Fantastic experience: Mason and kinley were absolutely amazing and very informative… definitely recommend coming here for supplements

Negative experience: They combined me and my gf shake to make it easier/faster to make. Even tho the store was empty. My shake wasn’t bad but hers ( which came out second ) clearly had ALL the protein mixed into her portion because it tasted horrible. And mine tasted okay was missing something. Long story short she didn’t end up drinking it and left it on our kitchen counter for maybe 20 minutes after buying it and it completely foamed up like styrofoam…. Gross. I’m guessing the workers don’t understand how portions go. But terrible experience and my girlfriend didn’t even get to drink hers because it tasted atrocious. Little tip, don’t do work based on how fast you can get it out but maybe do it based on proficiency ( combination of good taste, decent wait time, and quality work ). It’s like these workers think all the work is done in the gym and they clock in and just rush through the day because they work at OSN thinking looking like a gym rat is the whole job. Don’t actually have to be good at making shakes or anything, just look shredded and serve up some bs. lol if you want a good OSN go to the one on greenfield and the 60. Two ladies who work their are great and care about there work regardless of it’s not their passion. How you do one thing is how you do everything

Fantastic experience: Wow! First time here and I will be back.

Negative experience: Purchased some creatine capsules and of course the manager was great, however when I wanted to return the capsules because I was going to use powder, he could not have made it more difficult to return (rejected the return)I ended walking out and they now lost a customer that purchased 3-4 smoothies a week!!!! Guess service is not important!!!!

Fantastic experience: Very great customer service, greeted as soon as I went in. I ordered two shakes and they asked what base we wanted. I told them that we went to the Scottsdale location and it was chunky, and whatever wouldn’t make it chunky. They told me it was actually the blender that made the difference, we chatted while they made the drinks, and they came out great! For anyone deterred by the bad customer service comments, I’d consider giving this location another chance :)

Negative experience: This is for putting trash on my car in a gym parking lot.

Negative experience: Paid 8 bucks for a cup of foam. Poor service.

Fantastic experience: Their smoothies are fantastic and they have great options for what macros you prefer

Fantastic experience: Very nice and helpful staff! I love the low carb meal replacement, nutter butter with almond milk base.

Negative experience: Ask how many grams of sugar are in the meal replacement shakes before ordering. If you’re used to pounding two cokes a day and you should be fine, but if you’re trying to be healthy go somewhere else.

Negative experience: Smells and taste bad also sign says closes at 9 but it’s always closed at 7:30

Negative experience: I buy one bcaa in this store (unflavored) but the taste is like a bad medicine. I just try exchanging for another flavor. For my surprise the attendant just tell me is open I can’t do nothing. If I don’t like a product I have the right to exchange but this shop they no respect at all. My advice don’t come this store.

Negative experience: Good morning One-Stoppers! I can agree with everyone about the horrible customer service. Ever since Patrick the manager left the customer service has gone down hill fast at this Warner location. He was so great on hiring and welcoming everyone into the store right away! He was like the first face you seen and he always hired great people. Ever since he left I decided to even leave the gym next to this One-Stop location! Thanks for all you did!

Fantastic experience: Stopped by this shop yesterday afternoon on the way home looking for a shake. I had never been there before but the man behind the counter was super helpful to walk me through the process and even gave me an awesome recommendation. Great customer service!

Negative experience: Stopped by today 1/14/23 to grab a shake for me and my fiancé. Shakes were decent but the kids behind the counter had some of the worst customer service. No how are you, no response back when I said thank you, they literally just turned their backs. No respect or common courtesy. If I were manager I’d make sure to correct this because it will lead to customers not returning. I’m sure the owner of this location will not be happy with that.

Negative experience: Worst one stop I've been to.. young adults just wanting to Socialize and not care about the customers inside the store. No greetings, no small talk, no thank you have a nice day, notta.

Fantastic experience: Shakes are really good. Love that they have kid options and the workers are friendly.

Negative experience: Very sad loyal customer, first time in years I've had pour service. Went in yesterday to get my shake and it tasted off, chucked it up to training. Gave it to the manager she doctored up the shake pouring it back into a blender vs remaking it. First sip it appeared to be better so I left. On my drive the second and third it got worse. It tasted as if the blender has been reused. Plus there was a weird burning after taste. I saved the shake thinking hey they have amazing customer service they'll make it right. Nope rejected from the jump. I even brought the shake in where you could clearly see it was barley touched. The guy who welcomed me want friendly at all I had to pretty much beg for him to reach out to his Manager..she being the one who dr my shake rejected me again. So moral of the story is ask them to remake it and remain there for sips two and three. As for me I won't be back.

Negative experience: I love one stop but this store is terrible. A few months ago I went and ended up throwing both my shakes away as they tasted like medicine. Went back there today as I did not have time to drive out to the San tan store or the one on Alma but I massively regretted it. Again threw out both my shakes because they tasted nothing like what they have. Huge waste of money. No one here knows how to make shakes and they are the least friendly of any store I've been to. Drive the extra few miles and go to a different one stop.

Negative experience: One and done. Employees act like it is such an inconvenience to answer questions about the menu. The shakes are extremely chalky and make your mouth sticky. Flavor isn’t great either

Negative experience: One stop has always been my favorite place to go for a shake after my work out but I will not be back to this location. I order the same shake every time multiple times a week so I’m pretty sure when I taste it and it taste like rotten milk my taste buds aren’t usually off. I turned right around and went back in to let them know that my shake tasted off and to confirm that it was made correctly and the girl was extremely rude and said yes I made what you ordered after I let her know it tasted terrible and not one of the employees offered to remake it. Customer service here is terrible.

Fantastic experience: Great shakes but, the Prices are different every day? I stop at this location approximately 3-4 times a week for a meal replacement shake. I always order the same shake. Every time I stop in, the price is different. Example...on 12-3 I paid 6.75, on 12-4 the same shake was 7.25. I always pay with cash. I’m wondering if there is some skimming going on.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. Ran by preppy douchbags that act better than the customer. They talk and hang out with their buddies instead of engaging the customer. Shakes tast flavorless. I asked for more peanut butter flavor in my pb&j slimmer because I could barely taste the peanut butter and this time it tast like it should normally. I'm just sick of the service and quality of the product. I've gone to the location on Signalbutte and the location on Almaschool, those locations have genuin customer service and delisciouse shakes. This place sucks, get new service!

Fantastic experience: Cordial and welcoming.

Negative experience: Won't do business here after the poor customer experience I received. Got a supplement that was bad. They admitted that all of what they had in this supplement was bad and told me the only option is that they could blend it up for me. I'll keep buying my supplements online after that experience.

Fantastic experience: I come here for the protein shakes after my workout and my favorite is the pina colada protein smoothie. The customer service here is just wonderful. This guy Ryan that works here is so helpful and has always answered all of my questions regarding protein and supplements. He knows his regulars, so most of the time I don't even have to order, he just knows what most of us drink and makes it. That's customer service!

Negative experience: Everytime I go to this location in the morning it's closed. They say they open at 8 a.m. but out of 5 times I tried they were only open 2 of those times. So frustating. If you can't get that at 8 then change your store times.
