Fantastic experience: Dr. Goodrich is a one of a kind person, and I'm very fortunate to be her patient. In 1996, I was 18 and hurt my back attempting to play basketball. I had never been to a chiropractor and by chance found Dr. Goodrich. I was nervous, having no experience with chiropractic, and I instantly felt completely comfortable in her hands and after her treatment plan, I was pain free. Time went on, I went to college, got married, had kids. During the pandemic, I spent all my time at home sitting in a chair playing games. It took a toll on me and I didn't feel right anywhere. I thought on it with despair until I heard a voice in my head whispering from the past: "SUBLUXATIONS!" and I realized after all these years, it was chiro time again. I said to my wife, "I pray that Dr. Goodrich is still practicing because there's no chance in hell anyone else is touching my spine - ever." She had a real impact on me all those years ago and I had never forgotten how much of a difference she made. My relief was sincere when I saw that she was in fact still healing, and I was actually very excited to see her again. I mean, it had been over twenty years - and she remembered me :) Imagine the number of people she's seen in the interim between 1996 and 2021. This is how much she cares about each individual person she helps. The whole experience is wonderful. But most wonderful of all is the feeling of being adjusted by the skilled, caring, vastly experienced and unique Dr. Goodrich. I can say with total confidence that my life was improved dramatically by wandering into her office all those years ago and I am relieved every Monday and Wednesday morning when I walk back in. I don't hear too many people saying visiting their doctor is the best part of their day, but for me, it's the highlight of my week, seriously. Dr. Goodrich has my highest recommendation and I am deeply grateful to her for how much she has helped me over, literally, the course of my life. Still, I feel everything I've written is insufficient to the truth of the experience, results and the person. I will only stop praising her now because I can't write this review forever; otherwise, I would.

Positive experience: I have been going to Dr. Goodrich off and on for almost 10 years. I am not a patient who goes routinely but rather when I have pain. Dr. Goodrich understands this, and while she does not agree with my manner of addressing my back pain, has assisted in relieving my pain quite well. On one of my visits she had a substitute chiropractor, which I was not comfortable with. When I saw Dr. Goodrich again, I expressed this to her and believed that a note would be placed in my chart to ensure that I only saw Dr. Goodrich, as that is the person I request to see and make an appointment to see when I call the office. My reason for 3 stars is that when I recently showed up, after waiting several days for my appointment in pain, only to find out it was not Dr. Goodrich but rather her substitute. I am extremely disappointed in this manner of addressing patients. My feeling is that a doctor and patient generate a understanding of one another over time and when the idea is that a substitute can step in and take over diminishes the importance of that time spent building the doctor patient relationship. I am sure the substitute is capable of addressing certain concerns or Dr. Goodrich wouldnt have him assisting her with her patients. However, the staff must be transparent when making appointments for Dr. Goodrich and informing clients when she is not available.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Goodrich is the best chiropractor! Not only is she great at adjusting my spinal alignment, but she has vast knowledge of Mind/body health and wellness! I highly recommend visiting her office. Her staff is so friendly and uplifting that you will definitely leave with a smile on your face!

Negative experience: I went to this location a few years ago and still remember the look of disgust on the owner’s face (Aixa) when I went to her for help. I was unwell and in desperate need of professional help, instead I was met with judgement and a superiority complex. I don’t know why I stayed as a patient after she made me feel so bad about myself. I wanted to write this review sooner but was ashamed. Why now? Well, I just received spam from her office and it brought back all the awful feelings, so here we are. I’m giving 2 stars because unlike Aixa the staff was kind and compassionate.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Goodrich came into my life, when I thought that all hope was loss based on the guidance of the medical community. As my Funtional Medicine Practitioner, she has been a God sent miracle. If you follow the program, you will get your life and health back. Decide, Commit and Achive! It's truly that simple....just do it!

She not only gets you immediate relief, but also a long term plan to better yourself. Not just a chiropractor but focuses on health, diet and exercise to improve your overall health and wellness. Fantastic experience: The best chiropractor in Miami! Ana is very welcoming and nice and has been since the very first visit and Priya has always been very attentive. Dr. Goodrich is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to address all of your concerns.

Negative experience: I was very excited for my first appointment with Dr Goodrich. But her staff were horrible and ruined my visit. I never even got to meet her. I filled out the paperwork beforehand. When I arrived, instead of being charged the specialist copay I usually get charged for specialist visits I was told I had to pay a lot more. When I questioned and asked for them to call the insurance because I was sure this was incorrect, I was dismissed and told they had already done so. I couldn’t pay that amount so I had to leave. I immediately called my insurance where I was placed on hold for over an hour while the rep talked to her supervisor and then called the Dr office. They advised that I was correct, that I should only pay the copay and not that large amount. I asked the insurance to call the Dr office and set the record straight. They did and yet I never heard back from Dr Goodrich office. I find this extremely unprofessional because 1. I had to wait about a week before my appointment 2. They should have told me what my cost would be before I arrived, so we could have avoided this issue on site 3. When I asked on-site for them to call the insurance to clear the issue they said no 4. They never called me back after my insurance called them to fix the issue to reschedule me. Unfortunately, I still have horrible back pain and now searching for another chiropractor. I do not recommend their services as the staff lacks empathy and willingness to help patients.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going for a few months now and 10/10 would recommend! The treatment has taken 100% of my headaches away! Everyone is very professional and friendly. I look forward to my sessions. It’s wonderful!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Goodrich ever since my boys were toddlers. My reason for going there has never been for any major injury or car accident. It’s mostly been due to my on and off back pain or slight discomfort throughout the years, poor posture, and simply because one feels really great afterwards; like a special pampering treat for oneself. She’s really great and her technique is simple, quick and effective; never over manipulating your spine. The only one I trust.

Shes extremely knowledgeable with so many aspects of the body and makes sure to share that knowledge with anyone that cares to listen. She’s the only doctor I have ever felt comfortable with when it comes to my back. I’m so happy I found her office!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience, Dr. Goodrich and her staff were amazing. She explained and educated me on every adjustment/ treatment I needed. I’ve never been to a chiropractor as thorough as Dr. Goodrich, I initially went in for shoulder pain and she also found my hips were not aligned. The facility was great as well, with top of the line equipment. I highly recommend Dr. Goodrich to anyone, she is a true professional.

Llegue con mucho dolor y casi sin poder caminar y pude trabajar lo antes posible gracias a las eficaces terapias.
