Fantastic experience: Dr. Tim is amazing. He is always excited to see his patient's and always brings a smile to your face. Even if you walk in with a frown from the pain you are in you will walk out with a smile. I came in not being able to move my neck and now I am able to rotate my neck the way it is suppose to. He always wants to find the root of the problem and fix it, not just put a band aid on it. I will be referring anyone that I know to him with their chiropractic needs.

Fantastic experience: I had really bad back pain and some limited movement issues. Dr. Tim was very thorough in explaining what was wrong and how to fix it. After several weeks with Dr. Tim, there’s little to no pain a lot better movement! Atmosphere is great and Dr. Tim is very friendly and approachable with any questions or concerns!

Positive experience: Dr. Tim was very knowledgeable and the chiropractor services were good and the location is perfect if you live close to saint paul or maplewood. The reason for the lower rating is my billing got messed up. Before I started my chiropractor services, I was told that they contacted my insurance and got a price of $1200 for my 30 office visits so I agreed and went from April to the end of May. By October I find out they never submitted any claims to my insurance and by the time they finally did, I was told the office was "out of network" meaning none of the services were covered. I wish they would've been more honest with me and let me know that they were out of network because I had to pay out of pocket to be seen there vs. If they told me before hand, I could've went somewhere else that would've been covered under my insurance.

Fantastic experience: With my profession, I know it's important to take care of my body, and investing in Vertical Chiropractic has been one of the better decisions I have made. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Tim and his staff. I have seen positive changes in my posture, flexibility, and overall comfort in movement. Fantastic experience: I have Spondylolisthesis and have been to a bunch of different chiropractors with limited relief. I was at a home fair at the us stadium and read the pamphlet and decided to give Dr Rowh a try. Best decision I ever made. Dr Rowh went more into detail then any other Chiro I’ve been to. In a matter of weeks I was able to walk and move better. Dr Rowh also has a very uplifting and energetic personality. Makes you really know he cares and loves his job. it’s not just a job.

Fantastic experience: I had been struggling with back pain for several years now. Most nights were spent waking up after just a couple hours of sleep and needing to take more ibuprofen to fall back to sleep. With Dr Tim’s help I’ve been sleeping all the way through the night and no longer dependent on ibuprofen for sleep! I’m feeling great and am back to my regular running and lifting routines. I’d recommend Dr. Tim to any of my friends and family after my experience with him.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr. Tim after seeing many different chiropractors. He was able to treat my lower back pain and keep it away! He answered all my questions and made me feel relaxed at every adjustment. His office is clean and welcoming and he makes you feel right at home! I recommend Dr. Tim to my friends and my family! Fantastic experience: Dr. Tim Rowh is a great chiropractor that has taken away pretty much all my neck and back pain in 8 short weeks! His program is different from any other chiropractors I have seen in the past, and it actually works. He is also very kind and treats you like a long time friend. Fantastic experience: Dr. Tim is amazing, very up front about where your headed if you don't get adjusted. He uses motion x-rays to tell you how well your moving and boy was I not moving lol. After initial treatments for a few months my neck was back in full swing. This and the mild scoliosis in my mid back were never explained or treated corectly by any other Chiropractor I had been to. Thanks Dr. Tim for getting things back in alignment!

