Negative experience: People skills should be taught first to all people involved in retail businesses. Black haired lady acted liked should couldn't be bothered with me when l went in..so I left, called back 2x next day trying to get more info on the diagnostic testing...they said info on website. ..website went to a page saying wellness consultation s and nothing else...no prices, no types of programs...looking elsewhere now

Fantastic experience: Stopped in to get magnesium supplements. Had a good variety to choose from, and cashier (maybe owner?) was very helpful and friendly. Took a quick glance around the store, and saw a variety of different health products including good cleaning products that are hard to find in big health stores for around the home. If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely come here for whatever I need.

Fantastic experience: This shop is perfect if you're a vegan/vegetarian. When I was making my transition to a healthier diet, this place offered all the unique supplies I needed from liquid aminos to matcha tea. They also offer akaline water and a membership to get a discount. Love love love! :) The workers were also helpful & respectful, especially the owner and Monica!

Fantastic experience: Very competitive prices and impressive selection of products compared to big chains like Whole Foods Market etc. Extraordinarily good customer service from Monica. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I wish I had known about this place sooner. I'll become a loyal customer from now on. Fantastic experience: Kathy was awesome. She is very knowledgeable of the products and brands. Even the owner relies on her knowledge. The owner is a nice lady and knowledgeable too, but English is a 2nd language for her, so communication with her doesn't flow as smoothly. I met some regulars as I shopped, who rely on the higher quality of the products this store carries. Pricing is not much different than GNC, but Kathy's consulting makes paying less painful since I have more confidence that my selections are indeed what I need and I'm not just wasting the money experimenting.
