I have been there for about 10 times and my pain has been improved significantly. The clinic staff was nice and helpful. Dr. Xiao was patient and knowledgeable, she was able to explain what was causing the problem and always answer my questions with the kind of words that non-medical person could understand. Be prepared to book approximately 6 weeks ahead because they are fully booked for most of the time.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Yanling Xiao is a great listener and has an excellent bedside manner. She treated me not only with acupuncture, but healthy nutrition and lifestyle change. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and caring about her patients. I also recommended my friends to see her, and they all received excellent care from her. She and her team member Lisa are the best!!! If I could give 100+ stars, I definitely would!!!

Negative experience: Be careful. Acupuncture and me have a 20 yr relationship. I love it but I would stir clear of this clinic. They over book and have too many patients at once. I needed assistance and went click the clicker but where the provider placed the clicker was not assessable by my hand and fell on the ground. I yelled for help for 10 minutes and no one heard me. I tried to move but I had needles in my neck. I ended up having a panic attack. The provider truly didn’t care and rushed off to another patient. I still have pain in my neck from the incident. The Provider placed blame on me because the clicker fell on the floor. No accountability. Please stay away from this clinic.

Fantastic experience: OMG! My friend recommended this place and am amazed at acupuncture. I’ve been afraid of needles for years but finally got over it and I’m so glad I did because on the first visit alone my symptoms went down almost 75%! I can’t wait to see what happens after more sessions.

Fantastic experience: I was here for dizziness during ski, and the knee pain for weeks, amazingly my condition improved significantly just after 3 acupunture treatments! Fantastic experience: My son is a student athlete, he had a shoulder injury a few month ago during practice. We tried physical therapy like many athletes did after injury, but it made his injured shoulder even worse, he could not even raise his arm above shoulder during those days, and his range of motion at his injured arm/should was very limited. His condition was so bad that he agreed to give acupuncture a shot although he was afraid of needles. Miraculously, he felt better after the very first acupuncture session. Dr. Xiao is very knowledge and passionate about acupuncture and Chinese medicine, she is very patient answering all the questions we have, and easing my son's concerns on needles. We have about 10 acupunctures sessions so far, and my son's condition has been improving day by day. Thanks for Dr. Xiao's treatment, he was finally able to go back to regular swim practice recently, and we can't wait to see his full recovery and back to the competition again.

Fantastic experience: This must have been one of the best acupuncture clinic that I've visited, both in China and in the states. The front desk here was so tentative in helping me figure out my insurance benefits and set up my appointment. The acupuncturist, Yanling, she's so knowledgeable in her specialty and for sure knows what she's doing. I had migraine for years and never found an effective way of treating it aside from painkillers. After my first treatment it immediately got improved, and with the following 10 treatments, my migraine hasn't come back in months. I'm truly happy with results and would recommend it to those who in need to give it a try!

Fantastic experience: It’s been almost a year since covid and my shoulder problems has become more and more severe. By April 2020, to the pint of needing to take time off from work and start to feel numbness in my arms. Then I tried Swiss acupuncture after a close friend recommended to me. I started visiting every week. Since then my shoulder pain has significantly improved, I still go to the clinic for overall health improvements after my shoulder problem has been improved, such as digestion problem, hair loss etc. The clinic is very clean, calming, safe, and the staff and doctor Yan are very friendly and professional. I enjoy my sessions there, almost become essential to my life. My one hour at the clinic is the most relaxing hour of my week! Highly recommend for people who have developed shoulder and neck pain like me (software engineer), very effective!

Fantastic experience: Finding a great acupuncturist is a secret that's worth sharing. I've been so pleased with my experience that I thought I would pass it along. I had IT-band pain which was not improved after I had PT for 7 months, then I decided to give acupuncture a try. Amazingly, the pain went away after half year treatment and I was able to go hiking again! During the time, Dr. Xiao also treated my frozen shoulder, lower backpain and other issues all together. Fantastic experience: I suffered from diarrhea for 10 years and was very easy to feel tired. Yanling did Acupuncture on me for 2 months and gave me some herbal medications. After her superb treatment, I feel powerful and never diarrhea any more. It's really amazing!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about my experience with YanLin @ Swiss Acupuncture. I originally sought out treatment for neck pain from a previous car accident, but she ended up treating a variety of issues I was having with my GI as well through acupuncture and herbs. She is very thorough with her process and her years of experience shine through every decision she makes. Her main goal is to treat the underlying problem so you don’t have to keep coming back. Most medical providers will treat the symptom and not the root cause, which in turn keeps you coming back spending lots of money. Fantastic experience: I started going to Swiss Acupuncture about 1 month ago for chilblains in my feet (mild frostbite). I see YanLing and have been beyond happy with the results. I had tried everything for the past 15 years to treat the pain and nothing worked. After my first visit i noticed a difference, by my third ,all my symptoms were gone. YanLing was so helpful and sweet! She explained everything to me and what could be causing the problem and what she was doing to help improve it. Fantastic experience: Yanling has about 20 years acupuncture experience. She graduated from famous medical university in China and got master degree. I believe she is the only professional acupuncturist in Seattle area. I remember the date I twisted my ankle. It was swollen and so painful that I could only walk with crutch. I was worrying about how could I work at office. Yanling worked so carefully and nicely on my leg. It was the first time I took acupuncture. Miracle happened after the treatment. The lump disappeared and I could start to walk without the crutch. It was hard to believe but it did happen. Thank you so much, Yanling.

Fantastic experience: Yanling has helped improve a few major injuries in the last month. My doctor and Spinal Specialist were not able to relieve pain/stiffness in my neck from a pinched nerve injury. Acupuncture has relieved this injury in only a few visits. Acupuncture has helped heal a 3rd degree calf tear, partial torn achilles, and back spasms.

She has help relieve the pinched nerve/bulged disc in my neck and regained power back into my legs through only a few acupuncture visits. 3 months of Physical Therapy and several Spine Specialists were unable to heal my injuries...I would hightly recommend Yanling.

Fantastic experience: Ginger is definitely pretty awesome. It's not necessarily that the acupuncture helped everything in my case, but didn't hurt. I had overworked my body and really my whole system needed to be reset. Honestly I think the most important thing was to have a complete stranger tell you that you are doing it wrong lol. I knew I what I needed to do but having someone tell you exactly what you need to hear is worth it in my opinion. No surprises- more water, more greens, less sugar, and excercise. I've made permanent changes including cutting caffiene cold turkey, no more sugary drinks just water, and excercise/stretching regularly and as expected I got better. I like the fact that she left it up to me to decide if I wanted to proceed with the acupuncture (which I did) and she didn't try to upsell me on coming in all the time and was more concerned about my health. As a business owner myself we all have to make money but it's commendable, especially coming from someone in the medical field. Overall great place- straight forward, REAL health advice not just concerned with pumping you full of pills which I am totally against. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone in need. Fantastic experience: I worked with Ginger to identify the issues facing my health. Over the course of 4 months of consulting her, I figured I am allergic to Wheat and Dairy which was a big discovery. I am thankful to have found my food allergies through elimination of food groups under her guidance. I have a long journey ahead to resolve histamine/wheezing issues I am facing. For now the focus is to get more greens and eat the right foods for my body. She has been great in the entire process and it was a joy to work with her.