Fantastic experience: I had shooting pains in my back that ran all the way down to my feet that would prevent me from doing daily activities and working. I thought my aches and pains were normal until I started seeing Dr. Tim Rowh. I had never been to a chiropractor before and was worried about the cracking but he put my mind as ease with his different techniques of adjustments. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and puts his patients first. He showed me exactly what was causing my problems. He has helped me literally get back on my feet and living my life pain free. I highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: I started going to see Dr. Tim in November because of lower back pain and my leg was numb, tingling and burning. I was not sleeping well and was always in pain. I would have to think about what activities I would do because I knew I would be in pain afterwards. Fast forward to March life is so different. I went on a trip and we went on an ATV excursion on a very bumpy jungle path, no pain before, during or after the ride! Thank you Dr. Tim! Fantastic experience: Just after Thanksgiving after getting over a bug was the 1st time I felt a sharp piercing pain in my lower back which made it difficult to walk upright then the following day the pain traveled down my leg to the back if my knee I didn't understand why then that same evening a suggested post popped up in my fb newsfeed about lower back pain that might be caused from my sciatic nerve being pinched that's when I made my 1st appointment to see Dr. Tim and that's when I found out I have really bad scoliosis in my lower back on my 1st day my 1st adjustment I already felt more relief and have tons more energy. Fantastic experience: Dr. Tim is the best. I had long considered seeing a chiropractor due to recurring pain in my hip, low back, neck, a kink/tightness in my upper back between my shoulders, and frequent headaches. Having been in multiple car crashes and spending most of my work weeks hunch in front of a computer screen, I wasn't surprised that I needed some corrections but Dr. Tim's thorough and holistic approach helped me identify and treat underlying issues I wasn't aware of - including scoliosis! Not have the lingering aches/pains and discomforts improved drastically, but so have my sleep, focus, energy and mood overall as a result. He's always been flexible with scheduling (and drop-ins), payment plans, and you can tell he really cares about every one of his patients; above all, the chiropractic care I've received from Dr. Tim has improved my life and overall well beyond my hope/expectation.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Vertical Chiropractic about 8 months ago after having a free neck exam done which showed I had some severe alignment issues and knew I wasn’t feeling my best. Fantastic experience: I was skeptical at first as I have been to a chiropractor in the past who charged an arm and a leg, yet did not help me at all, but Dr. Tim is the real deal! He incorporates exercises into his treatments to make everything that much more effective. He listens to his patients and works with them to find solutions for their problems. I have been seeing Dr. Tim for several months now. I started seeing him for migraines. I was getting them several times a week, now I may only get them once or twice a month. Fantastic experience: Dr. Tim Rowh has been amazing to work with over the last month! I came in at an 8 pain level. He treated my acute symptoms and came up with a long term care plan to treat all of the symptoms that I wasn't even aware of. I haven't had many good experiences with chiropractors in the past but Dr. Tim has changed all of that! All of the treatments that he has planned for me are active in nature and it really feels like I am learning how to be proactive with the care of my back. Go see him, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I dislocated my tailbone while giving birth to my daughter almost 5 years ago... I used to live in DAILY pain from this. I have been to numerous chiropractors, gone through physical therapy, had 3 steroid injections and nothing took away the pain UNTIL... Dr. Tim got a hold of me. I have been seeing him for about 4 months and have barely any pain. Not only has my tailbone pain gone almost completely away, my neck pain/discomfort and low pain are pretty much nonexistent! He is very easy going and will do almost anything to make you feel better! I also started my 10 year old daughter with him due to recurrent headaches 5-6 times a week. She now gets one maybe 2 a month and with a quick adjustment they are gone! I feel this is going to save her from getting hormone migraines in the future!!! THANK YOU, TIM!!!

Fantastic experience: I am a college athlete and I was experiencing knee pain and low back pain. Dr. Tim was able to explain how the two things were related and why I would really benefit from combining chiropractic care with some targeted exercises to strengthen the muscles supporting my back and knees. Fantastic experience: "Power's on brother". After every adjustment this is what I'm told and I feel it afterward. I am a firefighter and without Dr. Rowh my job would be hindered. Mentally and physically his adjustments help me perform my job to the best of my ability. I went to him with lower back tightness that prevented me from sleeping. Fantastic experience: I originally started seeing Dr. Rowh because I was getting headaches every 3 days or so, and I always seemed to have this catch between my shoulder blades that would cause a sharp pain to shoot into my right shoulder blade. Not only have I not had headaches in almost 2.5 weeks, but that dumb catch between my shoulders hasn't bothered me in over a week! So glad I started seeing Dr. Rowh at Vertical Chiropractic!
