Fantastic experience: Maria has been incredible! I had to take a break between HCG rounds and was worried I’d gain weight. She worked with me to stabilize my weight and I didn’t gain a pound back in 4 weeks! She does a great job of coaching weekly. I text her a picture of scales app every Monday and she gives me helpful tips. I know I can get help when I need it which is very important!

Fantastic experience: Male, turned 50 in early Nov. 2016, my gift to myself was to get below 190 lbs. & fast. : ). I've been around 207/205 for a couple years. Researched diets & places - found Semma & Equilibrium, liked her & the diet technique. Started 1st weekend in Nov. - found 500 calories a day easier than planned, also stopped cold turkey NO diet sodas (all sodas), NO bread, NO sugars, NO dairy & NO alcohol. : ) By day 27, I was @ 189 lbs - that includes 3 cheating meals over Thanksgiving holidays. Fantastic experience: After trying diet after diet, I have finally found something that works, HCG! Within 3 and a half weeks I have lost a total of 15 POUNDS! I feel amazing. After completing my fat loading days, I weighed in at 161-pounds, I now weigh 146-pounds and I’m not done yet. Fantastic experience: I've never had so much support from a weight loss clinic! Sema is amazing! She is relatable and offers so much advice. Fantastic experience: I had a baby late in life, hit menopause a few years later, decided to eat/drink whatever I wanted and ultimately gained 35 pounds. I heard about hcg through a co-worker who lost 40 pounds as a patient of Equilibrium. I had taken hcg to get pregnant, so the concept of injecting every day wasn't new to me. So my co-worker told me the program wasn't easy, but if I followed the plan then I should have great success like him in a relatively short period of time. That was the other thing: my co-worker and I have the type of personalities that we need results quickly in order to be motivated to stay on plan. I’d say the highlights of Equilibrium are the incredible staff, the professional and comfortable environment, and the support system in addition to the shots and diet. I contacted Sema via email with many preliminary questions and she always responded quickly and honestly. She made me feel welcomed and supported, even before I committed to the program. I was a bit nervous leading up to the first clinic visit but I felt right at home as soon as I walked through the doors. Trish and Sema are the nicest people ever, not to mention motivating, supportive, and encouraging. Every week we all celebrate my accomplishments together, whether it’s a double-digit loss or only a few pounds. (I’ve never lost less than 5 in one week) I’ve tried many diets but none have even compared to the Equilibrium HCG program. I am experiencing no fatigue, irritability, binges, weakness, or any other negative symptoms of my previous attempts at weight loss. Fantastic experience: I have beed a yo-yo dieter for the last 20 years and very frustrated with the weight lose and gain. The HCG diet, with the help of Donna, taught me the value of portion control, no processed foods and reminded me of the benefits of fresh fruits and vegetables. I was able to lose over 40 pounds on HCG, my hot flashes stopped and my energy level continued to increase. With the HCG program I watched inches come off my waistline and arms that exercise and other weight loss programs did not produce.
